fraudsters
I have, on more than one occasion, but today about three hours ago a 'Catfish' account. I was expecting that Ourtime uk would close his account down quickly in order to protect legitimate subscribers but NO he is still active. Potentially he could have succeeded more than once to con some poor unsuspecting woman by now.
This is his identity MaRkGd33
He is using the widowed soldier, young son, routine and asking women to download kik to chat away from the site.
He blocked me as soon as he realised I had susses him.
member with fake profiles
I am surprised by Ourtime letting this guy on this site again. They kicked him off before for being rude to people and try inappropriate things with women. His profile name this time is tooldudebaja and hi other profile is toolman007 he is the same looser that was on here before and his real name is joe king. They need to remove this womanizer profile at once,
Roberto Fransisco is a fictitious person. The pictures he sent were posted on You Tube under romance frauds as being known to be used in scams. General information he used was he was a 63 year old widower, wife killed in auto accident. He had son in Medical school in Italy and a 96 year old mother in Italy whom he talked to daily. He claimed to be a civil engineer working on international projects. He had dual citizenship in the US and Italy. He offered to send his social security number to check his credentials, but didn't send anything. He did not ask for money for personal bank information but I only talked with him for a couple of days. Just be aware! The photos are of a very good looking man and he is charming in his communications.
charges
This company will steal your money when signing up, so, be careful.
I logged on one day out of curiosity after seeing the commercial for a hundred times. did not see much that interested me, so, when I logged out of the site it forwarded me to another window where they offered me a 50% discount if I signed up immediately. I thought, $15, what the heck, so I hit the sign me up button, gave my credit card # and moved on.
Two weeks later I receive my billing statement, the $15 charge PLUS $3.99. I did not agree to that later fee. In fact, if I saw it I would not have singed up.
I called Ourtime and was told the $3.99 add on was for new customers. I said, I am not paying the $3.99. They cut me off 15 days into the subscription even though they had my money.
Fortunately I deal with a good credit card company and they filed a fraud notification against OurTime.

This site is horrible!
I’ve only responded to about 15 men... Two were “removed” (Scammers? I don’t know why), three were actually scammers, four were on with multiple user ids...
Now? (Been a member for a week and a half? Two weeks?) i’m receiving a ton of fake profiles, computer generated with fake photos and information! As well as (Mostly fake) profiles from across the country! I’m in texas... Why is ourtime filling my “supposed”, daily matches, with “men” from tn ia or ms wa, and so on?
And, just a general, “why is ourtime wasting my time?” question... I am a caucasian woman, looking for a caucasian man... Yet, since I got frustrated and started “keeping score”? Less than 40% of the real profiles, are of that!
With that percentage alone? It becomes very tough to find someone!
Then, with me being a 50 yr old woman, who is extremely attractive and “fit”, for even a 35 year old woman?!?!?! There are obvious exclusions and eliminations... Heck! There’s no one left! How, in a million years, would anyone think there were any commonalities between me & them? How do they determine these so-called “matches”/daily matches? They certainly don’t put any thought, or filters, in it!
I wish someone at ourtime, who was up-the-chain enough, to make the needed changes, would sit in my shoes, and view my screen, for a few days...
Has it gotten so bad, that we, as people, can be so desperate for love? That we’re willing to pay these companies, who do nothing more, than provide a data base, to simply “shuffle” names, create fictitious profiles, lie to us, and scam us... Just to fill their pockets?
Yeah... Lies! A lot of them...
Ie... When you submit a photo, it says, that they’ll review it, and check it for offensive conduct...
So, why, as I sifted through my daily matches, today - was I exposed to a man flipping me off?!?!
The executives behind these scams, are sadistic sociopaths... Proven, because they can still sleep at night.
Sad... So sad...
paying for 2 dating sites that are exactly the same!!
I am very disappointed to find I have joined match and ourtime 3 weeks ago and have found they are exactly the same men ! I am paying twice for the same service . Some of the men haven't even joined ourtime but still show on there !
Why are you taking my money twice for the same thing ? It's not right .
This service is not cheap and I did not expect it to be exactly the Same men !
my dating site scams
Just got off my site and there are two men using the same profile, information claiming to be widow---all info is the same.
I was almost scammed on match.Com. I was hoping this would not happen with ourtime.
Here is the information on the two guys:
annec214--69 bardstown, ky
gran4--70 galax, va
please make sure something is done about this. This is not the first time i have had this happen on ourtime. As soon as i told them i had been in law enforcement they deleted their profile.
