The threading on the zipper of both bags tore. I thought one would be a fluke but then the 2nd one ripped. Now it's pst 45 days and they said "too bad." I am out $55 and they say too bad? That's not right. You sell fake OEM products. This is NOT the same as the one I purchased with the original item. So they get knockoff parts from China and oss it off as new. That's wrong and poor business. I waited 20 min on the phone and then disconnected. Call again and they said wait. Same story. Deny until the customer gives up. That's wrong. I plan to complain to every outlet that this is a defective part without recourse.

I'm am avid client at Wimpy Brackenhurst for the past 10 years, I've complained numerous times regarding the quality of coffee and food at this branch with the owner. failure to provide service
Submitted a 3 year old Barbour Winter coat for repair to them as the zipper became stuck and unusable. I certainly didn't expect a cheap repair, but nor did I expect a $70 repair with a 4-7 week quoted return time. 9 weeks later, I have no relief from the merchant, no offer to make good on the cost of the repair, no status on when I should even begin to expect the garment to be returned. If that wasn't insulting enough, the manager who originally answered my most recent call — "Maggie" — couldn't wait to pawn me off onto someone who identified herself as "just Christmas help", and whose overall attitude was neither helpful, eager to hang up, and to the point of being rather a "bugger off" sort of tone and wording.
Never will I patronize them again, despite my penchant for Barbour coats, based on their standoffish customer service and lack of concern.
