Plaza Services Company will not respond

Company will not respond. Won't email me back. Never answers the phone. I had a loan with Cashmax. I got behind. I recently called them to ask about a settlement offer and they told me my file is now with Plaza Services LLC and gave me a phone number. I have called that number NUMEROUS times as well as a phone number I saw on their website. No one ever answers the phone, there's just a recording, and you can't leave a message. I have emailed a couple of times now, again, from the information on their website, but I have not received any emails either. I want to see if I can settle this account and close it out, but I can't do that when the company won't email or call me back. That is extremely unprofessional! And aggravating. I'd like to resolve this ASAP.

I have been getting harassing calls about a car I never laid eyes on at anytime Im going through a lot of creditors saying I have cars and such in my name but never ever owned a car

I have been trying to call for a week and nobody answers the phone. it will ring for a few minutes and says nobody is available and hangs up The number I call is ***. Is this not plaza services number?

Plaza Services LLC holds a debt that I owe. I have been attempting to reach them to settle or make arrangements on the debt but no one ever picks up the phone. I call at least once an hour between 9am-5pm est (which are my work hours so that's how I've been keeping track). I believe they are attempting to drive up the price owed by not picking up for clients.

After seeing this company on my credit report, i have attempted to reach out numerous times to seek a settlement. They dont answer calls, chat or emails. And when you do call, it just keeps ringing with no answer. I just want to settle. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops for this.

Plaza Services Unsubstantiated collection account showing on my credit report

Unsubstantiated collection account showing on my credit report. I have reached out to Plaza Services on numerous occasions regarding a collection account for Utah Title Loans. I have never had a title loan. I have reached out to Plaza Services numerous times since September . I have email conversations with an employee Nazhoni. Though pleasant in her conversations, Plaza has yet to provide documentation showing contract information. Ms. Nazhoni stated that the documents would be provided to me and that it could take up to 30 days. I reached back out to Ms. Nazhoni in November with a second request for documentation. I have never received the documents. Also, the dollar amount being recorded to the credit bureau changes dollar amounts usually by a dollar and I don't know why since I have not had recent contact with Plaza Services.

I received a letter from a company by the name of *** who claimed that they had an outstanding loan to me and sold that loan to Plaza Services, LLC followed shortly there after by a collection letter from a company by the Name of Spire Recovery Solutions claiming to be the agent of Plaza Services, LLC. I have never had any loan or borrowed any money from *** and am not in any way indebted to ***. I contacted Spire Recovery Solutions and disputed the debt and requested that they notify the three reporting agencies that I am disputing the debt and that the remove this matter from my credit report as agent for Plaza Services. They refused.

Plaza Services I received a phone call from this company in regards to a supposed debt

I received a phone call from this company in regards to a supposed debt. I asked them to mail me the information and records of the debt. They said they already did and that I should've received. I let them know that I had not, and asked what address they sent it to. They said the wrong address. I asked them to mail it to my new address and they completely refused. They were also VERY rude and said that they would be moving on with the debt, they then threatened me with a lawsuit, and completely refused to provide me any information through the mail at the correct address. By far the rudest company I've ever dealt with, and it is illegal to not send a debt validation letter and it's also illegal to refuse to send debt verification to the person you are harassing when they request that information. This also needs removed from my credit report as the debt is not mine.

This company is coming after me for a fraudulent charge that i didn't do, I filed police report and a report to the ftc both saying it was a fraudulent charge

Jim ***, employed by Plaza Services L.L.C., contacted several of my in-laws leaving messages regarding 'a legal issue? and asking them to return his calls regarding my whereabouts with business NOT concerning them. In doing so, Mr. prompted them to inquire about my private business that is none of their concern. Not only did he violate my privacy he also has my personal number AND has already spoken directly to me, he had no reason to contact ANYONE else. Mr. also contacted a former spouses sister in law, whom I barely know (using a former married name of mine) and proceeded to use harassing techniques such as repeatedly calling 'every five minutes? when the party refused to answer his call. When she finally answered his 'harassing? calls he insisted they give him private information that she doesn't have and when she stated so, he accused her of lying. This company is threatening and abusive in their collection techniques.

