Dumela ausi makoma le batheletsi 🙏
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with a recent transaction at PEP Cell, located within Mams Mall. On 05 March 2023, I attempted to send R2000 to a recipient in Limpopo using the money transfer service.
The recipient contacted me, stating they received a voucher instead of the money. They were understandably upset, and I felt embarrassed and apologetic.
Unfortunately, the cashier, Katlego, sent the money to the wrong recipient. The incorrect recipient withdrew the funds in Silverston, leaving my intended recipient without the money.
When I attempted to obtain a refund, I was informed that the money had been withdrawn and that I needed to report the matter to the police station.
I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. I would appreciate it if you could look into this incident and take necessary steps to prevent such errors in the future.
the details:
- Date: 05 March 2023
- Amount: R2000
- Receipt number: [protected]
- ID number: [protected]
I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to resolve this issue.
Sincerely,
Steven Monyeki"
Claimed loss: 2000
Desired outcome: Refund my money
