while sitting in a hospital wearing a gown, waiting for another test to start i decided to call to what the offer for a driver and putter was all about. the salesman who answered the phone was abrupt and rude. after rushing through his spiel about an extra club and then the need to test three clubs, (not sure what the clubs were) and was about to ask for clarification and to tell him that i didn't have access to my credit cards that i would need to call later when he hung up. decided then didn't need new clubs at 78.
Recommendation: don't bother, not a business for older vets

They promise that you are receiving 2 dozen golf balls "absolutely free"" but when you return the email or text, it turns out it cost $399 for their promotion. It is very misleading and the person on the phone will not honor what they have originally emailed/text you about their product. This business was very shady when dealing with me and I would not recommend to anyone. It is a shame that they were trying to take advantage of this veteran.

Do not try Patriot Golf
Was sent a promo through Golfweek so thought legitimate, try three woods and get a free set of three wedges. When I called they said they would even throw in a putter. Try it and if you dont like it return for a full refund and keep the wedges and putter as a thank you. This was in early August. When I called I expressed that golf season was short in Canada and I was concerned I would not have time to properly trial the clubs. They assured me I would get them within 3 week, leaving about 3-4 weeks to test out the clubs.
6 weeks later I called as no clubs received yet and golf season ending. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They tried several tactics to keep the sale and my money, saying first they cant cancel as already building my clubs (they were standard specs), then offering half my money back but final sale. Finally they agreed to cancel the order and refund.
Two weeks later I called and emailed as no refund, was told next billing cycle. Two weeks later I called and emailed again and told the same thing. Two weeks later told the same thing. Then when I contacted again stating there had been likely two billing cycles that had passed was told they are a startup and it takes time to process transactions. When I responsed that they took my money instantly they just didn't respond. So now I am looking for other means to pressure them to give my money back. I gave them ample chances and time to just issue the refund and would have been happy to trial the clubs in the first place had they been received as promised

Don't give patriot golf your money
I was solicited gor a free driver. One catch is you must try out 3, 5, & 7 woods and pay at once. I was told expect clubs in 4 - 6 weeks. I requested needed in 30 days as being in northeast the golf season was coming to an end. I was assured an accommodation. After 7 weeks I called to cancel and was offered to keep order for half off. I declined and was told credit would follow shortly. 3 weeks later I contacted company and was now told credits get issued after 30 days. Today is 30 days and now I'm told expect something in 7- 14 days. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE. DON'T BELEIVE ANY REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Delayed refund
I cancelled my order on the same day it was placed, and Patriot did not send me any thing. The did however charge my credit card, and they tell me it will take 30 days to issue a credit. They were able to charge me on the same day I ordered, but cannot issue a refund in less than 30 days?
I am not at all confident that they will even do that, based on other complaints I see in the BBB site.
Recommendation: Beware of and deals fro Patriot Golf.
I only wish I had seen the Complaints board before participating in this promotion. Now I'm probably going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company.

Like all others, awaiting refund (now in 6th month)
Ordered 5 orders from Patriot Golf this year.. kept many of the clubs (they actually are great clubs) but returned three sets for a refund. Those are.. #65308 February 7, 2023 Pending Refund $491.95 for 4 items #63816 January 6, 2023 Pending Refund $491.95 for 4 items #62239 November 30, 2022 Pending Refund $543.95 for 4 items Like dozens of other follks here the refund cannot be completed as a credit card refund since they switched banks. It is now bordering on 6 months and over 15 emails and dozens of calls and all with promises of "escalation". Representatives there say they send in the request and then Accounts Payable fails to cut the check. Apprently the only way to get a check sent is to post here so let's hope this helps. But don't ask for an email or call back - it never happens. Never been more disappointed in a company in my life. Which is too bad because the clubs are great.

