I went to PEP Store Elspark asking for a refund of which I bought school shoes at sunward branch not knowing about abt the current special. So since Elspark is the nearest I went and explain my situation the lady told me why I don't return where bought it, I told the lady if I knew abt the special I shud have bought. So I asked if they cud only refund I dont want the special from them anymore then lebo the manager said the store dosnt do refund. Im very sad, what if I bought the shoes at freestate do I have to go back to freestate?.
