Beware! Trailer stolen from pilot travel center in Satsuma Alabama. Spoke with Corp office and was told they have no responsibility or liability for my trailer being stolen off their property. Asked about cameras facing parking lot and was told there's no cameras facing parking lot. Just at gas pumps for their security, in case someone decides to drive off without paying for gas. I truly believe Pilot should have all parties (Customers &Truckers) interest when concerning security. Not just theirs!
Flying j sucks. People dropping trailer off and bobtailing to another spot. They leave their trailer overnight no tractor attached to it. While other drivers are searching for a parking spot. Flying really hate it. They need to get a wrecker out there to start pulling trailer are not attached to it. That's why i go elsewhere to park. Love's truck stops is the best. Towing services there constantly Towing trailer not attached to it.
I say 95% of the time I stay at Loves or rest area. U all are money hungry Pilot, Flying j, Ta, & Petro what u all are charging truck drivers to Park when we have no choice is crazy ur parking lots smell terrible from these dirty truckers that are to lazy to go inside and use the restrooms the only reason I go to Pilot or Flying j is that's the only places my company fills up at. I so wish I could fill at a Loves much cleaner and they don't charge to PARK. And once the reach a certain level on my loves card I have unlimited refills.
I will never stop into a Flying J AGAIN!
I will never stop into a Flying J AGAIN! My credit card asked me if I had made a $151.00 purchase from Flying J I said no it was $88.00. My account has been closed while traveling and now I don't know what I'm going to payday in 2 days. I'm not sure what their policy is but I can make my own policy. NEVER EVER STOP AT FLYING J AGAIN EVER! What a headache they have caused me.

On April 10th I went to the pilot on US Highway 60 in Lake Wales, FL. I purchased a fish cod sandwich and hot tea. I used the app on the hot foods and coffee. The cashier rang up as a cold drink and he said paying a $1.69 is cheaper than the hot coffee because of the cup size. I argued against the cashier that he was to charged me .99 cents for the coffee and he told me I am wrong. I said the coffee on the app is .99. The cashier said it did not take. I feel the app should tell the customer what the price or the percentage off where the bar code is imprinted. This way the customer knows what we are being charged up front as you can show them on your phone.. This way there would be no disagreement between parties.

Stopped at the store on I-35 at Williams iowa Filled and went in for coffee
Stopped at the store on I-35 at Williams iowa Filled and went in for coffee. Ran all 3 machines out and had only 1/2 a cup. Waited in line for 15 minutes because the attendant was BSing. Told him the pots were dry. The only thing he said was that will be a dollar ninty eight
Left the *** cup and left. If I could return the 110 gal of fuel I would have. Other truck stops hand you the coffee for your protection and theirs. NO more pilots. This one is not concerned with us truckers

I purchased a B550-XT BlueParrott blue tooth item that costs $ 199.99 on the 09/09 at 11:26 from store #445in Burns Harbor Indiana, and tried to exchange it the same day at a different location # 236 only to be surprised by a refusal of the transaction. The person at the latter location said they are unable because it has to be an item of the same value or GREATER, I did agree except it is not stated anywhere on the receipt, it only says "BLUETOOTH ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE, AND MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER BLUETOOTH ITEM. ORIGINAL RECEIPT IS REQUIRED " And still even after I called the headquarters, they said that's our policy. I replied that I'm sorry but it's not written anywhere onthe receipt or their website, whene I tried to resolve the issue the same person from the headquarters said that this their (our) policy and now you are hearing it from me. I have the item in the original box and the original receipt within 30 days, And I want another Bluetooth item, just like what the receipt states.

