As far as I'm concerned the entire company is faulty and untruthful. I wasn't able to remove and old debit card off of my account, and a payment of over $300 was sent to a closed bank account. I contacted the bank to make sure it was reversed, which it was. Yet payactiv has been denying for months that the money was ever returned to them. I've even sent them two letters from my bank, at their request showing that the account was closed and there was no way I could've accessed that money. Both letters I was told weren't proof enough the account was closed even though they came directly from my bank. There is an employee named Mr. Becker who has been emailing and calling me just to drag this out even more. That was over 75% of my paycheck and I've been behind in bills ever since. They won't return the money, or even look into it to see if it was returned to them. They just want me to keep begging for money I've literally always worked for and never got. Worst company and customer service ever.
