People Finders Helpful Customer Service and Accurate Information

I recently used PeopleFinders for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful customer service and the accuracy of the information provided. The representative I spoke with, Sebastian, was knowledgeable, patient, and resolved my issue quickly. The service was efficient, and I received the correct information I needed. I will not hesitate to use PeopleFinders again in the future for my occasional searches. Overall, a positive experience that I would recommend to others.

People Finders Old stuff but accurate

My purchase of a report on my husband, who I have been married to for 36 years. I wanted the newest information. It had 100% accurate information, but nothing newer than 8 years ago. It gave phone numbers and addresses of family members that was accurate as well.

People Finders I've found a wealth of information on this site

I've found a wealth of information on this site. Just read the product descriptions before you order - they have options to buy a single report for $1.95, or start a monthly membership and get the report for $. 95. It's all clearly marked, just make sure you read everything first. You can do people searches, get background checks and similar reports.

People Finders Pretty good

I don't understand the low reviews. The interface isn't pretty, but it does a pretty good job. Seems better than intelius and spokeo in my usage, but pipl seems to have a larger database. I may subscribe again. The thing with people finders is that you have to cancel your account and then they offer about ~40% off per month to stay. It is definitely not a scam. I used it to find quite a few people.

People Finders Great for b2b leads

I use it for my b2b lead generation to ensure i get the right contact info. Compared to Lusha who is $99 a month Peoplefinders is only $30 a month and comes with 50 more credits per month. Just be sure to download the browser extension so its easy to search while working.

I work in the digital marketing sphere and routinely need to get in touch with directors and VPs but its hard to find the most recent contact info for people. This tool allows me to do extra research and get phone numbers and recent emails.

People Finders Beware of PeopleFinders: A Review of Their Scammy Practices

I decided to give PeopleFinders a try and signed up for their $2.95 trial membership. Unfortunately, I didn't find the service helpful and cancelled immediately on the same day. However, when I checked my bank statement, I was shocked to see that I was charged not only the $2.95, but also three other smaller charges for information I had requested. To make matters worse, I was charged the full amount of $29.95.

I called PeopleFinders and spoke to a woman named Jennifer, hoping to resolve the issue over the phone. However, she accused me of lying and claimed that I had only cancelled part of my membership. This was simply not true, as there were no other parts to a trial membership. If there were, I would have cancelled them as well.

To add insult to injury, the information that I paid for was readily available online for free. I felt scammed and decided to report them to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was shocked to find that over 400 others had reported the same complaints.

I strongly advise against using PeopleFinders. In just six days, I was charged a total of $34.35, despite only using their service for one hour. Don't fall for this scam.

People Finders Beware of PeopleFinders: Inaccurate Reports, Unwanted Subscriptions, and Terrible Customer Service

I recently purchased a report from PeopleFinders for a low price of $3.95. However, I was disappointed to find out that the information provided was inaccurate. I immediately contacted the website as they claim to have a policy for inaccurate information. Unfortunately, I have been trying to get my money back since December 2019.

To make matters worse, I was charged $29.95 per month for a subscription that I did not sign up for. Despite numerous calls to customer service, the representative kept assuring me that the subscription would be canceled. However, I was charged for six months before I realized what was happening.

I have been hung up on, yelled at, and treated poorly by the customer service representatives. It was not until today that I was finally transferred to a manager. However, she was rude, condescending, and accused me of lying. She even refused to let me speak or leave a message for her manager. She claimed to be the highest authority and that the CEO was too busy to speak with me.

I was shocked to hear her laugh while she was talking to me. She even hung up on me before stating that the CEO owned multiple tech companies and was out setting up businesses. She gave herself "carte blanche" power and refused to help me.

This is an internet scam! PeopleFinders falsely shows 5-star reviews but is actually a shell company. They are a rip-off and should be avoided at all costs.

People Finders Warning: PeopleFinders is a Scam - Don't Waste Your Money!

I gotta say, PeopleFinders is a total rip-off. Don't even think about giving them your hard-earned cash. They make all these promises about being able to find phone records and GPS coordinates, but it's all a bunch of baloney. They don't actually do any of that stuff. And if you do decide to give them a try, be prepared to get hit with all sorts of hidden fees and charges.