I stopped at a Pilot Flying J
I stopped at a Pilot Flying J. off I-70 West at the Marshall/Paris Route 1 exit on the morning of December 29th somewhere between 7 and 7 thirty. Inside the store there were 3 employees. One behind the counter, one idly walking about and one cleaning the restroom. Also in the store were two customers, myself and a gentleman who had just ordered a couple of tacos from their fresh food service next to the cash register. All three employees were well aware there were two, not one, but two customers in the store. I drew a cup of coffee and stepped behind the gentleman awaiting his tacos - maintaining the appropriate social distance - and waited to pay. And I waited, and waited and waited. It appeared that the employee behind the counter was contemplating just what it was she should do to fix these said tacos. The idle employee finally walked up behind the counter and commenced blithering about and pondering with the first employee just how these tacos should be made. The idle employee made eye contact with me, quickly looked away and commenced once again to blither and ponder with the other employee. Not wishing to intrude on the space of the gentleman in front of me I attempted to indicate to both employees that I was indeed STILL waiting to pay by raising my Single-Cup-Of-Coffee over my head and waving it. Why did I have to indicate anything? Surely they did not think I was standing there to admire their incompetence. The idle employee lumbered over to the cash register, rang up my coffee and took my payment. This entire transaction took less than 30 seconds yet by their own design I was made to wait for well over ten minutes. If this Pilot is going to offer fresh made services such as tacos, sandwiches, etc. one would think they would have the foresight to have two employees behind the counter at all times. One to make the orders and one to run the register. Keep in mind there were three employees in this store and only two customers in the store the entire time I was there. Obviously, common sense does not prevail at this particular Pilot. The next time I exit I-70 West I will be turning left- for McDonald's with double lines of cars wrapped around their building and pushing through numerous orders from numerous customers would have been much faster. I have not once received such shoddy services from any other Pilot Flying J.'s during my extensive travels and I will not be conducting further business with this Pilot Flying J.

New hire team members
I was assistant manager and when I first arrived to Lubbock Tx. There was so many employees that were just working for free that been there wks with out receiving a paycheck while working but not on the clock cause they haven’t even did there onboarding. They bring in minors and have them work all day or 2 and never hire they just tell them they were RJP them
First of all I was a salary manager for 13.2 years and never had a write up in the entire time . Back to back with in 2 wks I was written up twice on my days scheduled off . And then I am on vacation and they fire me over the phone ! Also my teenager daughter worked for subway and they fired her for no reason , she had worked 55to 60 hours a wk at subway at 14 yrs old and they never paid her overtime they will just pay her extra day on her days off . Just paid her like she worked .
I worked at pilot for over a decade and it’s a great company to work for , unfortunately it’s the Regionals, GM and others like Auditors that carry unethical issues and ethical behavior is in relationships with one another and favoritism. It’s sickening. They all do drugs and other things together and once you get in and know about it and they start having a bad feeling about you or your not kissing there [censored] you are singled out and look . Never had a. Write up before in 13 years and I am the Assisants manager I was not the GM so why am I being held accountable for things not being done when the GM is there on my scheduled days off

My family and I were traveling and stopped at the pilot with the Arby’s on Hwy 326 in ocala Fl. The cashier authorized the wrong fuel pump at Pilot Store on a recent visit
The cashier at Pilot Flying J authorized the wrong pump on my visit. She mentioned a pre-authorization would drop off, but I was double charged without a full receipt, only a pre-auth slip. I disputed with my card provider, yet Pilot rebilled my card.

I have called Pilot and Bank of America who both proclaim this is not their practice
I have called Pilot and Bank of America who both proclaim this is not their practice. Visa will not call me back to discuss this. My wife went to the Pilot travel center next to Turkey Creek for gas. She put $34.00 in her tank. The next day I see a $154.00 charge on my account. I called the manager on duty at that station, and he said that this is normal to be charged $154.00 every time you fill up due to it preauthorizing the purchase. The exact about did finally show after 4 days and the remittance was exchanged. I don't know about your finances, but I do not have $154.00 for Pilot just because they don't want to pre-authorize the exact amount.

I got bad gas was offered a gift card it was later deactivated
I got bad gas was offered a gift card it was later deactivated. I told customer service about the problem. They said the person that deals with this is out. I was told by a manger he would call me back, but never did. I was forced to by gas because a resolution was not offered at that time. I was later contacted an offered another gift card. The proper resolution should have been to refund the credit card, but they want to offer a gift card. I said no I want to talk to your boss. No one ever called me back. Now they want to ignore the problem and say I rejected their offer. This has been a scam. I hung up on due to his behavior he called me back to harrasses me more by repeating that I denied the resolution. Yet, he said I was belligerent. The person is crazy!

I stopped in at a pilot truck stop prepaid $125 in fuel what I actually pumped was $97 and some change they're still holding the $125 I prepaid
I stopped in at a pilot truck stop prepaid $125 in fuel what I actually pumped was $97 and some change they're still holding the $125 I prepaid and they charge me another $97 on top of that for what actually pumped.. they took the last of my money this morning, I can't fill my truck up, can't go make any money, they want to tell me how sorry but are are they going to reimburse me for the money I didn't make while I was waiting for them to give me back what they took? The answer is probably not If somebody came in it took $100 worth of stuff from their store they would call the cops and that person would probably go to jail but it's okay if a business does it they just have to say they're sorry and they don't have to reimburse nobody for the loss that took waiting on them to fix their mistake.