Good for him! He ordered in February and got his refund. I ordered in January. Returned the awful clubs in March and still getting story after story about my expedited refund. Still no refund- what a joke! Pisses me off I was sucked in to such a fraudulent company! 😡

My son has been trying to get his money back for returned clubs for months. 1st it took forever to actually gets the clubs and after playing them the 1st time, he decided they were worse than his current clubs. He called Patriot, discussed with a customer rep and returned the clubs. Still waiting for his refund. He has talked to them many times over the past 2 months and the check is always going to be sent out in a few days. Credit card company is involved now.

Hi I’m from England, I’ve had lots of emails saying I’ve been chosen to have free clubs to test.
So after lots of emails I thought I’d give them a call, the line wasn’t too good the guy said he would call me back, no return call.
I called again and had a chat with another guy, gave him the code he asked for so all seemed good.
The call was going on a long time so I thought that’s the catch they make on the phone call ?
I was hoping they would call back.
I hope I’m wrong but be careful. 🏌️♂️

Patriot golf is a scam
I returned the clubs two months ago after not hitting them once. I’ve called them multiple times and am waiting for a refund. They told me they had to send out a check and it would be 5-7 business days. Still no check and this company has lied to me multiple times about refunding me and sending me a “tracking number” on a piece of usps mail? Which I don’t thing you can do. I’ve been left with no reply multiple times whether it’s through email or phone call. I just want my 498$ you own me.

I told him I didn’t feel comfortable giving my credit card over the phone if there’s any other way and he was telling me we want you to go out there like a rockstar and hit the best clubs and I said that’s fine. I’d be more than happy to write a review And give you my honest opinion, but I don’t feel comfortable giving my credit card over the phone and he basically hung up now I could see why there’s one star two star ratings on this company.

On 2/23/2022 I ordered and received PG's offer of a free driver with the purchase of 3 fairway wood under the proviso that I could try them out and return them for a full refund. I did so, and found they were not the clubs for me. I called PG and was given a return authorization #. I returned the 3 clubs at a cost of $49 to me in late April 2022. After 3 *** statements, I still have not been credited for the $498 cost of the clubs. I have emailed several times and received a response "We will get back to you". When I call, I get a canned message that "We are experiencing technical issues. Call back later". This has gone on long enough. I want a resolution. Thank you.
I believe this company is a total scam! I, like many others, wish to honor our veterans and the service they have provided our country. Therefore, if this was a veteran supporting and veteran hiring company, I thought I'd give them a try. I ordered the "deal" of the free driver if I would try the 3,5,7 metal/***. The "wholesale" price for each "metal/wood" was $ *** for a total cost for the three clubs of $ ***. I placed the order on 4/8/2022 and finally received the clubs on 5/25/2022. Of course, my credit card was charged for the entire amount on 4/8/2022. I used the clubs several times on the range and, since I play 2-3 times a week, also used them in several rounds. The metal/*** were "ok" but not a good fit and after the test period, I preferred my old clubs better. I fully complied with the, "unconditional 45 day money back guarantee" and called for a return authorization. Had a very heated discussion with a high pressure salesman who tried to make several "deals" so I would keep the clubs and they would keep my money. He reluctantly provided a return code. Shipped the 3 clubs back in the original box and packing on 6/22/2022 with a confirmed *** delivery on 6/24/2022. Order is listed on their web site as "pending return". I have made several calls and was told the accounting department would process the return. She stated, "I'll check with accounting and she would call me back with the details"...no return call! Still waiting for my refund. They don't seem to answer their phones...just *** BAD...BAD...this is false advertising and dishonoring to veterans. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