Here's the deal: every time you make a selection on their website, there's some sneaky fine print that says you're signing up for a membership. And once you're in, there's no getting out. They won't give you a refund, no matter how much you beg and plead.

But don't worry, there's a way out. If you ever find yourself in this situation, just tell them that you didn't authorize the charges and that you didn't give anyone permission to use your card. That should be enough to get your money back. And if it's not, call your bank and tell them the same thing.

The customer service center is a joke. They'll only refund you for three charges, but if you keep pushing them, they might eventually give in and refund you for two more. It's a total hassle, but it's better than nothing.

Honestly, this company should be shut down. They're all about false advertising and scamming people out of their money. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from PeopleFinders.

People Finders Scam Alert: My Experience with PeopleFinders

So, I recently tried out PeopleFinders and I have to say, it was a bit of a letdown. I'm not one to usually pay for "free" trials, but I had to complete a task to get a gift card, so I decided to give it a shot. I paid for the "free" trial and looked up a couple of numbers out of curiosity before canceling. However, to my surprise, I was charged $30 even though I canceled before the trial ended. I checked the site and my account was still up, so I canceled again. That's when a message popped up saying that if I paid $70, I could have a lifetime membership.

Now, I don't know about you, but when a company offers you a lifetime of their services for two months at the regular price, chances are their services are not hard to come by for free. It's just a way to get more money out of you. I continued to cancel and emailed them for a refund because I canceled before the trial ended, but they refused to give it to me.

The thing is, you could literally put in the person's name you are looking for in the Google search bar and pull up everything this company pulls up for you. And on top of piggybacking off Google, they also charge you every time for a full report. So, you're paying for membership so they can Google search whoever you're looking for, and then you pay every time for any actual useful info.

All the information they provide is outdated, and it's just a scam all the way around with these guys. You're better off cutting out the middle man and searching Google yourself. Don't waste your time or money on PeopleFinders.

People Finders PeopleFinders Review: Misleading Charges and Discrimination

I went to PeopleFinders to sign up because they said there was a "NEGATIVE" on my account. But when I got there, I didn't see any negative and I signed up for the $4.95 per month plan. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that they charged me $29 and some change. That's not what they advertised and it's not fair.

I called to cancel and the lady on the phone cancelled my subscription, but she told me that they would keep part of my money because of a background check. I never selected a background check, but the link they provided after I downloaded my information changed and asked me to make a selection in order to get the report. I thought the charge would still be $4.95, but apparently not.

I felt like the lady on the phone didn't understand me or maybe she discriminated against me because of my race. I'm Indian, but maybe because of my tone, which is often mistaken for being black, she decided to take my money. It's not right.

PeopleFinders needs to be more honest and transparent with their customers. They shouldn't cheat people out of their money and they shouldn't discriminate against them either. If I were lighter-skinned and explained myself, they probably would have given me a full refund and apologized for misrepresenting their site.

Overall, I give PeopleFinders a half star, or really no star at all. They need to do better.

People Finders Beware of PeopleFinders: A Scam Company Putting Your Safety at Risk

This company, PeopleFinders, is a complete scam! They provide false information and put the lives of harassment and identity theft victims at risk. They trace every i. P. address that visits their site and create many duplicate profiles. They claim to have a "limit" of how many of these duplicate profiles can be opted out, but they never actually remove the profile. If you try to contact them, they will give you the runaround and make light of your situation. They take pride in ignoring complaints and opt-out requests. It's clear that they could not care less about your safety and are only interested in making a profit.

If you email them, you will receive poorly written and vague descriptions from their Indian "headquarters" about the meaning of census data. This is in response to whatever your message is to them. It's enraging to receive such an unhelpful email. It's important to remember that their job is to make money, and they will do whatever it takes to publicize private and personal information. They even change the information if it makes a "profile" seem more interesting so that more people will pay a subscription to see it.

But there is something we can do about it! We can file a complaint with the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-1 and tell them about PeopleFinders' disgusting practices. We can also contact our home state's attorney general/governor's office, which will have a consumer protection department where we can file a complaint. When the FTC and states see the pattern of complaints for this scam company, they will take action.

It's important to spread the word about PeopleFinders and their unethical practices. Don't let them get away with scamming people and putting their safety at risk. File a complaint and let your voice be heard!