I had an account with Personify Financial.I had to close my bank account due to fraud. Personify immediately sent my debit to Plaza Services because they were unable to take payment from my bank account.Plaza services will not answer any call at any time, every email I send is returned as "Unable to Deliver, email account does not exist"I just want to set up a payment plan and pay the ***. I'm on Military disability, so it has to be a payment plan. I want this fixed.

Plaza Services I had a account with Cashnet USA

I had a account with Cashnet USA. The account went into collections and was sent to Plaza Services LLC. After about a year, my mother permitted me to stay with her a few months and pay up a few bills. I called Plaza Services LLC and paid the collection up. I think the total came up to about $315- which was about thirty dollars less than my oringal debt. Not sure why. I paid the amount they asked for. This was about a year and a half ago. I paid this amount with my Direct Express government debit card. Since then I have paid the two banks I owed and no longer have a Direct Express Government Card. I am now back with the Regions Bank FDIC. Not sure how to get my hands on the statements from Direct Express. Though I do know the charge is on there. Since the pandemic and the new found stimulus money and credits, I have paid multiple items up and out of collections. #working on debt. If you could please look into this matter for me. Thank you sincerely

Hello, I just got the Plaza Services put on my credit, their website states "Plaza Services or our collection agency partners attempt to notify consumers in writing prior to placing accounts on the credit bureau." I never once received any information about my account being in their collection agency and they still placed it on my credit. I have no problem paying the settlement offer but I just want to make sure this will be removed from credit as your website states there should have been some type of writing was presented prior. I feel that this is unfair that I was not notified before hand when your website says I should have. I have called and emailed multiple times with no response back. I want to make sure before I make a payment this will be removed from my credit as well I want to make sure the amount listed is correct because I have no recollection of my balance being as high as $17,000. Please advise as I would like to settle this and have it removed from my credit.

Plaza Services Wednesday 29th 2021

Wednesday 29th 2021. I received a phone call from a law firm for a litigation against me. They stated I will be taken to court if I don't pay full amount by the end of the week. I talked to a person that was supposedly a lawyer with the law firm *** and Associates. Gave me three options pay in full, make 500 dollar payments or half now and half later. It was about an auto Lon that I ended up defaulting on because I was unemployed and stated I can take the vehicle anywhere they want to recover and they refused that offer. Then I made couple of payments and it was repossessed by *** capital. I told them I didn't want it anymore because I only fell behind because they stole half my payments that was supposed to cover the rest of the year. This law firm then informed me they mailed me a letter of resale by state law. I never received a letter of resell nor was included in the resale to make sure that my debt would be covered. Now it's sold to plaza services llc.

They were very threatening and they never understood or tried to see what was going on, they keep saying I owed that money and threatened that I will receive the court documents. They stopped and the this week a received a call from them but now saying it was for a personal loan with Bank of America. Same, i just told them i dont have a loan or even an account with that bank, before I say more they only hung up on me. Today I received a long letter from them with some documents from a supposed $1,500 loan from November 22. SAME, I never applied for any loan, I never got that money, IS NOT ME, how they got almost all my personal information ? I dont know but I'm going to take legal action against this company, they couldnt be less professional. Those phone numbers in the "contract" one is not mine from years and the other one is not min

I ASKED WHAT THE PHYSICALL ADDRESS IS SO I CAN MAIL THEM A LETTER TO QUIT CALLING ME. MR. TOLD ME HE CANNOT 'GIVE' ME THAT. THEN I DID VERIFY MY NAME/ADDRESS. Plaza Services I had an title loan with "Check Into Cash" that never got paid off

