I've called twice and have waited on the line at least 10 minutes or longer
on both calls is there a problem with your CS phone number or not enough
staff; my reason for calling is in regards to the Panera rewards program
I do a lot of business with PB and my rewards are different each time
just this week I had 2 breakfast orders and on May 17th my rewards was $80 and on May 24th my rewards was $60; so what is going on?

unprofessional employee behavior
I placed a rapid pick-up order at your location on 64th & Yank, Arvada, CO and when I came in your employees were talking about my order laughing quite loudly and making fun of it. I'm sorry, it must be my fault. When you put a customize order feature on your app I thought I could use it. But when I did your employees thought it was quite hilarious. But I have severe food allergies that cause me to avoid certain foods. So to me it isn't so funny.
I thought I was complaining to the company... turns out this just seems to be forums...
prices and "serving sizes"? its mac n cheese!!
I'm 16 but I earn my money. I don't earn much but at least I have some, right? So I go to panera early this morning and I order a small mac n cheese (only two sizes a half and a full or if you prefer a small and a large) with a french baguette. I have eaten here many times before and have been satisfied but when my dad brought me the plate and sat down...
My jaw just about dropped to the floor in shock. Their serving sizes shrunk! They had quite a bit of mac n cheese in their bowls before. Now I come back and they have skimpy little amounts. The small is in a small bowl for 4.99 plus tax. The large is in a long and very shallow bowl. The large is 7.99 plus tax. What the *%&($$%&(^%^! I'm not spending 4.99+ on this little bitty thing no way! I work hard for my money and this is outrageous! The large is not that much different. It gives you the illusion its big but really if you put it in the small serving bowl itll barely reach the rim. The small mac n cheese bowl is skinny at the bottom but get wider at the top (quite a short bowl still) the serving for the small order was "half-full" or "half-empty" however you wish to phrase it. So the large is not that much more... for three extra dollars! I ate the small mac n cheese because I was hungry and ordered a large because one, I wasn't full when normally before their sized went wacko I got full on a small. Two, i wanted to see the difference. So I'm going to eat this because I paid for it and im starving... Oh and before I bought it, I really was hesitant and was leaning heavily towards no. I mean if the small is ridiculous then whats the large like? So I really didn't want to buy anything more. The only reason I did was because I was really hungry and it does taste good but was discouraged on the amount given. I'm paying for 4.99+ dollars worth of quality mac n cheese here! Not a dollar and a quarter! I want to get the size I'm paying for! This is one serious rip off!

I went for the first time to Panera and ordered a pick 2 soup and half sandwich with a drink. I thought that it would be around the 5.59 they had listed under pick 2... it was 12.48 because of their unclear instructions on pricing of the pick 2... you would think pick 2 means pick 2 for the one price listed by the pick 2 words... wrong! it means the second item price is by the second item... I felt cheated and pissed. I believe that my first visit will coincide with my last visit
problems with ordering online
We are huge Panera Bread fans--stop at various locations for everything from breakfast coffee and treats to lunch soup and sandwiches to dinner meals. But my patience has been tried by your store in Onalaska, WI. It is a bit of trek to the location from where we live, so we try to order the baked goods that we need on line. I've lost track of the number of times I've done so only to arrive at the location and find out that the order hasn't been filled. The bread that I ordered isn't available and there really isn't any explanation why. I've even asked them to email me back if there is a problem with the order so I don't drive all the way there only to come back home empty handed. It happened again this morning. You've lost a customer at this location.
product and service were terrible
I ordered a chicken noodle soup and a 1/2 steak &a white cheddar panini which I modified adding lettuce, tomato, mayo and red onion along with a chocolate chip cookie. Once I received the order I immediately took a bite of the sandwich and noticed it was dry and very plain. Opened it up and I have a steak and cheese sandwich with a soggy piece of lettuce and a bowl of a creamy white substance. I politely called Panera and explained the situation and was transferred to a manager who claimed he made my sandwich personally and said he put the items in question on there. He insinuated that I was being false, and then placed me on hold for another manager to pick up and say if I want a refund they have to come pick up the food for verification which I explained I was ok with. Very poor customer service, I get that it's a busy location, I did have multiple modifications and I ordered during a lunch rush, but I paid 19$ for my order and I want it how I ordered it. Then to be accused of lying about some onions and a tomato was just the ultimate slap in the face. Meanwhile my coworkers are enjoying Donatos pizza and I'm eating a chocolate chip cookie and a dry baguette! Kevin and John need a refresher course on customs service!
service and burnt food
The cashier was condescending when I didn't order my blueberry bagel quick enough. In addition I asked for it to be toasted a little more than usual not burnt. I received a burnt Bagels edges and when I inquired as to where I would find butter I was told around the refill coffee pots. There was no butter and when I asked where it was I was told it is on my tray in a generally unfriendly manner by a woman behind the counter. In addition they play the music way too loud, and the music isn't even good. This may sound like whining, but I reward restaurants with good comments as well as bad. If I lived around the River Forest Area, I would not return here.
Employees definitely need training in being Pleasant and how to treat people in a friendly manner.

The loud music inside Panera Bread made turned my first visit into my last. I dont go to Panera because of the loud music inside, however they started playing their loud music outside also which the environment for all the adjoining quiet cafes intolerable too. I would like if they would turn the volume off outside and respect their neighbors and blast the music inside if that is what their target market likes.