People Finders Outdated Information and Nonexistent Customer Service: My Experience with PeopleFinders

So, I signed up for PeopleFinders to track down my ex-girlfriend who was harassing me. I needed to get some information for the sheriff to serve her. I only joined for a month, but when I tried to cancel the next month, it wouldn't let me. I was charged almost four more months before I was finally able to cancel it. I'm not even sure if it's canceled or not. We'll see at the end of this month.

The information on PeopleFinders is so outdated. I checked myself, and my current address was listed as somewhere I lived over five years ago. It didn't show any of my court history, my current bankruptcy, or any of the addresses where I've lived in the last five years. I also checked on two of my former spouses, both of whom are deceased, and it shows them as still living in the same homes. I don't know where these people get their records from.

I was trying to find out if my ex-girlfriend was still married, but it shows no marriage certificates or divorce certificates for any state. You can easily get those for free at your county records office. Customer service is nonexistent. It's just a loop recording that keeps bringing you back to the same menu. I wasn't able to speak to a human in the three months I was trying to figure out why I couldn't cancel. I finally had to cancel the credit card that was on the account so that it would stop getting charged.

If you're trying to confirm someone's background, the only thing you'll get out of this is the phone number, a bunch of emails which may or may not be current, and a bunch of addresses which may or may not be current. This is a waste of money, and they are a rip-off.

People Finders Beware of PeopleFinders: A Total Scam and Waste of Time and Money

This website, PeopleFinders, is a total scam! Let me tell you a few things that I experienced when dealing with them. Firstly, they tricked me into buying a one-time report, but then automatically signed me up for a membership without my consent. And guess what? They charged me for both the report and the membership in the first month!

To make matters worse, they store your credit card information and won't let you delete it from their website. And they only send you two emails - one to confirm your account and one to confirm your purchase. After that, they don't send any emails about the subscription you unknowingly signed up for.

When I finally caught on and called to dispute the charges, they tried to manipulate me into believing that I agreed to the subscription. They even told me that no other subscription services send thank you emails for payment every month (which is a total lie, by the way). They made me feel like it was my fault and that I was partially responsible.

After wasting two hours of my life on the phone with them, I decided to dispute the charges through my credit card instead. And get this - they charged me for a service that I never even used or thought about since making my one-time purchase! They are a total scam and fraudulent.

I haven't even logged into my PeopleFinders account since the day I made the one-time purchase, yet they charged me for a service every month without my consent or notification. It's ridiculous!

Please, do not fall into this trap. PeopleFinders is a complete waste of time and money.

People Finders Beware of PeopleFinders: Scam Alert for $1.95 Address Search

This website, PeopleFinders, is a real scam. I was searching for a free address search and this website popped up. It claimed to offer a search for only $1.95, but as soon as I agreed to pay, several boxes popped up, including one for a $19.95 background check. I was stuck and couldn't move forward without checking that box. They already had my credit card information, so I was trapped. I had no idea what I was being charged for, as I had checked several boxes without knowing what they were for.

I needed my granddaughter's address for her birthday, and I couldn't get in touch with my daughter. I tried this website because Whitepages is no longer the same. I thought I would pay $1.95 for her address to get my birthday card out in time. However, I was bombarded with numerous questions and was stuck in the background check section. I had no idea what I had checked at this point. They reported back to me the name I had given them, but still no address.

I'm 60 years old, but this confused me greatly. I checked the box for the background check and was charged $19.95. I didn't want a background check, I just wanted an address. The information they provided me was not even accurate. I used to work for a security company and I know what background checks are. I myself have had to submit to an FBI background check for my job with the US government. It took months for them to complete it.

Do not use this site. There is no simple $1.95 address search, and you will get caught up in questions asking you if you would like this or that. Then you will be frozen until you check the box for $19.95. They do not give refunds either, which is convenient for them. I had searched for that free address on several sites, and they all came down to money. I was exhausted and willing to pay $1.95 to get my card out in the mail, but I should have never agreed to pay $1.95 when they advertised a free address search.

I wish to look into starting a class action lawsuit against them. If they have used this technique with you, please contact me at ***@AOL.com. We will get our money back and more.

