Pep Stores Wrong balance

I went to pep store 6485 katima mulilo yesterday the 27 of April 2020 on till number 2 cashier was Mukupi Ronnah, her printer was not showing prices to customers, she told me ma balance was N$ 470.00 I give her N$500.00 on ma surprise when I reached home when I checked my slip I find out that my balance was N$407.00, and she just give me the charge ofN$42.20, she stole my N$50.00 just like that,, please I need intervastion.

Pep Stores Repair to new cell phone

Good day

My son purchased a hawuei Y5 lire from Pep Cell at Moutse Mall Dennilton limpopo. The phone was returned on the 10th February 2020 due to problems and was sent for repairs (the store manager is Nomcebo).
We have had to call regularly for updates which they could not bother doing.
We eventually got a call back from the store tosay it's still being repaired. Now we were informed that we should never have taken the purchase slip back with us. This was given to is by the store cashier so we cannot be blamed for this issue. Now this phone was for my grandson to use for school doing his matric. With schools now closed he cannot receive his daily study programs.
I find this lack of urgency a slap inthe face of your customers. I am beyond angry and annoyed with pep and I am going via social media to voice my anger at pep cell and advice customers to boycott cell phone purchases from these stores as they do not have any sense of customer service.

Handed in 10 February 2020 for repairs.

Please I need this phone returned by Friday or replaced with a new one as this home was barely a month old.

Pep Stores Service rendered a pep Cosmo shopping center

Good day.
My name is Lehlohonolo Nkwana I just went to do shopping at one of the pep stores at shopping cosmo center when I got to the till I was harshly assisted by a rude lady called nomthandazo arouns 10h20 today on the 18march2020 I came to the till with the basket full of kids clothing and placed it on the counter and the lady gave me a look and pushed back the basket on stands and told me to put the basket down and physically take out the clothes and place them myself on the counter which I found it to be very cold and rude experience I have ever encountered when buying at pep stores I felt small and belittled by service I was given I aksed for the manager, she came I told her the story her name is Jessica she told the cashier to apologize but the cashier just gave me the look without even showing remorse.

Pep Stores Service of the store

I always do shopping at pep for my children but since the new manager i totally don't go in the store because her customer service and people skills are very bad.
Other day she was so rude to one of her stuff and shouted and used explicit language infront of us as customers and there were small kids also in the store
When a customer approached her about her behaviour she just turned and walked away with the words"im the manager not you"
It os no pressure to shop at the fort beaufort Pep store anymore
I ask that this matter be attended to as you will lose your valuable customers

Pep Stores Unacceptable behavior

I was at pepstore birch acres branch to deposit the money today at 10/03/2020 09:42 .I ask one of the cashier where to go when I need to deposit then she showed me the que, when is my time to deposit the cashier says I must go to another till cos she's not doing money transfer I have to wait the other cashier to finish with the customer which I did
When I go to the cashier in the name of sandisiwe she was just communicating with their colleagues mind you I was in from of her I have to wait until she finish her cocas before she can help me I'm not happy with the service

Pep Stores Refund without original slip

I purchased some men underwear on Sunday 1 March, at Pep Elarduspark and it is unfortunately the wrong size. The original slip was discarded and I no longer have this. I do have my proof of transaction from my bank.

The underwear was not even opened, this is still in the original packaging. Could I possibly get a refund without the original slip?

I find this discomforting that I am not able to return the goods (in original packaging) for a refund.

Pep Stores Security pep stores

Good Day,

I would like to lodge a complaint again the security guard at the Palmridge PEP stores in Alberton South, On Saturday the 29-02-2020 at around 16-00pm I went to pep to purchase something when departing the store the security guy there Smanga turned around and asked me and my sister if he could search us, I replied and said no he is not allowed to search her at all. No man is allowed to search a woman. He then turned around and called me a [censored]. I then called him a P... and he told me not to come back to the store ever again. I went back with my husband and he still had an attitude, I asked for the store Manager and he still had an attitude, I would like to know if this is customer service? What gives him to call me a working woman paying customer married mother of two a [censored]? I would like to take further action as I was humiliated and so was my sister. Please check your cctv footage and you will see as the camera was directly on this guy.

