Our IBC BANK CHECK #7674, in the amount of $1,103.98 was not applied to our account No. 8019115925, apparently has been forged.
We, Jose A. Garcia and Bertha S. Garcia, sent an AFFIDAVIT OF FORGERY document to PHH Mortgage, P O Box 24736, West Palm Beach, FL [protected], via Certified Mail on June 8, 2024. We need this Affidavit signed so that our Bank can start an investigation and get our funds reimbursed.
To date, July 9, 2024, PHH Mortgage, has not completed the simple Affidavit form, nor have their employees communicated what action has been taken on our missing funds. NO ONE EVER CALLS US TO UPDATE US ON THE SITUATION. WE ARE THE ONES CALLING; WE ARE PASSED ON TO NUMEROUS INDIVIDUALS AND EXPLAINING OUR SITUATION OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
In the meantime, we have forked up an additional $1,103.98, in order to keep our payments up to date.
Claimed loss: $1,103.98 for May, 2024, payment
Desired outcome: Improvement on communications with customer referencing our missing funds. Completion of the Affidavit of Forgery so that our Bank may proceed with their investigation and reimburse us for the FORGERY.