People Finders Beware of PeopleFinders: A Complete Waste of Time and Money

I gotta say, PeopleFinders is a complete joke. I mean, what kind of results are they even giving you? All you get is a bunch of old phone numbers and a list of relatives that might not even be accurate. And don't even get me started on the criminal records. I could find more accurate info just by going to the city, county, and state court websites for free. And even then, half the time the information is "not available" or "not provided." What a waste of time.

And don't even think about trying to get the full report without paying extra. They promise you the world and then ask for more money once you're already in. And their charges are ridiculous. I tried to cancel my account and all I got was an automated message telling me how to do it on their website. And even then, it only canceled the $19.95 monthly charge for PeopleFinders. They kept charging me $24.99 a month for "CKF*PF Awards" for another 9 months with no way to cancel it. It's like they're trying to scam you or something.

Now they claim to have a real customer service line, but I never got to speak to a real person. It's like they don't even care about their customers. And I'm still trying to get my money back for those 9 months. It's a complete nightmare.

Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go with a reputable licensed company that does background checks. There are plenty of them out there. Don't be like me and fall for this useless waste of space on the internet. Do your research and you'll see that there are thousands of complaints and warnings about PeopleFinders. Don't say I didn't warn you.

People Finders FRAUDULENT SCAM

FEW THINGS TO POINT OUT ABOUT THIS POS SITE:

1. IF THEY FOOL YOU INTO PURCHASING A ONE TIME REPORT FOR ANY AMOUNT THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY SIGN YOU UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP.

2. IN THE FIRST MONTH YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR ONE TIME REPORT AND MEMBERSHIP.

3. THEY STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO DELETE IT FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

4. THEY SEND YOU ONE EMAIL TO SAY YOU MADE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND ONE EMAIL TO SAY YOU PURCHASED A REPORT.

5. THEY DO NOT SEND ANY EMAILS AFTER THAT. AND THEY NEVER SEND ONE WITH ANY DETAILS ABOUT THIS SAID SUBSCRIPTION YOU SIGNED UP FOR, THAT IS RIGHT NOT ONE! LIKE TYPICAL SUBSCRIPTIONS WHO SEND THANK YOU EMAILS FOR YOUR PAYMENT EVERY MONTH. SO THEY FLY UNDER THE RADAR UNTIL YOU CATCH ON.

6. WHEN YOU CATCH ON AND CALL TO DISPUTE. THEY WILL MAKE YOU BELIEVE AT FIRST THAT 3 MONTHS IS ALL THEY WILL REFUND. UNTIL YOU PUSH A LITTLE HARDER THAN 6 MONTHS BECOMES A HUGE FAVOR FROM THEM.

7. THE REPRESENTATIVES AND SUPERVISORS ARE TRAINED TO MANIPULATE YOU INTO BELIEVING THAT YOU IN FACT AGREED TO THIS SUBSCRIPTION. AND THEY WILL ALSO TELL YOU THAT NO OTHER SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES (EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MINE DOES) SEND A THANK YOU FOR PAYMENT EMAIL EVERY MONTH THAT YOU PAY. THEN THEY ASK YOU AND I QUOTE IF YOU WILL TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY HERE BECAUSE IT IS YOUR FAULT.

8. WHEN YOU FINALLY REALIZE YOU ARE TALKING TO SOMEONE WHO IS TRAINED TO GET YOU TO BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE PARTIALLY RESPONSIBLE, YOU WILL HANG UP AND DISPUTE IT THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD INSTEAD.

9. AFTER YOU HAVE WASTED 2 HRS OF YOUR LIFE YOU WILL DO WHAT I DID AND TRY TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING TO OTHERS.

10. I HAVE NOT LOGGED INTO MY "PEOPLEFINDERS ACCOUNT" SINCE THE DAY I MADE THE ONE TIME PURCHASE AND TODAY WHEN TRYING TO DISPUTE THESE CHARGES. THEY CHARGED ME FOR A SERVICE THAT I NEVER USED OR EVEN THOUGH ABOUT SINCE MAKING MY ONE TIME PURCHASE. AND CHARGED ME FOR IT EVERY MONTH WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR NOTIFICATION. THEY ARE A SCAM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT! THEY ARE TRAINED IN THE ART OF MAKING PEOPLE BELIEVE THEY AGREED TO THEIR SCAM.

11. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP

People Finders RIP OFF ARTIST

This is a trickery website operation. It comes up when you search "FREE ADDRESS SEARCH" It is not free, and in addition to that, after you agree to pay 1.95 for search, several boxes pop up and one is for 19.95 for background check. This background check box does not go away and you are frozen. They already have your credit card info, so you are stuck, as you have already checked several boxes and do NOT know what you are being charged for. My granddaughter's birthday was approaching, and I could not get in contact with my daughter to get her address (lost my address box). I tried this. Whitepages is no longer the same, so I searched free address search and peoplefinders came up. It was not free, but said 1.95. I would pay 1.95 for her address to get my birthday card out in time. However, after numerous questions of this and that, I am stuck in the background question... have no idea what I have checked at this point as they report to me the name (that I gave to them), but still not an address. I am 60 years old but not stupid. But this confused me greatly. I checked that box and BAM, 19.95. FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK? Not what I asked for. I know my child and I know her past, her husband's past, etc. If I was wanting a background check, the stupid stuff that they told me was not even accurate completely. Years ago I used to work for a security company and I know what background checks are. I myself have had to submit to a FBI background check for my job with US GOV. It took months for them to complete it. DO NOT USE THIS SITE... there is no simple 1.95 address search and you will get caught up in questions asking you if you would like this or that... and then you will be frozen until you check the box of 19.95. They do not give refunds either, conveniently for them. I had searched for that FREE ADDRESS on several sites and they all came down to money, so I was exhausted and willing to pay 1.95 to get my card out in the mail, but I should had never agreed to pay 1.95 when they advertised FREE ADDRESS SEARCH and it was not free. I WISH TO LOOK IN TO STARTING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM, so please contact me at ***@AOL.com if they have used this technique with you. We will get our money back and more.

People Finders There needs to be a negative star!

Their results are ridiculous. About all you get is a bunch of antiquated phone numbers and a relative list that may go ad-infinitum but is shaky at best. As far as further information, I could have provided more accurate info for criminal records just by going to free case lookups on the city, county and state court websites. Cases may have come up, but everything was "not available" or "not provided" for even dates. It is ridiculous. People known to have been married and divorced show no records for this search area. You will end up with a big zilch or inaccurate information. Now... on to charges. Besides promising the world and then asking for more money if you want to get the FULL report once you are in, beware their charges. I understand that now you can actually reach customer service, but when I called in Feb of 2017, you only got an automated message telling you how to cancel your account on their website. I followed it, got to "cancel account" and clicked on it. That was the ONLY option. It said it would cancel at the end of the month. It did cancel the $19.95 (not $9.95) monthly charge for Peoplefinders. However, it kept charging me $24.99/mo for "CKF*PF Awards" for another 9 months with no recourse but a recording telling me the same thing-how to cancel my account on the website. Now they claim they have a real customer service line, but I never got to speak to a real person. They changed the website so that now you can cancel ALL of your accounts (up to FOUR!) I never subscribed to a monthly "PF Awards" account, I just paid extra the first time to get the "FULL REPORT" and got stuck in Purgatory. I finally got to cancel it as they actually have more options than a simple "cancel account" as they had before. I am still trying to reach a real person to get my money back for those 9 months. Wish me luck! Stay away from this useless waste of space on the Internet. Pay a reputable licensed company that does background checks. They are out there in great numbers. So, I lived and learned AGAIN. I am getting too old to be so gullible. RESEARCH anyone you want to do business with and you may find this. Thousands of complaints and warnings. I wish I had. Have a great day and I hope you find who you are looking for! :O)

People Finders Free trial for 95 and charge 24.94 out of my account and I only used their services one time only

I literally used the website one time. I was charged the 95 cents and they just went into my account yesterday and stole $24.95 from my bank account. I want my money back. Why would a company adverstise and state it is a free trial for 95 cents and charge my acount 24.95 and don't answer the phone calls. This is false advertisement. The attorney general should get involved with this company and investigate them all.

Claimed loss: $24.95

Desired outcome: Please refund my money into my account

I was charged 29.95 and 24.95 within a 8 hr window from this company. When I signed up it said that my first month would be 9.95 but instead I was charged roughly 54 dollars. People Finders Refund the money I was charged.