Thank you,
carrie knupp

upgrade
My number is [protected]. On August 31, 2017 I tried to sign up for Our Time dating site. It was a 50% off for 1 month. When I called customer care and spoke to the representative he informed me he couldn't do it on his end. Yet it was a glitch with their website. I refused to go through him and receive 25% off when the site clearly offered 50% for 1 month. I see this as a company using bait and switch something I learned in my consumer education class in high school. This trick show you the immaturity level of the company.
scammers
I have been on the site two days and have had four scammers. I am a widow and went on this site posting that I was only to find out that they say scammers list themselves as widows. I went to cancel my subscription however, they do not allow refunds. The only thing you can do is remove your profile but you still have to pay. By law, Contracts in Washington State can be canceled within 3 days and I should be refunded for my money.
unauthorized automatic renewal
I joined OurTime.com for just the trial period. After I looked at my account I saw that an extra 107 dollars on my credit card. I was not sent a reminder about any renewal since it was for the initial trial period. I recently had become extremely ill and placed on disability and cannot even drive anymore. I am on a limited budget.
I would just like my initial trial period to run out and refund the amount
that had been charged to me.

account services & customer support
I have an account with OurTime, a paid subscription thru Apple (managing the billing). 4 days ago, I was actively using the mobile app to communicate with local women. I am 57 yo and widowed looking to find someone to build a relationship on. Honest thru and thru.
3 days ago, I learn someone at OurTime or the parent company PeopleMedia thought there was suspicious activity on my account, so they deactivated my account and didn't notify me.
3 times today (in the span of 2 hours) I have spoken with a member of their Customer Support. 3 times today I have received different responses on how to handle my predicament. These responses are:
1) Call Apple to cancel the subscription, once cancelled, call Customer Support and they will reactivate the account, so I could take steps to create a new password to login back in.
2) After calling Apple to cancel the subscription, I call Customer Support to reactivate the account based on #1 above, only to be told, they cannot reactivate the account, only Apple can reactivate the account (keep in mind Apple is only the billing agent for subscriptions originating with OurTime.
3) After calling Apple iTunes Support a 2nd time and speaking with the Senior Advisor for iTunes Support, am informed the reactivation responsbility is by OurTime/PeopleMedia...which I though all along. So I call Customer Support a 3rd time, this time their rep tells me that my account cannot be reactivated - only option is to create a new account and start all over.
I am furious at this point. I ask to speak to a supervisor and am told there isn't one to speak to, taking my phone # and name, being told I will be called back. At this point, I am seriously quesitoning whether that will even happen. I tend to agree with other posts here that the Customer Support staff couldn't care in the least about people who have paid for the services they support.
I cannot make a single positive statement about their Customer Support - only can lean towards "TOTAL INCOMPETENCE". If I cannot get a favorable resolution, I am going to make it a goal to steer people away from their services. I am so frickin' pissed off about this situation now...
subscription refund please
I am complaining about my subscription payment I made less than 24 hours ago. Our time does not meet my needs. I live in London but get messages from America. I am expected to pay for another upgrade which is ridiculous. Am yet to see any green light. I have called the number I was given but no one picked my call. Can I please have a refund of my money and my subscription cancelled please.
changes made to my profile
I have been a paid member of the Our Time dating site so I'm familiar about how this dating site works. I changed my profile photo this morning (July 29, 2017) and when I came back this afternoon it was changed to another photo. This has happened twice in the last month. The photo I had chosen both times was not vulgar or indecent. In fact, the photo I had posted this morning, I am wearing a jacket. They never give you a reason for deleting a photo or deleting a profile. I would like to know why when there is no apparent reason for it.
subscribing to the our time site
I am used to many a dating site but Our Time which you cleverly cover up as part of Match.com has not met with any of my expectations.
For a start it is an incredibly complicated website to navigate and although I chose the one month subscription (thank God) I have yet to receive any credible response from the men I have winked at or emailed. It appears that you have pulled through a number of profiles from other sites and the matches you seemingly say that I have never appear on the blender or anywhere else which makes me think this is a con in getting you to sign up.
I know this as I recognise some profiles from zoosk, ok cupid and reading some of the profiles there seems to be a lot of cut and paste going on in that someone says they are British but their profile indicates they are decidedly American in that they are into baseball and one man quoted a song that is obviously known in America only.
I have no doubt you will smooth over the issues I have raised but having done some research on the internet they echo exactly what others have found wrong. Obviously if you pay more e.g. the 3 month subscription Our Time will then pay ball and give you the profiles and ability to contact people otherwise you fall short and are left with totally incompatible and quite frankly desperate looking men. If you are going to fake it try and do it properly e.g. look at the profile for "Si", good looking man but the second photo gives it away and the man who is pictured with a woman looks absolutely nothing like him!
As I said I am wise to scams and getting a little tired of signing up to dating sites that don't deliver what they say. Our Time is the worst yet and I will be taking this further by contacting various Trading Standards bodies to get the site taken off the internet. This is so people who are less astute don't fall prey to this scam, you are giving people false hope and I feel that this is unethical.
I have been honest in my feedback and I would therefore appreciate your honesty in giving me a full refund of my one months' subscription forthwith.
There is a saying "throwing good money after bad" and this is exactly how my experience with Our Time has felt.
