I ordered online for delivery to my work. I've done this many times with no error. Today my order total was 52.02. Order # 214874234 The Brooklyn, OH location.
There were two green goddess salads ordered one had special instructions for avocado on side, … it was on salad. Also both had corn on them. The green goddess does not have corn. We did not eat the two salads with corn as myself and my sister do not eat corn due to medical condition diverticulitus making us unable to digest this.
bagels and cream cheese
My friend Sandy and I went to Panera Bread on May 24, 2018 around 11:00 am. We ordered everything bagels with plain cream cheese. Unfortunately, the bagels were rather stale and the portion of cream cheese was small. I don't think I will be ordering bagels for breakfast at Panera anymore for the following reasons;
1. Poor food quality, and
2. Poor food quantity
This is a shame because I am a regular customer and have enjoyed walking to breakfast at Panera often in the past with my friends.

I am pissed, because i always order from panerabread but this time i ordered from hallandale beach fl locaton. I order the Chicken lentil bowl quinoa, what i got is the veggie lentil bowl, not what i ordered i been fasting all day and im hungry . HORRIBLE !

5/20/2018 My husband and our 2 grandchildren went between ball games. The Grandchildren s food was ok. Ours we got the soup and sandwhich the tuna sandwhich could not have had a tablespoon of tuna on it. we were in a hurry so didn't have any extra time to complain. My husband and i go often to Paneras, so glad we have a very good one in Allen Park. So we will never stop eating there. I don't think it will be in bussiness long if someone isn't made aware.
receiving ingredients I never ordered
I am happy with Panera food and order lunch quite often. What worries me is that every time I order my lunch I receive ingredients I didn't ask for. My grilled cheese had chives (or cilantro? Something green) melted into it, my bbq sauce always has something in it. I had a Mac and cheese noodle in my soup cup. It just makes me wonder HOW DIRTY is your work area that you're mixing things together that shouldn't be? And please take a look at the picture of a flatbread and tell me that looks like 5$ worth of a sandwich... where is my chicken?! I do not spend 15$ on lunch for one person only to have to take it apart to see if I get an allergic reaction from all the greens and random stuff mixed in there. If it says no cilantro you should make sure there's no cilantro near my sandwich. It's just disappointing. For the price you charge for food you should try a little harder.
sub-par order
I ordered a mac and cheese bread bowl. The bread bowl was obviously made with way too much yeast so it is inedible. The mac and cheese that came with it is already in a tiny bowl but the bowl wasn't even filled halfway. On the bright side, they actually remembered the silverware (I had to specifically mention it when placing my order). I'm very disappointed with Panera and the quality of this order.

My husband and I are working professionals- we eat at Panera quite frequently-
Tonight I asked my adult daughter and her husband to go to Panera and pick up dinner for the family- as we were stuck in traffic. We have a family of 6- we ordered 6 meals and we spent over $60. He had the nerve to scold her in front of other customers in line saying "you shouldn't be coming in at 5:00 PM and putting in an order this big- you should know better- You need to learn to call ahead- I'm too busy - you'll need to wait 30 minutes for your food"
So he basically defined for me and everyone listening that if you have a family over 2 or 3- you are not welcome to come to Panera- unless you work harder to do so. And because she has a family of 6 - she is now penalized and made to wait longer than others. She was too nice to challenge him and went to wait for her food.
When she was called to the counter 25 min later- he repeated his scolding to her again. She was very embarrassed.
This same Panera has forgotten food in 2 of the last 4 take outs - and is always very shorthanded. Definitely seems to have gone downhill in the last few years.
No expected resolution. Just an opportunity to make someone aware of the lack of customer service experienced.

Panera breads delivery radius is 8 minutes? I tried to delivery to a place that was 11 minutes away (thats with traffic) and it won't allow it. If it was a big city with a Panera every 2 miles that'd be one thing but it's Fond Du Lac, WI. There is only one Panera in the whole city and they're surrounded by mostly shops. The only houses that are probably in the area are a handful, which seems pointless to have delivery at all at that point. All I wanted to do was order some food for my fianceé who doesn't have a car to pick anything up and I live three hours away.