I was charged 24.95 to my debit card that has not been used except for a very limited number of online purchases. I have never even heard of this company and after finding the charge on my statement which was 7-8 hours after the time the charge appeared on my account I went back through my web activity and I was not online or logged into my computer at the time the charge was made nor was the website on my history. Even though I was certain I had not signed up for this service I went to the website and nothing came up to log in automatically and I always save login info so I dont have to type the info in. I have scanned my last months statement looking for a different date that an initial subsciption purchase thinking it was possibly done by accident on a previous date but their does not appear to be any previous purchases charged to my account. I can not find anywhere that I have been to this website to have the chance to even give them my debit card info and that disturbs me greatly. how they even get my info is a complete mystery to me. this company needs to thouroughly investigated by a federal agency.

People Finders Beware of PeopleFinders: Sneaky Subscription and High Charges

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience using PeopleFinders. I decided to give their trial search a shot, thinking it would only cost me a measly 50 cents per search. But boy was I wrong. After using the service twice, I was suddenly entered into a subscription without any warning or heads up. And to make matters worse, they were charging me a whopping $24.90 a month!

Now, I don't use this credit card very often, so I didn't think to check my statement for almost a whole year. But when I finally did, I was shocked to see that I had been charged almost $300 in total. That's a lot of money for a service that I thought I was only using for a couple of trials.

When I reached out to PeopleFinders about the charges, they told me that I must not have read the agreement. But honestly, who knows? I thought I had read everything carefully and was pretty sure that I was only going to be charged for the two trials.

Overall, I have to say that I think PeopleFinders is a pretty sneaky company. If you do decide to give them your credit card number, make sure you stay on top of it and check your statements regularly. And if you're like me and feel like you've been taken advantage of, try reaching out to your credit card bank to see if you can get a refund.

People Finders PeopleFinders Review: Scammed Out of Money and Inaccurate Information

I recently decided to use PeopleFinders to find the owner of a phone number. I paid a one-time fee of $95 and was excited to receive the information I needed. However, when I received the report, I noticed that the name provided was fake. I decided to double-check the information through state and county databases, and my suspicions were confirmed. I immediately realized that I had been scammed and decided to cancel my subscription.

To my surprise, PeopleFinders charged me an additional $2.95 to cancel my subscription. I was not happy about this, so I decided to email them to ask for a refund. KC responded to my email and stated that I had agreed to the charge when I opted for a 'free trial membership.' However, I did not opt for any membership and have screenshots to prove it. Despite this, they refused to refund my money.

I later discovered that PeopleFinders hides a "LIMITED GUARANTEE" on their site, which basically states that they can provide inaccurate information and you still have to pay. This made me even more frustrated, and I decided to file complaints for false and deceptive advertising practices with the FTC, CFPB, and BBB.

Overall, my experience with PeopleFinders was not a good one. I feel like I was scammed out of my money, and their customer service was not helpful at all. I would not recommend using this service, and I hope that others can learn from my mistake. PeopleFinders, also known as Confi-Check, may not be worth the $3 they charged me.

People Finders PeopleFinders Review: Disappointed with Lack of Phone Number in Search Results

I recently used PeopleFinders to search for a person and was disappointed with the results. The search initially showed that the correct person was found and that they had a phone number. However, after paying for the report, I discovered that there was no phone number listed. I called customer service to inquire about this and was told that they only search for a phone number and do not guarantee that one will be found. This was frustrating as the information provided in the search report implied that a phone number was available, otherwise, I would not have made the purchase.

The search report did provide other information about the person, including their full name, current address, prior residences, relatives, aliases, age, date of birth, neighbors, property records, bankruptcies, judgments and liens, marriage and divorce records, birth and death records, misdemeanors, criminal check, and sex offender records. The report also offered a special offer for a 3-day trial that included unlimited contact information, reverse phone lookups, and more. If canceled within 3 days, the trial would only cost $2.95, and after the trial, the service would be billed at $24.95 per month.

Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of a phone number in the report and felt misled by the information provided in the search results. While the report did offer a lot of other information, the lack of a phone number was a significant issue for me. I would caution others to be aware of this when using PeopleFinders and to carefully review the information provided before making a purchase.

