On August 25 2023 a really bad storm hit in my area and due to that a tree fell on my roof causing penteration through my roof. My insurance company contacted Paul Davis Restoration to come and access the damage. The storm was on Friday and the representative was suppose to send a crew over on Sat to remove the tree and place a tarp on the roof. No one showed up until a couple days later and by this time my neighbors had removed the tree from the roof, cut it up, and placed in a neat pile to be carried off. It continued to rain on and off over the weekend and I had to place lg containers on my bed to catch the rain. However, the hole in the roof was drenched in water and the wall in my bedroom was soaked and the ceiling began to sag. Someone came over and placed a big fan and told me to let it run for 48 hrs. They identified themselves as Hvac. One of them entered my crawl space and told me that he didn't detect any mold but that some of the inslulation would have to be replaced.I had to go out of town on the 29th of Aug. And I returned on Sept.14th. My mother who is co owner was here waiting for someone to come and start the repairs. No one had come nor called during this time. When I returned I entered my bedroom to find that there was a strong musky, moldy odor in the room which was bad for my allergies. It made me cough uncontrollably I contacted my insurance agent the following morning and he had a Mr. Jenkins to contact me. I explained to him what was going on and he assured me that he was going to have a crew get started. It was over a week when I heard from him again. I would call and my messages went to voice mail. I called my insurance agent and most of the time he wasn't any help either. This went on fo two months. By now I started having nose bleeds from the whatever is in my ceiling. I kept calling to see when they were going to repair the ceiling due to me expecting out of town guest on Oct.20th. I was assured it would be repaired before then. Someone came to the ceiling on Oct. 9th and on the 13th they came to paint where it was patched. That was all the painting they were ordered to do and I became very angry and was later told that they painted the entire ceiling but you can tell it was not. Finally on the 23rd of Oct a crew showed up to repair the roof. They finished up on the 24 but they did not replace the gutters. I have been told that they are on order. Meanwhile I have been instructed to send the payment from my insurance co. I did not due to the work being unfinished. I contacted my agent and advised and I also spoke with Samatha at Paul Davis. She put me in touch with a representative who told me that the inslulation had already been replaced. I knew better. He also stated that it was repaired from the outside when the roof was repaired. No way! That was on Nov 3rd he then stated that he was going to send a crew over on the 6th to lay some additional insulation ans as usual they were a no show no call. Today I received a call saying that they would be able to shoe and complete the job which they did buy they showed up with a small row of insulation and one of them went into the crawl space and were out in approximately 5 minutes. I asked if he was finished he said he was and then I asked what he did with the insulation that he took up . He said he didn't speak English and he phoned his boss. He told me that they did not replace the inslulation per the work order because it looked new and it is. I had insulation blown in my house in Feburary of this year. It was not being replaced because it was old it was being replaced because it got wet. My insurance paid for replacement. They layed a strip of inslulation up there somewhere. One of the installers showed me a picture that I copied and in the picture it was laid beside some steps. According to where the incident happened there would be no steps up there. I am so disappointed with the service I have received from your company. It has been a very aggravating experience. This is the most undetectable, dishonest company I've ever dealt with. Upon replacement of my gutters I hope to never cross paths with Paul Davis Restorations again.!

Desired outcome: Finish what has taken almost 3 months
