Bought this perfume in Aug 2024. Nov 2024 eBay emails me stating there is safety concerns with product and I am to stop using and ask to return, refund the item from seller.
I contact them in every way possible multiple time and I get ignored.
Weeks later I am still trying to get a resolve and they think they will just continue to ignore me.
I have contacted the FDA about this issue and will be filling report to the attorney generals office for fraud as selling banned/recalled items is illegal in the USA.

The absence of an explanation from Perfume Empire concerning the suspicious and dangerous product that was recalled is nothing less than disgraceful and illegal. Keep pushing the FDA and the attorney general’s office – your testimony can make them responsible for fraud. If the payment was done via eBay or any other method, raise the dispute there for a resolution or to get the refund back. Do not allow them to reap profits from distributing hazardous items.