The product are what they are. There are no miracles in the golf industry. But the machine (my body) using the clubs generated the same results as I do with mu club fitted driver 3 and 5 wood from Ping. The difference is the cost at the end of the day. I am please with what I received, Looking forward to receive the club head covers which are backordered at this time.
I'm seeing some really bad reviews of Patriot Golf here, but I'd like to tell those checking up on this company I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with my experience with my clubs and their service.I have to admit I thought the FREE DRIVER email I received from them was a come-on that could cost me a lot of dough, but all the interactions with Patriot Golf have been, most importantly, enhancing my 57-years of experience with the game I love (at 77, I'm again improving on my 12 hcp) and the satisfaction of patronizing a start-up, Veteran-run/supportive company who lives up to the American way of doing business by providing a great product and responsive customer service at a reasonable price.You'll likely never see PATRIOT GOLF on any PGA golfer's bag, but the clubs in a pro's bag aren't available to those of us who golf for fun, friends, exercise, and love of the game. And we don't hit a bazillion practice *** a day or get million$ to play 'em. Who do you think pays for that?! I replaced my old PING irons, including 4 wedges that are VERY nice, and my tee and fairway metals with their D, 3, 5, and - first-time - HEAVEN (7) metals - walking away from my 3 and 4 irons (i.e., I'd rather hit to a green high rather than low). I agreed to tryout a set of clubs from Patriot/Warrior (P/W) Golf on 9/9 w/ the help of someone over the phone.I could try out some clubs; I was to receive a driver, no cost, & could return the clubs after trying them for 45 days & be refunded.I was told they would take a several weeks to be sent. I told the P/W Rep on the phone never mind as the last 2 tourneys I was to play in were in less than a *** have the opportunity to use them. I received the e-mail from there web site and responded to the phone number given for the free driver and agreed to test the 3,5, and 7 wood, I was informed I would not be charged the 150 dollars on my credit card unless I decided to keep the clubs after testing them well that was on the 3rd of December and I have heard not one word from them but ny credit card was charges *** the same day. I have sent 7 e-mails inquiring about the charge and the clubs and have not received one answer to any, my last e-mail was today and I told them to cancel sending the 3,5, and 7 wood and refund me my money and as far as I am concerned they can keep the driver. where to i start. im a 100% disabled Veteran and try to play golf for health reasons and to have fun. i ordered these fairway *** from Patriot Golf with a free driver. they charged my bank *** on oct 1st. i didnt recieve the clubs until nov 4th. the clubs were fine and the free driver was a refurbished head and not done well at all. after trying out the clubs i decided not to keep them and sent them back including the free driver. they recieved them on dec 4th 2021. i have contacted them 3 time about the refund and they say it will be returned on the next billing cycle but cant tell me when that will be. so much for "Patriot" golfers. they have had my money for 3 months now and i have not been told when i will recive my refund. About 9 months ago I purchased clubs from Patriot Golf. After only one use at the range I determined that the clubs were not for me. The clubs wre well-made and were delivered quickly as described. The "feel" when stiking the ball just did not sit well with me and I made the decision to return the clubs. As with any club one purchases, "feel" is an important factor.I initially had some difficulty making contct to affect a return. Some of the difficulty may have been due to the day/time that i was calling. This may have been due to COVID-19. In the end, I may have impatiently filed a complaint with Complaintsboard.com. After filing he Complaintsboard.com complaint I immediately received a response from Patriot Golf. The return process was then handled quickly and professionally. Jus to be clear, I have no complaint with Patriot Golf, and only wish that i could find a way to remove the original complaint filed.

Early June 22 I received an email stating that were running a little behind and they were still working on getting to my order. I started checking the history of this company through the *** and seen bad reviews. I canceled my order. Started calling every week and after the 3rd call seeing no return of money. I continue calling and started threatening to call American Legion which they had on their site as a sponsor. After the forth call I gave them a dead line of the end of that week and I would make the call to the American Legion. Money was credited to my account that week

I decided to try the Patriot 3 wood. I called and gave Patriot Golf representative my information including a credit card number. The 3 wood came with no head cover which was ok. When the club arrived it looked great however when I took it out of the shipping container it was a very heavy club. The next day I took the 3 wood to the driving range and compared it to the 3 wood that I had used for a couple of years. There was no comparison the 3 wood from Patriot Golf could not come close to the performance of my old 3 wood that I wanted to replace. I was quite disappointed with the club however I did not send it back its in the garage with a couple of other clubs that are gathering dust. Compared to my old 3 wood the Patriot 3 wood was much heavier and I could not get the club head speed that I could on my old and still used 3 wood.