I ordered at Panera on friday May 18th to take back to work. I ordered a you pick two-broccoli cheddar soup and a chicken Cesar salad. There was hardly any dressing in my container, the chicken tasted very weird. My soup was also like warm and almost like very watery instead of its normal thick like consistency and there was hardly any broccoli in it. I was very unhappy.
The location I ordered from was the South Barrington location in Illinois.

I purchased some salad dressing and when I started to read the ingredients I was absolutely appalled. The first ingredient is Soybean oil. Do you know how absolutely terrible Soybean oil is?

All coffee was made at 8:15A. We asked for fresh coffee. All the tables were dirty. We asked to have one cleaned..we ended up doing it ourselves. No napkins anywhere.
The staff was very unconcerned.
I've never been to Panera before..is this the norm ?

I'm currently an employee at Panera bread Fayetteville. And I'm being harassed by a coworker William kopeck. He says "you're the slowest person here why did they even hire you" "you make Panera look so bad" he also throws things at me, he takes his foot and kicks the back of my knees so they smash off the line.

I am a regular customer at Panera on Jefferson in Albq, NM.
In many occasions in the past Panera had messed up my order by putting cheese on my sandwich, giving me the wrong order, putting or not putting correct ingrediants. I usually will call and have them correct my order and leave it as that.
This particular time I called spoke with Valerie the GM. Valerie was extremly rude and short with me. We agreed I would get a refund due to another mistake with my sandwich. I go thru the drive thru and mention to gal at the speaker that I'm here for my refund and to my surprise it's Valerie at the speaker. She states that she cannot give me a refund at the drive thru and that i will need to come in. This is was not mentioned to me on the phone when we spoke that morning. She states she is really busy but I would need to come inside. I asked why didn't she mention that to me on the phone. I proceed to park, go inside and ask the cashier for Valerie and give her my name and what it's regarding. The cashier comes back to register says Valerie is aware I your here but u will have to wait because she is busy working the drive thru.
I wait for about 15 min, mind u I'm on my 30 min lunch.
Valerie comes out eventually and immediately tells me that this will be the last time they will refund me, due to the fact that i had been there several times before for refunds. She does this around customers..So not professional.
I proceed to tell her that i don't get refunds but have gotten food corrected for their mistakes! big mistakes.
She asks for my last name and says she's putting into their system my name so that i can't ever get a refund again. I respond with that's great because I don't want to keep coming here if u guys can't get my order right. She totally cuts me off as I'm telling her that u guys have put cheese on my sandwich several times and I'm lactose intolerant. She dismissed and ignored me again. She did not deliver good customer service at any time during the phone call or in person.
I work for a large company across the street and We order large quantities of food for our staff meetings all the time. With this kind of service I am definitely not wanting to continue business with this location! It's not my fault that in past orders with Panera I have been given the wrong order, incorrect making of my sandwich, forgetting certain ingrediants etc. I feel like i was made the blame for these mistakes, when I'm just the customer wanting to get what my money has paid for.
Please correct this horrible behavior of this manager or any managers that work for Panera who have this attitude toward your customers! It is unacceptable and unprofessional.

To Whom it may concern, On the morning of May 6, 2018. I tried to call Panera Bread at 10:50AM. I was aware that breakfast was served till 11:00am only. Hence, I wanted to place an order over the phone to pickup. (I was not going to make it there physically by 11:00AM) First attempt- No answer Second attempt- The call was answered and I was asked to hold. I was on hold for about 10 mins and no one took my order. I hung up and called back. Third attempt- Hallelujah! My call was answered and I was actually talking to someone who took my order. Now, instead of placing the order in the system, the rep wrote my order on a piece of paper, I was told it should be okay to pick up in next 15 minutes. I go to Panera at around 11:35AM and guess what? My order was sitting on the counter on a piece of paper. I hope at this point you can imagine the level of my frustration. I ask for the manager she comes in. Her name is Danielle. I look at my watch and its 11:37AM. Upon explaining the entire situation, this was her response. "I apologize. in the future you can place the order online to avoid any issues" 1. I did not want the customer service mistake to be covered that way. 2. I do not want to place an order online and pay with my card because of the recent data breach of Panera. My order had regular cream cheese, which they were out of. Instead of informing me she goes you want butter or cream cheese? My response, "Isnt it there in the order?" Danielle : "It is but we are out of it?" Why are you playing around with a frustrated customer. Now, to make it worse, I asked for chips with my "You pick 2" order and I was given bread. upon calling back, Danielle goes, I asked and you confirmed. How come I am unaware of confirming to the bread when I knew I wanted chips? It doesn't make any difference if my meal was prepared by a cook or the manager. After all this and an hour, my order was still not fulfilled as placed. On top of that manager's facial was more aggravated then mine. WHY?