People Finders Stay Away from PeopleFinders: A Complete Money Trap

So, I had this situation where someone called me from an unknown number and I was curious to know who it was. That's when I stumbled upon PeopleFinders and decided to give it a try. I mean, who wouldn't want to know who's calling them, right?

I signed up for the trial and I did read the fine print that said if I didn't cancel, I would be charged a certain amount. But let's be real, who has the time to read all that legal jargon? I certainly didn't.

Anyway, I was just a few hours late in canceling and that's when I saw an ad for my own background check. I thought, "Why not? It's my information after all." Little did I know, I would be charged $30 just for looking! And to make matters worse, I didn't even get a report.

I mean, come on! Why can't I have access to my own information? It's my background check, for crying out loud! I called to cancel my account and requested a reimbursement, but they denied it. Can you believe that?

So, my advice to you is to just stay away from PeopleFinders. It's a complete money trap and not worth a single penny. Save yourself the trouble and just don't use their service.

People Finders Disappointing Experience with PeopleFinders.com: No Refund Offered

I recently had an experience with PeopleFinders.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was hoping to reconnect with an old friend from high school who I had lost touch with over the years. After doing some research, I decided to give PeopleFinders.com a try. I paid the $1.95 fee for the information and was excited to see what I would find.

Unfortunately, the information I received was not what I was looking for. Instead of finding my friend in Ohio, the information I received was for people in California. I was disappointed, but I decided to try another site to see if I could find the correct information.

After finding the correct information, I decided to call PeopleFinders.com to see if I could get a refund. I spoke with a woman on the phone and explained what had happened. She told me that it was a computer glitch and that they could do another search for me. I told her that I had already found the information I needed and that I wanted a refund.

To my surprise, she told me that they don't give refunds. I was frustrated because the computer glitch was their fault, but they still refused to issue a refund. I learned a valuable lesson that day: don't do business with PeopleFinders.com.

Overall, my experience with PeopleFinders.com was not a positive one. While I appreciate that they tried to offer me another search, I was disappointed that they refused to issue a refund. If you're thinking about using their services, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

People Finders Disappointing Experience with Peoplefinders.com: Unhelpful Service and Rude Customer Support

I recently used Peoplefinders.com to find the current mailing addresses of about fifty people. I needed to send thank you notes after my mother's funeral, but I only had their names written in a guest book and no addresses. I was hoping that Peoplefinders.com could help me out.

I entered the first and last name, city, and state of the person I was looking for, and to my surprise, I got FIVE addresses for the first person on my list. I was confused and didn't know which address was the current one, so I decided to contact customer service for help.

Unfortunately, the woman on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I explained my situation, but she told me that Peoplefinders was not a private investigator and that I had to already know the information I was seeking in order to get it. I was disappointed and frustrated with the service I received.

To make matters worse, I had to pay $2.95 to cancel my trial membership after only 30 minutes of using the service. I felt like I was ripped off and didn't get the help I needed.

Overall, I would not recommend Peoplefinders.com to anyone. The service was not helpful, and the customer service was rude and unprofessional. Save your money and look for other options to find the information you need.

People Finders PeopleFinders Review: Terrible Customer Service and Possible Scam Site

So, I was trying to use PeopleFinders to look up some information about a person. I paid the fee of $0.95, but then I was redirected to another site where I was asked to pay again. I decided to back out and call the customer service number instead. The person who answered the phone was not very friendly and asked me why I was looking up the person and if they knew about it. Then, she told me that she couldn't cancel or refund my payment, even though it had only been 15 minutes since I made it. She also asked me why I used a credit card with a different name on it. I explained that it was my husband's business credit card because I was doing a business lookup, but she told me that I couldn't do that.

I was very frustrated with the whole experience and I think that PeopleFinders should be shut down. I was smart enough to use a credit card with a small limit on it, but I will be canceling it as soon as my husband gets here to cancel the fraudulent charge. I don't think that I can trust anything that PeopleFinders puts in their reports if they can't even let me navigate their site without asking for more money. By the way, I never received the report that the site told me was being generated.

Overall, I would not recommend PeopleFinders to anyone. The customer service was terrible and the site seems to be a scam. I think that there are better options out there for people who are looking to do background checks or find information about someone.