I attempted to try the 3, 5, 7 wood and the driver. After the clubs didn't suit me, I returned all the clubs like i was told to do. They let me keep the driver. They have had the clubs back in their possession since 9/3. I called on 9/10 and was told they were received and their people were looking over the clubs. That i would receive credit back on my credit card in 3 business days. I called again on 9/17 and was told the full refund should be back on my credit card soon.I called again 9/22 and spoke to a woman who put me on hold and said she would call the accounting office. She came back on the line and said she would call me back once accounting picked up the phone. She never called me back, but sent an email stating my credit card would be given the full refund and showed it as processing. I have checked with my credit card company since the 22nd and there is no refund processing! This company is a SCAM! Don't order clubs from them, and don't give them your credit card information.

Was talked into ordering clubs in September . Waited for 4 months, no clubs, no correspondence from Patriot Golf. Called and requested a refund in January 2022. Was promised a refund in 2 weeks. I called Patriot golf no less than 3 times, and was promised a refund check would be coming soon each time. 6 months after the order was cancelled, still no refund. It has been 10 months of either waiting for the clubs or waiting for my $585 refund. After I called a 4th time, and more complaints, I was promised a check would be sent that day. The check has arrived, now Im worried it will bounce. Forget about Patriot Golf. They are a waste of time and bordering on consumer fraud. They take your money and never ship anything.

Refund for returned Golf Clubs
I ordered 3 Hybrid clubs from Patriot Golf on 8/18/23 at a cost of $537.95, with the understanding I was receiving a free Patriot Golf F35 Driver free of charge and could return the 3 hybrid clubs after trying them if I was not happy. I received the clubs on 10/22/23. I tried the clubs several times but was not happy with them. I called Patriot Golf to get a return authorization (#RA 74657, see attached shipping receipt). Patriot Golf received them on 11/28/23 and said I should get credit on my card or a check back in 30-35 days. They have a money back guarantee. It has been 3 months and I have NOT received my return amount of $498.00! I have called them at least 30-40 times to get continual promises but no results!

Received an offer from Patriot Golf in August 2023. Called them back and placed an order for a golf club. Later in the day, read some reviews on what a scam the company is. Called the company and cancelled the order. Checked my credit card the next day and saw that three charges for the same amount had gone through. Called Patriot golf back and asked them to cancel all charges. They said they would do so. When my credit card statement arrived, I see that I have been charged with $506.95 USD on August 13, 2023 and this amount has never been reversed. I never received any golf clubs, do not want any golf clubs from this company, and need them to reverse the charge.

Patriot Golf's "Pursuit of Golf Happiness Guarantee"
I placed two orders for Patriot golf clubs, assuming "The Pursuit of Golf Happiness Guarantee Policy" was not an empty promise. Now, I have to wonder if I've been swindled. After comprehensive 'Performance Evaluations' I returned both orders within the proper time. I confirmed that Patriot received my returns on 6/13/23 and that I was due a refund of $945. A customer service rep told me to expect a refund check within 30 days. I called back after 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 75 days, and was told they were experiencing delays due to some banking/system change ? in the Accounting Dept. It's 120 days later and I haven't heard a peep from Patriot, although I was told I'd be contacted after each call I made to customer service. I expected better from a company that claims to represent American veterans, of which I am one.

I ordered three golf clubs from Patriot Golf in Dec. 2023. The purchase agreement said I could return any of the clubs if I was unsatisfied. I returned two of the clubs in Jan. 2023, which was within the specified time frame. I have waited since then to be refunded the cost of the two clubs I returned. I have called the company three times and was told each time accounting would be contacted and my money would be returned. My last call was on 6 Jul., and still no refund. I think they don't intend to return the $361.96 they owe me, which is 2/3rd the price for three clubs.