I frequent a few Pilots in the area, as I work by the interstate
I frequent a few Pilots in the area, as I work by the interstate. On 10/15 I made a purchase of $13.82 for some fuel. I then went into the Subway attached to the Pilot and bought some food with cash. When I checked my bank account later that day, I noticed there was a $151.00 hold on the account from Pilot. I talked to them and they advised that the hold should drop off once the pump is hung up, but that was hours ago. They advised to call the bank. I called the bank and went over the situation and they removed the hold. THe next day the hold was back on there. I called the bank again and they advised that the holds was back on there because Pilot resubmitted the hold. I went over the ordeal again, and they graciously removed it again. My main concern is why in the world would a $151 hold be put on my account for a $13.82 transaction? Math teaches me that if I have $20.00 I should be able to buy something that costs $13.82, but not according to Pilot's standards, I would need $164

On November 25th, I filled up my car at Pilot gas station in Central Point, OR, store #391
On November 25th, I filled up my car at Pilot gas station in Central Point, OR, store #391. Less than an hour later my car completely broke down. Upon having it towed, I was informed that Pilot gas station had filled their gasoline reserves with diesel. My car has been in the shop since November 26th, I have accrued over $1,500 in repairs and still not expected to get my car back until December 4th at the earliest. Pilot has left me 1 voicemail on November 29th acknowledging the mix up and stating they would be reimbursing me for repair costs. However, I have tried calling/left a voicemail with the risk management personnel every business day this week and still haven't got a response since his voicemail. I have reached out to customer service a couple times as well but they tell me I can only resolve this with risk management. I believe I should not only be reimbursed for damages, but also reimbursed for the full gas tank that I purchased of incorrect gas and accommodated for the inconvenience of going without a car and having to ask for rides to and from work, etc. for over a week.

Incident: Diesel nozzle detached from pump, causing spillage
Using a pump for diesel and DEF, the diesel nozzle became detached, spilling diesel. The attendant tried to fix it and closed the pump but managed to fill the DEF tank. It was my first time using a DEF nozzle. After an equestrian event, my truck's 'check engine' light was on. The manual advised dealership consultation. I went to a dealership after dropping off my trailer. Diesel had contaminated the DEF system, necessitating a full replacement, costing a significant amount. I contacted Pilot and filed a complaint. They denied responsibility, citing no other complaints. Their corporate response was dismissive. I then filed a complaint with the state Weights and Measures department. By then, 21 days had passed, and the station was cited for non-distinctive nozzles, but the DEF tank had been refilled due to high usage.

On 02/04/2022 at approx, 1:30am, I pulled in to this pilot to fuel my semi, we have a corporate account with pilot, on this evening it had begun to snow and I had ice froze to my headlights. I started fueling up and proceeded to clean ice off headlights and clean all windows, this is common Routine for most truckers, when I was done I noticed fuel spewing from my tank, due to a defective sensor on the fuel pump: approx $200 of fuel on the ground, when I notified an employee of the situation, he proceeded outside and came back in store to get me to confirm which pump it was, when I showed him, he proceeded to get extremely animated about the situation accusing me of wanting nothing more than to rip pilot off by requesting a possible refund to the corporate account, he carried this on to the point that I had to walk away from the situation before we end up regretting our next move, this guy had no business behaving in such a manner, this has probably been the most childish behavior I've ever experienced from an employee of a business, there was no rationalizing with him, he just wasn't trying to hear anything other than what he has convinced himself to believe about the situation, he didn't see any fuel on the ground, so he said it didn't happen as I stated, well there is a big 12 inch square drain right there and it's snowing wet so all the fuel went down that drain. So his last jab was telling me to get ahold of corporate, all my actions would have been on there security cameras proving what I say to be true. This individual has no business interacting with the public, definitely needs to be put in some kind of therapeutic treatment center so he can work through his issues instead of taking them out on reputable account holding customers.