People Finders Beware of PeopleFinders: Multiple Accounts Scam and Dishonesty

I recently used PeopleFinders to look up one person and paid 95 cents for the service. However, I decided to cancel my subscription within three days. Unfortunately, I was still charged $24.95 on the third day. When I called their 800 number to inquire about the charge, I was informed that I had multiple accounts and only canceled one of them.

I was confused and frustrated because I only did one name search, put in my credit card number, and clicked search. I had no idea that I had signed up for multiple accounts. It seems like the scam is that they trick you into opening several accounts when you click on the search button. If you don't cancel all the accounts, you didn't know you opened, you will be charged the monthly fee.

It's unbelievable that some people can be so dishonest and rotten. I wonder if they were mistreated when they were younger or if they just have no moral compass. They better hope that there isn't a place where dishonest people go after they pass. And what about the people who work for these lowlifes? What is their problem? Don't they get sick of lying all day to irate customers? It's a shame that there are so many dishonest people in the world.

Despite my negative experience with PeopleFinders, I still believe that there are honest people out there. I hope that more companies will follow the example of those who value honesty and integrity.

People Finders Shady Business Practices: My Experience with PeopleFinders

So, I decided to give PeopleFinders a try and signed up for their pro service. It cost me a whopping $200 a month, but I thought it would be worth it to find the information I needed. Unfortunately, after a month of using it, I realized that it wasn't what I had hoped for. So, I decided to cancel my subscription.

But, when I tried to cancel, I found out that I was locked in for 12 months! That's a total of $2,400! I was shocked and angry. I went back and looked at the contract and saw that they had manually entered the 12-month period instead of leaving it blank or asking me how long I wanted my contract to last. I should have been more careful and read the contract more thoroughly, but I didn't expect them to pull this kind of BS.

When I contacted them to make sure that my contract wouldn't be renewed in 12 months, they told me that I had to wait until it was closer to the end of my contract! They are really banking on me forgetting to cancel, but that's not going to happen. I'm going to make sure that I cancel before the 12 months are up.

Overall, I wish I had never gotten involved with PeopleFinders. Their business practices are shady and they don't care about their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone.

People Finders Beware of PeopleFinders: A Complete Fraud and Scam

PeopleFinders is a website that claims to provide accurate and up-to-date information about people. However, my experience with them was far from satisfactory. I was charged $19.95 on my credit card for information that was outdated and inaccurate. I felt cheated and scammed by this company.

To my relief, I found out that PeopleFinders is now being investigated by the Federal Government. It's about time that they face the consequences of their fraudulent practices. If you have been a victim of their scam, here's a tip for reimbursement: call your credit card company and explain what happened. They will credit your account for the fee and PeopleFinders will receive a chargeback. This will not make them happy, but it will eventually put them out of business.

I tried calling PeopleFinders to talk to a supervisor, but to no avail. They don't have any management available at any time. It seems like they don't even have any supervisors to speak of. This company is a complete fraud and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They don't even deserve one star.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the dangers of using PeopleFinders. If enough dissatisfied customers take the time to call their credit card company, the company won't be able to survive. Don't waste your time and money on this website. There are other legitimate websites out there that provide accurate information about people. Stay away from PeopleFinders and save yourself from the hassle and frustration.

People Finders people finders

early this year or late last year was looking for a friend i had lost contact with in the USA. ran a search for them and got people finders.com come up. i signed up for a yearly subscription which was advertised as $38.95 a year since it seemed cheap but i have been getting charged that per month. i only needed to find one friend and the information you gave was outdated it turns out by over 3 years i want to cancel my subscription but this site has taken more than a month for me to find as it is a completely separate site to where i signed up from with no link from one site to the other. seems designed to finantially entrap people. i not only wish to cancel my subscription but want a refund on what i've paid or i should say what you have taken.

Any attempt to access Peoplefinder.com pops up as "403 Forbidden" Client IP: 89.187.175.130. "If you believe you have received this error by mistake, please contact [protected]@peoplefinders.com." I get the same error using Edge and Firefox
I have submitted a request for help at that customer care link with no response. This attempt is my second request for help.
Other attempts to get onto Peoplefinder links begin as Peoplefinder but switch to other finder sites not linked to my paid in full account - such as Intelius. This feels like "bait and switch."