Fairway Wood
I received an email for a fairway wood if I paid the shipping. This was back in June. After several weeks, I called back to the number and he was asking for the code for the particular deal. I stopped him and told him that was the only number I had and was asking the status of the fairway wood. Was this a scam and fraud. He assured me it wasn’t and put me on hold, came back and told me the club would ship on the following Wednesday. That was back in mid July. I have not received the club nor have I have anything. Using the name Patriot is a real disservice. I am retired military and you should probably change the name to something more appropriate. After several phone calls by me to your office and or/emails from you due to all the delays of shipment (i.e. delayed materials), I spoke to your rep Wes in late December and early January to cancel my order and requested a refund. I've been assured and promised that a refund will be issued and after several phone calls, speaking to Samantha, several times with Wes and Josh, it is now end of July and still have not received my refund, not even a courtesy phone call to let me know the status of my request.

On 2/21/23 I ordered some golf clubs from Patriot Golf, Order #66073. I hadn't received the order and sent an email on 3/20/23 inquiring about it. I was told that the order was delayed due to supply shortages. On 3/30/23 I received an email advising me that the order had been shipped. I tried the clubs out, and, in accordance with Patriot Golf's policy, I requested to return the clubs. No one from Patriot would let me know the process of returning the clubs, so I was finally told just to send them back to 2741 N Lamb Blvd in Las Vegas, NV 89115 and to include the order number with the return. I did so and shipped the clubs on 5/24/23 via UPS. The order was received by Patriot Golf on 5/31/23 at 10:29am per tracking #1ZAC33520312510611. Since then I have contacted Patriot Golf 3 times asking about my refund. I was told initially that they had no record of the return but subsequently found it and had entered it into their system for processing. As of this date, 7/11/23, I still have not refund.

On March 30, 2022, I ordered three golf clubs (3,5 and 7 metal woods) with a 45-day return policy and a complimentary golf bag. My credit card was charged $566.95. The delivery was delayed, and I received the items on May 14, 2022. After testing the clubs, I decided to return them on June 3, 2022, for a refund of $498 after deducting shipping costs. On 10/13 I accepted an offer to try out some clubs and if I didnt want them I could return and keep a driver. This was on a Friday. I called Saturday as I decided I didnt need anymore golf clubs. I was told to call Monday. I called on Monday and was told I would be refunded. I received a phone call on Tuesday from Patriot and called back to get a confused representative. She said I would be refunded. Over the following weeks I have called 4 times and emailed multiple more. I have been told I would be refunded, then told I was refunded already and it probably hasnt posted to my credit card. I then was told I was in a backlog of refunds and that was last Thursday on October 27 and would be any day now and still have not been refunded. I have called a total of 6 times and told different stories each time.

On 8/31 I contacted Patriot golf because of a email I received. They would send you a 3,5 and 7 wood along with a driver and wanted you to try them and return them if you didnt like the clubs but you could keep the driver. They charged my CC *** .The clubs never arrived in the 3or4 week time frame that they promised. I am a West Point Graduate and Veteran. I was drawn to Patriot Golf because of the many references to having veterans employed and having a special connection with veterans. I called and eventually agreed to trial 3 *** (3, 5, 7) and receive a free "hybrid driver for trialing the 3 *** with a guaranteed money back if I did not like any of the three or all of them. My clubs arrived 2-3 weeks later without any head covers which were included and an email saying they were out of stock but would be shipped separately soon. I trialed the clubs, liked the "hybrid driver" but felt my existing *** were better clubs for me. I emailed customer service on May 24, (attached) explaining my intent to return all 3 ***. But, I did indicate I would trial them for another 2 weeks and if not happy I would return them. Two days later I received a call from a high pressure customer service rep that eventually offered me a refund of $239.95 if I would keep all four clubs and if I didn't find them acceptable then give them to someone who might want them. I accepted the offer that day. I have not received the refund to my AMEX and after emailing customer service and one of the owners, *** on June 20th asking for my promised refund. I have received no answer. I feel like I have been duped.

