I bought a stylo phone in august and on September the phone just shut down without any fault on my part. I then returned the phone to the store and i was told to wait a month and two weeks for repairs of which i did. After i went to collect the phone, a new phone was given to me saying that the phone was faulty to begin with. On the 6th of December the "new" phone awarded to me on November just shut down again without any fault on part. I then went on the store on the 7th of December but was told to come back on the 9th of December of which i did but the store refused to help me by giving me a new phone stating that the person who consulted with me on the 7th of December is the one who must assist (the lady was absent from work) they told me to come back the following day after i have spent money coming back twice without assistance