I had an title loan with "Check Into Cash" that never got paid off. They sent it to D2 Management collection agency. I paid them off April 2nd. Never received a letter or email stating said account was paid off. I was told on April 2nd that I would receive my title in the mail within 30-60 days. I waited 60 days and still no title. I called back and kept getting told they did not a have reason as to why it has taken to long for my title to be sent to me. I called on August 13th and spoke with Rochelle. She advised me my title was being sent out that exact same day, provided me with a FEDEX tracking number and told me I would receive my title by Wednesday August 18th. I verified with FedEx that information was correct. Fast toward to today, August 19th, I still have no received my title. I have called 12 times today with no success of getting anyone to answer. I have been in contact with FedEx and they say they do not even have a package, only a shipping label was created.

Had a title loan with lendmark financial services, debt went to plaza services I called got my account number went online last year in June *** and paid the amount little over *** to satisfy my debt and get my title pink slip back. It took 3_4 months to get my title back and someone signed and dated in the wrong area. DMV said I have to have it fixed and a paper signed by them to get the lean holder off my title but I can't get anyone on the phone the line just rings and I emailed multiple times no reply. They took my money and now I can't do anything with my *** June . Account number with them is ***. Lendmark is showing as the lein holder but they won't sign any paperwork without being contacted by plaza services to verify my information. This company does not reply to emails answer phones. It's like they do t exist. I need this resolved seeing as they got there money last year please

Plaza Services I have never had a contract with this company

I have never had a contract with this company. I have never received any paperwork from this company. I have tried multiple times to reach a live person to discuss this matter. The alleged debt is regarding a voluntarily repossessed vehicle due to Hurricane Mathew and a state of emergency in Florida. The bike was then sold at auction. The original lender made their choice in selling the bike at auction rather than in their used lot and thus made their choice of taking a much lower amount of money. This was no longer my responsibility when the original lender opted to auction a high end bike with low miles for a 1/4 of what it was worth. This company also called and illegally threatened to arrest me and take me to court. Which is illegal on both counts (as they never did take me to court and it is only legal to threaten court action if there is follow through). They gave my information to a third party who then proceeded to call and threaten and harass me. They refused to make any kind of payment arrangement and told me I had X amount of days to pay the full amount or I would go to jail.

I was told the debt was sent to collections with Cascade Capitol. I was surprised because I do not have any paperwork notifying me Cascade Capitol had my loan. I keep all my mail for loans in files and I do not have any paperwork for this company. I called the company at their X- XXX-XXX-XXXX number to pay off the loan. I was told by a customer service representative that their department of Cascade Capitol called Plaza Services, LLC has my loan and I need to call Plaza Services, owned by Cascade Capitol. I called Plaza Services at the number Cascade Capitol gave me, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. No one answered the phone. There was a greeting stating the date, 8/21, the name of the company, and the email of the company. The phone rang and rang with no answer. I called back 3 times that day with still no answer. I sent an email to the Plaza services email mentioned on the voice mail greeting. I still have not received any response from Plaza Services. It as been two weeks. I am not able to clear the loan. I called Cascade Capitol again on 8/26 and told the rep that no one answers the phone at Plaza Services. I asked if Cascade Capitol can help me process off the loan pay off so I can get the loan cleared. He said no, and said to call another number for Plaza Services, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. There was no answer just like the other number. Just a greeting and Plaza Services email. I am tired of getting the run around from Cascade Capitol and no response from Plaza Services.

