Outback Steakhouse review: The service and the food

I normally NEVER leave a bad reviews because I know that things do just happen, but this was extraordinarily, beyond bad tho. My wife had heard an ad for the steak and all you can eat shrimp, so for her bday sept 20, 2019 we decided to go there at about 07:19 P.M.. It was not crowded at all when we got there, but our server told us up front she was having to wash dishes at the time because they were backed up. When she finally got to take our order, it took forever to get any food at all!
But before the appetizer and salads hit the table we had a male server come to our table to be our server after we had the female server before. He was rude, made perverted comments and gestures in front of my wife and I to other females that were working. Didn't try to be quiet or use tacit about it. It was vulgar and uncalled for. Especially when we were expecting a family,
relaxed maybe romantic atmosphere there. My wife and I used to go to the all-you-can-eat shrimp at Red Lobster every year to celebrate her Birthday. But we thought this would be a much better dinner date and less chaos. We were expecting that the all you can eat shrimp would be out fast. Now at Outback we waited a long time to receive our first part of our meals. And, in between orders, the 2 servers hardly ever came by our table to check on us. We saw that both of our servers went to a different table to separate times and that table received their food and any requests they asked for to accompany their meal was brought out quickly and they were constantly checked on also. When we had finally had enough and when we finally recieved our Bill for the evening, my wife gave the female waitress $80.00 4 $20.00 bills, she walked to the back and finally after 30 minutes of waiting for our change she said she to us they werent ableto make change for the difference in the check and what she received from us. It was rude and uncalled for. Seemed as she didnt even bother to try to see if she could give back what was owed to us. Our bill was $52.85 we were and still very disgusted and appalled. The reason I even wrote this review is because when I told my Sister in law about our experience she said the stopped going to that Outback Steakhouse because the service is always horrible! They used to go every single week on Wednesday evenings for 7 + yrs. But over a horrible, rude and absolutely arrogant waiter they had this past summer they refuse to ever go back there. Not until that waiter/ bartender was fired.
