I am writing this in hopes that your dog grooming services can become better. I recently brought my English Cocker Spaniel to Petco Grooming in San Juan Capistrano, CA for a cut and bath. Our previous groomer moved away and we are trying to find someone qualified to groom our dog.
Unfortunately, after paying over $100 for your services, our dog's cut was horrible. There were numerous places where hair was missed (uneven & not shaved), specifically under his chin area and his paws. The hair under his paws was not cut thoroughly and this can cause infection. Overall, his hair cut was poor and seemed to be rushed. We received a call that he was ready for pickup and were surprised it was so quickly. When we arrived, the groomer was eating lunch. I feel we should not have to pay for this horrible service. The male groomer had an unpleasant & lazy attitude.
We frequently purchase many dog items from your store and thought the grooming would be up to par since Petco is a well-known and reputable business. We were very unsatisfied. We would greatly appreciate the chance to remedy our dog's cut. We are aware our dog is particular and does not like his nails cut. This information was provided while scheduling the appointment.

Desired outcome: I would like for another more experienced groomer to fix my dog's hair cut and trim the hair between his paws. I would also like to receive another free grooming.