My credit card was inappropriately declined by Pilot Travel Center, then a transaction was posted minutes later. *** at approximately 2:05 p.m.EST at Pilot Travel Center, ***: I inserted my *** credit card at a fuel pump and immediately a response on the screen displayed "Card Declined - See Cashier Inside." Knowing my credit card was in good standing, I left Pilot and went down the road and purchased fuel at a *** without any problem with the same card. However, within minutes of leaving Pilot, a transaction of $*** was charged to my *** account by Pilot. I received text and email notifications of this transaction and verified with *** that I had made no purchases at all at Pilot Travel Center. *** advised that they would cancel this card and reissue me a new one within 5 business days. I sent a message to Pilot Customer Service and received the reply below from *** of Pilot which indicates that this is a regular practice of Pilot. *** recognized this transaction and I verified that I made no transactions whatsoever with Pilot, so *** cancelled my card. *** attempts to make this appear that it is a standard/normal transaction with their customer, yet there was no transaction or purchase at all made. It would appear that if it is, then many other customers would be experiencing this as well and had I not recognized it, then it is questionable whether this would have been posted. This practice of Pilot to charge $*** when NO TRANSACTION OCCURRED is unacceptable and. How many more customers have been victimized and how many failed to identify these charges and incurred the expense? The explanation below from *** is ridiculous. ====REPLY FOLLOWS==== *** via *** 10:30 PM (1 hour ago) to me, *** Dear Steve, The $*** hold on the *** card is an agreement that was place in process by the company that hold the card, however the charge will drop off the card within 24-48 hours. Fuel attendant damaged the fuel door on my vehicle during a fit of rage
Fuel attendant damaged the fuel door on my vehicle during a fit of rage. Pilot has refused to repair it. The event occurred precisely at 9:01PM on *** at the pump on the west-most fuel island. Here is what occurred I arrived at Pilot and presented my debit card and asked for $*** of Plus. He swiped the card for $*** (fill?) and returned it to me. He continued with preparing to fuel (nozzle in car, etc) I received a notification from the card that he had ran it for $*** instead of $. To make life easier, I added another $*** to the card and was going to ask him to just re-swipe it when he returned. (see attached photo showing transactions in my Cash Card) He came back to me and said the card didn't work. I attempted to hand the card back to him and tell him I had added more money to it so it should work, however, he refused to listen to me. He interrupted me and told me that he wasn't allowed to re-swipe it and I would have to go inside. I again attempted to explain that the card would work now, but he again interrupted me while becoming visually agitated. He raised his voice and sounded angry. After a third attempt to communicate with him was met with another interruption and refusal to listen to me, he made some comment I couldn't hear, and stormed back to the fuel handle, removing it from my car, attaching the cap, and slamming the fuel door shut. I watched this entire scene through the right hand rear-view mirror. I drove on and stopped at *** fuel station in ***. I watched him through my right-hand rear-view mirror as he struggled to open the door and then would later struggle again to close it. I attempted to call Pilot. My first call rang and was not answered. I called back and the person who answered told me it would be 20 minutes before I could speak with a manager (***) as there was a line of people with complaints ahead of me (!). I called back some time later and was connected to the manager on duty. He listened and said he would investigate. The next day I received a call from a manager (unknown name) who said he had investigated my claim by watching the video. He recounted the video to me as if to demonstrate that he had watched it. Unfortunately, he recounted it out of order twice. This suggests that he did not in fact watch the video, or did not pay attention to the video when/if he did. When I pointed out the discrepancy he became hostile and told me to do whatever I needed to do. (The order of operations recounted by the manager was as follows: The attendant swiped the card and immediately handed it back to me telling me it was insufficient. This was clearly not the case as I had the card back in my possession and was attempting to give it to him again when he became irate.) After reaching an impasse with the manager, I reached out to your the corporation for resolution. After a length back-and-forth they declined to repair it.

BEWARE! RV/GOOD SAMS MEMBERS. Pilot/Flying J have been good to us, but not this one. We are supposed to get a 5 cent/gallon discount on gas. The pump said 3 cents off. I went in and was told "at this store, we only give 3 cent discount". I said, that's not what the sign says and went out to took a picture of the sign. The woman Jennifer over, who told me I gave her the wrong name so I got a lower discount. I showed her the picture of the sign saying all Good Sam members get 5 cents off. Her response, "well, I can't do anything about that." I asked for the manager. She said she is the manager. There was no apology. This was not an accident. They had ready-made answers hoping people wouldn't notice they lied. VERIFY THE DISCOUNT ON THE PUMP. COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE and GOOD SAMS!
I got bad treatment by Pilot employee this morning 02.18.21 at 3:15 AM 136 N Northshore Dr, Knoxville, TN 37919. I got some stuff, after I paid for my stuff the guy (blond hair) gave my money 10 cents short, I told him it is missing 10 cents, he got mad and said "Jesus" he slammed the cash register.