I ended up getting a driver, had regrets, so I requested to cancel the very next day, August 10th. I was told it's no problem, and my refund should be received in 7 to 14 business days as of August 22nd. It's been well over a month now and the representative dealing with me has dropped off the face of the planet. I have yet to receive a refund or any communication from this awful company.

My charge account was charged $537.95 on September 28. I was assured the clubs would be delivered to a golf resort during our stay between October 18 and 25th. The clubs were not delivered as promised. They did arrive 2 weeks later after we had returned home. I immediately called Patriot Golf when the resort emailed and said a large package had arrived in November. I asked for a refund because they did not honor our agreement. I was told that they would send the delivery truck for a pickup, and I would receive a refund. After 3 months and more than 6 phone calls, I still have not received my refund. The customer service reps always say the same thing...I will send this request straight to the accounting department, and you will receive an email regarding your refund. I have never even received the email, much less a refund. I do have a refund request confirmation number, and every time I, or my wife, call they acknowledge the number and that we are due a refund with their apologies. I don't want apologies. Here it is January 19, 2022, and I am still trying to get my refund! Obviously, this is not a reputable company!

I think they are a bait and switch company stealing money with an empty promises.

On 5/9/22 I called Patriot Golf to advise them that I wanted to return the 3 and 5. I received intense pressure to keep the clubs. I told *** still wanted to return them several times, to no avail. He then offered me a set of irons if I kept the ***. I reluctantly agreed. I was promised delivery of the RIGHT-HANDED irons within 3-4 weeks, and that the head covers would be received no later than 6/24/22. Multiple weeks went by and I didnt receive the irons or the head covers. I called and emailed several times to no avail. I finally received a set of irons on 8/12/22. However, they were LEFT-HANDED! I immediately called Patriot and reported the problem. More weeks went by and I finally received the correct irons. The process took 6 months! By the way, I still dont have the head covers! My entire experience was just awful. I will say one positive thingeveryone I spoke with was extremely nice. Unfortunately, that didnt make up for the awful customer service.

Received an offer to demo Patriot Golf new driver for free and set of fairway woods to try for 45 days. If I decided to keep the fairway clubs it would cost $133 each, 3 total clubs, $399 total. Plus shipping $29.95. The order was placed on 11/09 and my credit card was charged $428.95. Clubs arrived on 11/16, and the components were not as promised. The shaft was completely different brand and interior to advertised on website. The grips were not great. I was the clubs would be better than my Calloway Fusion driver, but the shaft was mush worse and grips were much worse and weighed 50% more than my current clubs which will not increase swing speed as promised. I called on 11/19 spoke to Mr. Brady to tell him of my problems and he agreed the shafts were wrong, did not offer to send clubs with better shafts, which leads to believe it was not a mistake. Told me to send them back to get a refund. I paid to ship them back, they left my house 11/20 and were received by Patriot Golf on 1125. I enclosed a letter asking for refund for clubs and shipping, $428.95 I also asked for proof that they are using veterans to assemble clubs and have received none. I believe this is also false advertising on their website and stated on my phone calls. Using veterans and patriotism as selling point is morally worse than sending inferior clubs.

I was informed that to participate I needed to pay $166 plus $39.95 for shipping, for *** and that the amount would be refunded if returned within 45 days of receiving the clubs. I paid with a credit card on October 4. I was told that I would receive the clubs in three weeks. I received the clubs on November 8th. I tested the 3 metal and determined that I did not like the clubs. I called customer service of *** and obtained a RA-***wm. I followed their directions and returned the clubs via *** arriving at Patriot Golf on the 30th of November. I called some three weeks later to customer service and was told that the refund would be made the last week in December. To this date I have not received the refund. I would like your help to get my refund. I cannot get through to customer service after many calls. The phone always goes to busy. I sent them a message using their WEB site n mh mnb I also plan on sending a complaint to the *** of the State of California. This company should not be doing business. Their advertising on the internet is deceptive as best and their business practices leave a lot to be desired.
