I had gone to the mall to Pizza hut to order a small margarita for myself. I wanted to have the 20 AED one however the person at the billing counter kept on forcing me to have the combo which costed 27 AED just to earn more.When I said that I do not need the combo she forced me to take the Sanfrancisco bread. At the end when I said fine do not give me the combo just give me that Sanfransico bread pizza she said infront of everyone I see you have FINANCIAL ISSUES! This is disrespectful. Kindly take an action on the respective person because passing such comments on a customer is unacceptable. If I wanted to buy a small pizza for myself that is my choice there is no need to force the customer to buy combos and if you do not sell single pizzas then kindly do not add the same in the menu.