Plaza Services Failing to follow advertised credit reporting policy

Failing to follow advertised credit reporting policy. Account was in a court approved payment plan PRIOR to the debt sale. Plaza Services advertises that "Plaza Services will not report any account that has paid off or entered into a payment plan within 90-days of purchasing the account." My account was entered into a court approved payment plan under Wisconsin law. This is a 3 year repayment plan where all debt is to be payed in full based on the amount owed on the date of filing. The plan was filed on 7/18 and the stay on collection activity occurred then too. Plaza Services bought the debt on 10/19. The payment plan is current and is being paid monthly. The court appoints a trustee who is to notify creditors, collect money from me, and distribute it to the creditors. The trustee is chosen and appointed by the court, not myself. I contacted Plaza Services about this issue on 12/13 by phone and they asked to submit my documentation to them regarding this via e-mail. I e-mailed the information the same day and received no response. I followed up again via e-mail on 1/20 and again received no response, and the credit reporting continues in-spite of submitting the documentation of being in a payment plan that was initiated before 1/17 (90 days after they purchased the debt, in full compliant with their reporting policy). It seems that the transition of debt between parties is causing a breakdown in communication between them (especially seeing as some payments should have already been received by the original creditor); however, I should not be penalized for that. My legal obligation with respect to paying the debt is through a payment plan which is being maintained and is current; and as such, plaza services should honor their advertised policy of not reporting accounts that are in a payment plan to credit bureaus.

Plaza Services I have been trying to get a hold of this company for almost a month now

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for almost a month now. I have called multiple times a day for most of that time, including five times yesterday and two times today so far. Nobody ever answers the phone. It just rings and rings until an automated voice comes on the line and says nobody answered the phone. December 14th-15th, I was in an email conversation with ***, Operations Support Manager, discussing this issue and she said I need to provide my full legal name, current street address and state when information was originated or any other information that *** be helpful. I explained my situation - that I am a public figure and constantly have to deal with hacking attempts of my accounts, most recently just a month prior, so I am not comfortable sending all that personal information over an unsecure email and asked that she provide me with a phone number to someone that will answer the phone. She just gave me their main number *** which is what I've spent weeks calling and nobody will answer the phone. December 15th I, then, used their consumer feedback form to let them know that I'm trying to get a hold of someone at their office so that I can pay. ***, Chief Compliance Officer, responded via email: " We will have a representative call the contact number provided below. Please allow *** hours." Nobody ever called. I have left more emails with them, since then, but have not received any response. I tried downloading their app, but it never works - just hangs when trying to load. I have attempted to chat via their live chat link but only ever receive the message "Agents are not available right now. Please try again later." every time. I can't pay online because they require you to know the original creditor acct number which I don't have. I have never seen a company work so hard to keep you from paying them. I have done everything within my power to get this paid without success.

Plaza Services On 12.10.21 I received an email to my personal account from a company called CashNetUsa, stating that I have failed to make payments required

On 12.10.21 I received an email to my personal account from a company called CashNetUsa, stating that I have failed to make payments required under my credit agreement with this alleged company and that the company has sold my debt to a third-party collection company with the business name Plaza Services. On that note, I do not have any knowledge of this company, I have never received any calls or mail from them (i.e., CashNetUSA and Plaza Services) nor I have requested any type of loan from this alleged company (i.e., CashNetUSA). I contacted CashNetUsa based on the information that was in the email to request more information. I spoken with a representative to whom I was trying to find out who are they and what is been going on as I do not know the company nor I owe any debt to them. Thus, I am severely concerned that if this company is a real one, they are committing an ID Theft and fraud against my name. The representative on the phone from CashNetUSA insisted that she could not provide any further information (I only had the customer ID number that was provided in the email I received) until I would provide my social security number and the date of birth. By profession I am in the psychology field and there is no way that I have ever requested a loan from this company, thus I am reporting CashNetUSA and Plaza Services to Complaintsboard.com and I am seeking immediate resolution due to their fraudulent act and ID Theft. I am attaching in this report the email I received from this company. I have already filed a complaint to Complaintsboard.com about CashNetUSA (case no: ***), and with this report I am filling a complaint to their third-party collection agency "Plaza Service" which company for the Complaintsboard.com information I was not able to reach at all via phone, despite my efforts (I contacted the phone number CashNetUSA had listed in their email which is attached with this report). Thank you in advance for assistance regarding this matter. ~
