PartsForYourCar [PFYC] Poor customer service

Ordered a hood liner for my 2010 Camaro to have painted by a professional artist. This painter lives in another city. I attempted to have the item dropped shipped to him. The item was significantly cheaper than other vendors, but shipping was 75.00. Still a savings with the shipping though. I attempted to have the item shipped straight to him. Otherwise I would have to receive the liner and turn around and ship it again to the artist. I have literally shipped thousands gifts and other items to people not at my billing address, but somehow this outfit can't do it. The website will not let you arrange to ship anywhere but your billing address. Makes me wonder why they even have the "same as billing address" checkbox on the page. Emailed support. Explained what I'm trying to do. I was asked why I would ship something to another person. Really? A parts vendor never ships to a shop or garage unless they buy the part? I was told it was a red flag for fraud. After I told them it was legit, but if they couldn't do it it was fine and just cancel. They did. No notification or even a courtesy follow up email to let me know. I have a guy waiting to get started on this project and I had to dig to discover that the order was cancelled. I appreciate their efforts to prevent fraud, but a simple follow up to let me know they canceled my order would have been nice. I've used this vendor before in 14 years of moding my car, but no more.

Desired outcome: None. Won't be using again.

PartsForYourCar [PFYC] Car parts. Louvers

Ordered set of qtr window louvers. Installed as directed. The 3m tape backing is crap and they fell off after only a week. Ordered a second set and made sure application was followed to the letter and same result. Out 260.00 and got no resolution or response from customer service after 2 weeks. Highly recommend NOT buying from this company! They have made no attempt to even discuss the issues with their product. They also have a 88# in the box to call with issues with the product. The contact from that # claims they do not service the product. Ridiculous!

PartsForYourCar [PFYC] Wheel flares for 2013 corvette grand sport

PFYC sent me out a pair of defective wheel flares for my 2013 Corvette Grand Sport. I left them numinous emails and VM's regarding my issue but thy never returned my calls. Finally when I did reach somebody they told me to buy some epoxy and glue the trim back on which I reluctantly did and was able to repair the item. Then when I went to install the part I ran into some fitment issues once again I left multiple VM's and emails but no one got back to me, I finally got in touch with them and told them about my fitment issue, the first words out their mouth was I would not be able to return them because I modified them, I told her I did not modify them I glued the trim back on just like you instructed me to do! I told her I did not want to return them anyway but just wanted to speak to a tech, she told me that a tech would be calling me, well needless to say that was 5 days ago and no one has called me back. I finally called Apsis that sells the same $300 wheel flare and tech told me that Pfyc's (hand typed) mounting instructions that was supplied with the part was not correct. Apsis was able to email the correct set of instructions, I then mounted the first flare with no issue but the second would not mount flush to the car, I called Apsis back and the tech told me that it was probably quality issue on the flare were the manufacture miss positioned the bottom drilled hole so it would not line up with the factory mounting hole on the car, I re drilled the flare and now they fit great!
By the way I am still have not heard back from PFYC
I buy a lot of items on the internet and I have never dealt with a company with worse customer service skills, follow-up, quality control and problem solving skills. I will not be a repeat customer

PartsForYourCar [PFYC] Scammed

Ordered some parts from www.pfyc.com website and received only half of my order. Shipping took way too long.
When I ordered they said shipping was free but later they charged a shipping fee. I tried to contact them many times regarding my order. First of all I wanted them to refund the money they fraudulently stole from me and I was also worried about the rest of my order. They never replied! What a bunch of scammers.

PartsForYourCar [PFYC] Seller provides bad-quality parts and ignores you

I bought parts for my car from the website www.pfyc.com. I got everything very quickly, but the quality turned to be the worst. All parts broke after 3 weeks and when I tried to reach the seller, this ### simply ignored my emails and messages. It was impossible to reach the seller or get money back. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

PartsForYourCar [PFYC] Bad service

I have ordered several products from this company. And just to be sure that everything is going well I’ve requested shipping details from them. The answer was that shipping might take from ten to fifteen days. Straight after that I’ve canceled my order but they told there will be a cancellation fee. Next email from them stated that items were custom made and they have already been shipped. I was very surprised with this and asked why there was nothing told about this custom approach in items description? They still haven’t answered my question… and they are still planning to charge me with the cancellation fee.

Bought a Vararam C6 Snake Charmer expecting to get the latest version and found out they are selling older version. Received a Gen 1 when the latest version is a Gen 2

1. Our Availability is listed for each product in bold red letters on the product page where you make your selection. There should be no misunderstanding about how long it takes for any product to ship, it is stated clearly.
2. You did not list your real name nor tell the truth.
3. You placed an order with your mother's credit card without her permission. She asked to cancel the order and when told of the cancellation fee that is listed clearly on our website, she stated "that's ok, I'll take it out of him."
4. Your mother was answered promptly and professionally. There are no outstanding emails from you. We have Live Support and are about the easiest company to get an answer from even during evenings, weekends and holidays. Anybody who doubts this can try for themselves. Go ahead, contact us, ask a question and see how long it takes to hear back.
5. If any of this is incorrect, please provide more identifying information including your order number.