Pep Stores Openview decoder

Purchased my decoder on the 26th of October 2019 in pep bloed street mall. The decoder only worked for are month then stopped working, I returned the product after having contacted the relevant department (openview hd). I misplaced my proof of purchase and both pep and the owner company can't help, pep claims not to have store copies of any purchases

Pep Stores Rude abusive behaviour by staff

27/02/20 12.15pm
I went to PEP Karaglen to exchange a pair of school shoes where the souls had completely detached from the shoe.
When I showed the shoes to the teller - Yonela - she called the manager - Maria - who then proceeds to start shouting at me, telling me that I bought them in November and she won't exchange them.
I then pointed out that the shoes have a 6 month guarantee.
The manager - Maria - then says well she is not prepared to exchange the shoes and she is going to call her regional manager (fair enough). She storms into the office and quickly reappears telling me to get out of the way so people can work. A few minutes later she reappears shouting how she is going to take photos to send to her regional manager, proceeds to take the photos and disappears again.
About 30minutes later she storms out of the office again saying to the teller - Yonela - "give her her money back", never addressing me directly. I am still waiting at this stage and a minute or 2 later she shouts at me from the door to get back in the queue.
After queuing again waiting for the teller that was helping me I get to the front and the teller doesn't want to help me, she wants me to go to the other teller on duty, I stood my ground and she was forced to assist.
Neither one of them say a word to me, both of them have a really bad attitude and I don't even get given the choice to take a new pair of shoes. It was a case of take your money back and get out.
The teller then starts typing on the computer asking me questions, not in english, I might add. When I gave my details the manager is shouting about my address in her language from the office. I took this as threatening.
The treatment I received was disrespectful. The manager throwing a tantrum because she had to honour the guarantee was disgusting.
What has happened to customer service?

I am a regular customer of PEP and this treatment is very disappointing.

Pep Stores Die pasversending

Ek het geskenke via Pep gestuur aan 3 dames. Daar was koffie bekers. Ek het dit stewig verpak. Twee is reeds ontvang en gebreek. Is daar geen behoorlike hantering op die pakkies nie. Die verlies wat ek dra agv dit is nie mooi nie. Werklik. Moes hulle die pakkies hardhandig hanteer het.

Pep Stores cellphone

I bought 2 cellphones for my kids in December 2019. I had to bring back another one after 7 days for repairs in January 2020 and I was phoned on the 3rd of February from the Pep shop in Hemingway's mall that I must come and collect the phone. Today is the 13 of February 2020 almost an hour here at the shop they can't find my phone.

I don't know what to do now, just came to east London for this phone from king William's Town.

Pep Stores the store manageress poor customer service

Hi my name is Thembelihle a very upset and disappointed customer with the service I received from Pep in Bridge City kwamashu on the 11.02.2020.Im a regular customer at, Pep who is always happy to shop in any Pel stores. 31 jan 2020 I bought shoes from pep izingolweni which were not suitable whe. I got home and I already lost the slip during my shopping . Then I went n to Pep Bridge City for a exchange then the cashier asked for a slip I told the cashier no I don't have if it possible can they request from izingolweni I've got transaction details He said no I call a manager which is perfectly fine.

When she got to to me no greeting with an angry grumpy face, I had to greet her and explain she pulled out a till slip from a till and showed me cumpany refund and rules which I understand and respect.

she said she can't help and I then asked it possible to get ths sleep Via email, she toltme no they don't have email access I must get a sleep from home at Harding.
Firstly the store manager does not have a name badge you don't even know whow to address her.

I was like hang on sister I can't go to Harding for a pair of shoes and I. Not keeping the shoes that Im not gonna be using, tlld her to speak to her area manager ahich she said she's not available and Im asking myself such a big cumpany no one available to assist a customer no ways. The lady kept on arguing with me and my sister in law. I've never seen such terrible service worst from so called a manager. How is ah manging her staff if she can't manage herself like that.

She knows nothing about customer service that lady I was actually shocked I still can't believe she actually did that to a customer.

Pep Stores service

I went to pep yesterday to just buy 2 things there where 4 people infront of me i was standing in line for 30 MIN ! the lady was talking to everyone and just working slow . TOday i went back because the dress i bought was to small . I thought it would fit me while pregnant and after i gave birth . The lady at the till asked me what made me think i can fit into a 32 se can see in my face that even before i was pregnant i wouldnt have fitted in the dress . It hurt my feelings . and i will not be going back there again was inline for 20 min today

On the shelve the OVHD is advertised as R448. I asked one of the workers about availability and price and she said R448. I took one and at the till it was R499. They did not want to sell it at the advertised or shelve price. I informed the manager about CPA, and it was also a struggle to get the refund of the swipe. The female manager does not seem to be very helpful.