Yours sincerely,
Fiona McLees
unethical behavior
A man named Michael Walsh from OurTime is portraying a scam that he is a General Michael Walsh and is currently in Afghanistan. He has done this countless times to other women.
He uses alias such as is on your site: HotMichael from Twin Falls, Id and Michael Walsh from Twin Falls... Michael Walsh.
He always uses the same story, He's on a Peacekeeping Mission in Afghanistan and tells all he women, including myself that he is single/divorced...and after two on-line connections, he's in love and wants to get married and provide a home for his son, and has told his son about me and the son can't wait for a Mother like me. Sometimes he has 2 children living with a nanny... sometimes it's a 15 year old son named Paul ... He's confused on his lies often. His story line changes constantly and uses bad Grammer and spelling using the excuse he's cold and tired because it is raining. He gives time in Afghanistan that is two hours away from the States... He slides over pertinent questions and never answers them. I have attached pictures he has sent me, that he has copied off Internet...the same pictures he has used on other dating sites of women he has scammed. He is a Scammer. He came from OurTime unto my Messenger.
after being harassed, called names, and put down where is my profile?
I reported a man who messaged me just to harass me, use name calling, and put downs. Yes, I told him off. I have the right to feel safe. Now I checked, and no one can access my profile. On the search for women my name doesn't show up. I can't access my account, and my pictures aren't even downloaded. I already paid for a month. For three days, no responses. At least have the decency to contact me and let me know that my profile is being reviewed. Keep in mind that this man is a low-life who wanted to intimidate me. I have been stalked and abused before, so excuse me for being a woman. I filed a previous complaint, and before I could write down the number, it disappeared. My user name is mayqueen120. This guy is fungeniune05. This crap happened on 6/14/17. I deserve a refund and an apology for your unprofessional practices. This information is not even on the site, since I have no access to anything. Sophia more. I will call you too
I have a 6 month membership with ourtime, and two days ago I was not able to see messages or give messages to other women.
Someone put a picture of a woman on my profile page two days ago, and it no longer let me use my membership. It made me fill out a new profile. I paid for a membership in April, and it is good till October 2017. I need this issue fixed as soon as possible. if it is not fixed, I will report this site as a scam, and I will report you also to the Better Business Bureau. It sounds like this happens all the time on this dating site. Who ever overlooks this site, needs to do a better job, of keeping these issues to a minimum. If you can't fix it quickly, I will need to be refunded for the time, I haven't been able to use my membership. Thanks Michael Augustine. Please message me at [protected]@yahoo.com when this issue is fixed.
I am trying to register and it is giving me sign on issues. Would just like to talk with customer service.
dating site
This site is a total scam. They send phony flirts, views, messages especially when your subscription is about to expire making you think all these people are interested in you. Once it does expire, the volume increases even more but, of course, now you have to renew to see the activity. Nothing but lies! They also have questionable profiles - I received a message from a man who was a complete phony. I checked him out, messaged him with questions to verify his identity and his profile disappeared the next day.
scammers on this site.
I not only picked up one but two. Apparently something needs to be done with the Security on this site. Both of the scammers found me through my email address and personally reached out to me. Then the requests for money and electronic items. Promises of great treasures. I haven't been a member since the end of January yet the 2nd person found me through my profile and my email address, Both Scammers are claiming to be in the military and stationed in war zones. So there's no way other than the email or an Application called Hangouts (once they have your email that's how they find you).
Your a security needs to be updated on this site. You should not be able to view someone's email without being an actual member with a legitimate credit card on file.

deceitful & disrespectful
I set up a free account and was enticed to JOIN by a large number of fake messages. "Photo likes", flirts or other non-communications are funneled into the INBOX to appear as messages. They are NOT. There was also a solicitation for SEX. Really a distasteful site.
I was a member less than an hour before canceling my account. OurTime customer service is inline with their site. My request for a refund was rejected. Avoid this ###my site. (I meant to type scammy site, but auto correct gave it what it deserves).
I foolishly committed to ourtime for six months based on their commercials. I should have read reviews prior.
They are sending me people who are way too young, way too old and nothing in common. They stated I had a match and it was a flirt.
I believe this is a fraudulent and misleading site and I shall try to cancel after this month through Paypal. If that doesn't work I shall look into a class action suit.
charging my account without my knowledge and consent
I never realized how dishonest this site is until my account in the bank was debited $149 for a renewal that I did not consent to and it was done without my knowledge. Your customer service department is as useless as tits on a boar and are liars. I never have given nor would consent to renew a subscription with out being contacted first. I have been in and out of the hospital since January 2017. I just got home yesterday after a 7 week stint in the hospital. My house has been empty except for the friend who brought in my mail daily for the past 7 weeks. I am tired of being taken advantage like this and the money needs to be returned to my account NOW.
Still waiting for a response from these scam artists