I ordered a ceasar salad with chicken in which I ordered on my panera app to pick up rapidly. I got home to open my salad box to see less than half of the box filled with salad. I always get salads to go & never ever have I been so disappointed. I received four small pieces of chicken. Never again will I spend $10 on a full salad in which I recieve four pieces of chicken & about 8 small pieces of lettuce.

I use Panera a lot of catering my business lunches and I also go personally probably 3-4 times a month. I was taken back the last two times that I was there to find that on the credit card swipe machine, that there was now an option to leave a tip for the cashier. The woman slammed my food down and by the time I opened my bag I had soup everywhere. Not friendly and very rude and attitude towards everyone not just me! All the employees didn't have hair nets including the one who prepared my food had long hair not pulled back at all! Very disappointed with the service! No thank you or eye contact from the lady. She was very unfriendly. My salad was old not fresh at all! Took too long to recieve my food and it was to go order too. Just very unprofessional employees!
bathroom poor condition
No attention appears to be given to the restrooms at the 2510 w university Dr, Denton, Tx location. The last thing a customer wants to see.
Discouraging for me to make future visits.
The commodes appears to have not been cleaned for some time and the toilet paper was not on the holder.
This is one of my favorite go to places.

So I wonder why other food chains (McDonald's, Starbucks, Burger King)and may be many others that serve breakfast are 24 hours drive true or start serving at 6:00 Am, but my Panera Bread...😞😢😭..very sad...
Could you please find the way to open at 6:00 Am or have a drive true that doesn't mean necessary for the store to be open to the public but still serve breakfast earlier?...it would make a lot of people very happy. ! 😆.

I have been using Panera for breakfast and lunch 6 times a week for the past 12 years. At Macy's we teach our associates "MAGIC" to keep customers coming back. The experience I had at the downtown Minneapolis Panera location was more like Voodoo Magic. On my way home I stopped at Panera again because they have the best coffee. Before ordering I saw 4 associates gathered in one place talking. I asked what the code to the restroom was. They said "you have to order first". I said I would but, I need to use the restroom first. Again, they would not help me until I bought something first. I paid for a medium coffee just to get the code. As I drank my coffee I thought about how it would be handled at Macy's, and how it would be handled at Starbucks. Until I know that the store and associates have been disciplined and re-trained I will use Starbucks. I will tell others to use Starbucks. 12 years ago this was a much nicer store.

I am highly disappointed with panera bread!
I am highly disappointed with Panera Bread! I went there and ordered my meal, a sandwich and a drink and it was terrible. Sandwich was cold and even a bit frozen inside. I went to the counter and demanded to speak with the manager and when they told me that manager wasn't available I just demanded a refund and they refused. They offered me to heat up my sandwich and of course I refused and insisted on getting a refund.
The girl I was talking to was really nasty and she said that there was nothing else they could do to help and then asked me to move because behind me were people who wanted to order. I'm not coming back and I'm totally disgusted with how they have treated me!
did not receive full take out order at panera bread.
Went to the Panera Bread in Miramar, FL on 3/28 and made a take out order. When I arrived home I saw the order was not complete. I called and spoke to the manager the next day. He apologized and said he'd send me coupons to compensate for my incomplete order and inconvenience. No coupons arrived. I made a written complaint to Panera Bread but never received a reply. This is the third time I've reached out to the company.
poor service
Went to Panera Bread (13815 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323) for lunch and after waiting in my table for over 20 minutes for a soup and a smoothie, I asked the employees preparing the orders but they had no clue where my order was. One of the employees' excuse was that hey had the salads in backorder so they could not push the other orders forward (something like that), but after that she ignored me and basically did not care anymore. They had forgot my order because the smoothie was sitting in their counter. Second time that something like this happens to me in that location. Poor management in that place.
poor service, skimpy portion, no dining room staff
We love Panera's, but not the one in Pocatello. We arrived a little after 1:00 and with 3 people ahead of us, it took about 15 minutes for us to order. No tables available and when they were customers were bussing their own tables. We waited for 1 hour, finally catching an employee who had delivered some food. She said she would be right back with ours, taking our sales slip. In another 15 minutes she arrived. The large salad was the size of a small side salad. It was good, but very skimpy. The drink bar was messy and one of the juices was empty. People all around us were grumpy and on their phones as they had been waiting at least as long as we had. What a disappointment after all of the Panera's that we have used, all around the country, we will be reluctant to go to a higher end restaurant and receive such poor service.

Went to Panera Bread in San Clemente in the outlet makl the employees were super disoragnized 3 employees were walking around as there was a line of maybe 10 people waiing to order and mind you these 3 employees were immature high schoolers whos friends walked in and instead of serving the line that was extremley long they were hugging each other and talking till i had ti say "hey we are all looking to order" after which the immature employee says
"Ohh ### theres a line like she dident notice us all there before..."

I think you can see by my pictures that the vegetables used in my Turkey BLT tonight were long past their prime. The lettuce was brown and mushy, the tomatoes were soft and nasty and there were black spots on the avocado. Needless to say, I didn't eat what is in the picture and I still have a stomach ache. We picked the sandwiches up at the window, so I didn't know what it looked like until I got home...3 miles away by car.
This was, once again, from the Gallatin. TN, Panera Bread. I have had this happen before, so this will be my last time there...perhaps my last time at any Panera Bread. How can we expect quality?
