I purchased this order at 2:23pm CST and the $93.35 payment was immediately debited from my bank. I received an email from Compliance requesting verification -- photo ID, me holding my photo ID, a photo of the payment card, and screenshots of the payment receipt from my bank website. I immediately got to work and provided exactly what was requested. The response was that the images had been "compressed to a smaller size, " (I'm assuming because I had cropped a couple of them?) and I was told to take all new photos of the same items and resend them. After I had done this, supports response was that the photo of my bank transaction showing the purchase was not clear and needed to be from my banking website. I literally took a screenshot directly of the screen from my smartphone of the transaction with all the details on my banking website. I sent the same one, along with a literal VIDEO of me logging logging my bank and navigating to the purchase receipt page. I should add that I also sent a video of me with both the payment card and my photo ID, speaking directly into the camera and stating my name and other details to prove I had indeed made this purchase and the card is indeed my card. Support responded once more and said that I needed to send a "CLEAR" photo of my payment card. I had, at this point, taken and sent 3 photos of my card...one of which showed the entire card number and CVV. I became frustrated and also sent a photo of my social security card and the back of my license as well. I will attach some of what I have sent to PlayerAuctions support simply to prove that I made this purchase. I have been a buyer on here for years and have used this card multiple times, even as recently as yesterday, with zero issue. This is just beyond insulting and frustrating and stressful and unfair. At this point I feel like I'm being pranked. I just want the account I bought for my 10 year old son...his birthday is on Sunday and it's all he wanted. Please be compassionate and stop dragging this on. They just respond now saying they need to call me at the number on my account to verify the payment. My number is no longer [protected], but [protected]...and they are givingme trouble about it. I need someone in a positiom of authority to contact me.. I will not accept a refund as that takes 4+ days to return to my card. I want the account I bought for my son. Thank you
Desired outcome: I want the account I bought for my son. Not a refund. He chose this account on his own.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Order number 8430627 currently I think I am about to go through the same process I used Apple Pay & it’s been 30 mins and It’s still on payment verification.
Same here... it takes sooooo long to verifyID!
I've just ordered something for a game earlier today and it went through without any hassle. 2 Hours later I create another order - payment needs verification. Within minutes I send the required pictures, and still have yet to see any reply. I have been using this same card for the last 2 years on PA and have not had any issues. This is ridiculous. send information 3 times now bought 2 previous accounts both were locked and taken back by the seller then i buy a new account for 130$ and still havent received the account because they want 3 or 4 duplicate pictures of my bank card and id to "verify identity" ive sent them 4 times now im not sending anymore pictures to these people my pictures were clear and exactly what they asked for i am absolutely done buying accounts from them if they dont have my account soon i do not want a refund i want the account i worked hard to buy for myself working 7 days a week hard labor providing for a family of 7 on a one family income i already couldnt afford the account now they refusing to give to me seems like. anyone help? thanks.
