I know I'm a small part of your enterprise. But, is it not many that creates the sum of one? I'm just seeking for justice and respect from a well known and reputable company.
Being that Pilot is known to reputable and a good company. I assumed this situation would be looked into and handled in a timely manner.
Overall I like the truck stop and frequent there often. I have not had any issues prior to now.
I've contacted the company via email (see attached) in regards to buying a display box by mistake. No merchandise was ever received.
An acknowledgement of receipt of my email would be appreciated. Or letting me know its just my money lost. Something?
I'm not asking for anything that is not rightfully mines that I paid for but did not receive.
ALL I ask is that you look into my complaint and see if it is valid.
Nothing gained nothing lost.

To whom it may concern, my name is Nathaniel Rodgers.
I purchased a pair of JLAB GoAir True Wireless earbuds on August 10, from #1328 2325 Sierra Lakes Parkway Rialto, CA 92377 (the box was empty).
It was a DISPLAY ONLY BOX I did not NOTICE until after the fact while at work.
I was in a hurry that evening on my way to work. Because of time I'm just now able to come and explain the mistake.
I do have my purchase receipt of the $32.46. (Original price $34.99, $5 discount for July/August)
I went to explain the mistake to the cashier on today August 12 to no avail. I even suggested to the cashier to check their inventory. Because, there should be one item to many. (THE ONE I DID NOT RECEIVE)