I recently wen to a Panera Restaurant and order noodle bowls and upon my shock I found two pieces of hair in it. I was so sicken that I went back to the restaurant and asked could I have my money put back on my gift card and they stated no and that their was nothing I could do. I have been a loyal customer of Panera for the past few years and always receives gift cards from family and friends for my birthday and holiday I am so amazed that I was treated in this manner. I have always made the best food for you and for your soul. This has always been my favorite restaurant but to day I was truly hurt.

St Petersburg - 4th Street North #203345 -Order #[protected] was placed online in which I only received half the items for my soup and top of my grilled cheese was burnt so I called the store to let the manager know about this and he was nice and told me he would be sending a voucher in the mail for this complaint. I received this and used it at the same location on 5-9-18 @11:31 AM the manager on duty (female didn't get her name) was extremely rude. The voucher was for $10.00 and my total was $6.77 and I wanted to add some thing else and she acted like I was the scum of the earth and was there just to bother her. If I wasn't in such a rush myself I would have gotten her name and asked if she was the store manager but I had to catch the bus and could not. I just wanted to let you know a customer should NEVER be treated this horribly. I will never step foot in this Panera ever again. I do not pay to be treated like a hindrance and will gladly take my service elsewhere but thought you should know what is going on in your store before you see a HUGE drop in your sales at this location.
To whom is may concern: A couple of nights ago we dined at supper time at the new Panera on Harrison Ave., in Dent(Cincinnati) Ohio. They were out of lettuce, type of bread, hard rolls, drinks were low. No knife served with meal, suppose out of them also! The help seemed very immature and slow, obviously not completely understanding their positions. This wasn't our first experience there it was the same the first time but attributed it to being new and employees new. That time they were out of a type soup at lunch.:( Now there will be a new McAllister's Grill going in across the street and if the service at Panera doesn't improve McAllister's will benefit. On Sunday May 13, 2018, I went to Panera Bread West Waters, Tampa FL. The woman at the register was rude and nasty. I placed my order and repeated twice. The girl at the register also repeated. I ordered a Fuji apple salad with no pecans due to a nut allergy. This was also on my receipt. The same woman also made my salad and packed the order. When I got home the salad had nuts in it. We also ordered extra bread like we always do and we were charged extra and never told. I always go to Panera Bread but today was ridiculous. Today Sunday May 13/2018 Mother's Day and we try to starting with a good breakfast. I have disgusting incident with a Manager Name John in Westfield Shopping in Wheaton Maryland. It was breakfast time and went I'm doing line to order The manager said is not more eggs in 10 or 15 min. Went I order the Lady said probably is going to be 20 or 30 Min. To wait for Eggs cooking. I said ok I am going to wait. But my family get bagels and my little one alway ate only the side of chicken and potato chips in breakfast. My order was 229 then 30 min. Passed and I asked for my son order because they said wait for eggs but not for something more. I asked the manager and said you still have to wait, he looks angry always went we are there., they serving the chicken and chips but my orden still not ready. And the manager left and said to the others don't worry about my order in whispering voice and not body do nothing. The time passes and I ask for the order and still not ready. More than 40 min. Passed.The manager alway acting with me like don't like people Hispanish. I said please can you give to me the money back and he talking very angry and all body can see what happens. This is not the first time, he always acting horrible. Another time when we order the side the chicken the price was 1.69 and selling for 1.89 because I buy and other stores. I talking with many costumers and they said same to me. This manager always acting terrible also the workers said is a bad racist man.
