I have sent various certified mail letters requesting validation and explaining the reasons for disputing various fraudulent and erroneous items on my credit report, yet I have not received any response in over 35 days for these accounts that are clearly incorrect and false. This credit manager is disregarding the law and exploiting my situation, which has caused a significant burden on my life. The most recent certified letter I sent was on December 13. The additional document is the evidence I provided to them. I DEMAND that all of the disputed items be removed, and if action is not taken, I will pursue legal action in small claims court in my city, where the company will be required to present their case.
My privacy rights have been violated with Merchant Credit guide. I do not have a convergent contract with them. They failed to provide me with any physical proof of documentation like I've requested. Please immediately delete the account from my credit report, it's hurting my ability to obtain credit.

Merchants Credit Guide hasn't responded to my debt validation request for accounts ending in 2826 and 2528.
On March 15, Merchants Credit Guide received my certified letter requesting validation of accounts ending in 2826 and 2528. I have not received a response. According to the relevant Finance Code Section, a debt collection agency has thirty days to respond to a debt validation request. Failure to respond implies admission that the debt is inaccurate. As of September 8, they are still reporting the account on my credit report, violating state collection laws. I am attempting to resolve this without court intervention and believe that through Complaintsboard.com, a simpler resolution is possible. If they remove the account, stop reporting it, and confirm in writing, I will consider the matter resolved.

Merchants credit guide put a collection account on my Equifax credit report. The collection dates back to 2015 and it violates FRCA reporting act. I wasn't notified about any debt and I didn't receive a debt validation letter from them. Also, this debt is violates statues of limitation laws in *** since its been over six years. I want this remove from my credit report immediately and I want them to be sanctioned for this action.
This agency has been constantly having a medical debt added to my credit report, even after I have worked with Experian to have it removed. Medical debt cannot be reported to credit report agencies The Medical Debt Collection Relief Act of 2021 gives me the this protection. Yet, Merchants Credit Guide does not believe in following the law. I have made attempts to have this fraudulent item removed from my credit reports (ALL of them, as they are all medical debts). When Experian removes it, they are reporting it again; despite the fact that this is illegal! Can someone help me prevent this company from breaking the law in their efforts to ruin my life.
Went on my chase app. Credit journey. Had found a derogatory *** from this company named Merchants Credit Guide. My score dropped by 4 points on my credit score. Inquired with chase Bank on my account. I have to contact credit journey to get information about this derogatory report of who they are and what this is all about. I have no communications with them best to my recollections, letters of any charges. I hope in the morning to find out what this is all about. I got th number for this company on Googleing there name. Credit journey the number given from chase Bank is not a working number. I will have to go to the bank branch for help in contacting credit journey. If I missed anything and I usually don't I need to settle this issue as soon as possible to protect my name.

Last year on January 15 I received a letter from RMP Services LLC, a collection agency, stating I had two debts that had been referred to them (Ref#*** and ***). On July , I receive another letter from them stating that these debts would not be reported to any credit reporting agencies. So, the accounts had been resolved. However, on January 22, I receive a letter from Merchants Credit Guide, stating that I owed them these two debts that I settled with RMP months ago. I send certified mail with sig on Feb 2, to which they respond, however when I respond back showing my proof from RMP (certified mail with signature on arrival sent Mar 2), I get no response. But it still got reported to the bureaus despite the lack of response. MCG failed to respond in a timely manner. I sent another letter on July 3 with no response. I will consider this matter resolved if they delete the account, cease reporting it to the credit bureaus, and provide written confirmation.

On August 26 at 11:48am, I recieved a call from Merchant's Credit company in regards to an outstanding medical ***.I spoke with a gentleman named *** in regards to the debt collection. He stated the amount owed and asked to resolve the issue. I made it known that I am disabled and have been out of work and recieve no income so there would be no way for me to make any sort of payment. *** said if we can't resolve the issue then he was going to report my debt to the credit bureaus. I informed him that it wasnt possible for me tomresolve the issue and he could do as he pleased, but medical debts will not reflect on my credit. *** argued and said yes they do, go ahead and not make a payment, we have your address, all your informatio and we know where to find you. I am going to report this to the bureaus and watch what it does to your credit, well get you. Then hung up. I called back and spoke to a manager for resolution but was unsatisfied with their response.

There are many accounts of debt on my credit report and constant mail from this agency
There are many accounts of debt on my credit report and constant mail from this agency. There are amounts with backup documentation that do not even come close to the amount declared as late. I tried to reach out to one company that I later found there is no company like that but that has charged me over 3 years ago? I didnt authorize to use the service. I am Bipolar and when I have periods of mania, people worry and call ambulances that I dont need. I let MCG know, but cannot resolve this. Im on disability and cant afford these debts. There is another charge that I cant get any documentation for from 4 years ago in the amount of $224. My healthcare provider cannot match this amount. The mailed documentation does not explain if these are new charges or the ones that are on my credit report. It is impossible to talk to someone because their file # do not have verified documentation. There is no way of knowing what is a late payment? I have asked to have these medical debts removed, because I simply am not stupid.

On February 12th I received notification that I had an account in collections
On February 12th I received notification that I had an account in collections. After researching I discovered this was a number who called me a few times and never left a voice mail. I also confirmed where the debt was from. I called merchants' guide and paid the collection. I asked for a letter stating that the balance was paid. The gentleman informed me that I will receive a letter in the mail within 7-10 days. After two weeks I still did not receive the letter I called back on February 26th and informed a women that I still haven't received the letter. She said they would send another one. I asked if it could be emailed. She said yes and I would receive the email within 72 hours. After 72 hours I called back and informed them I still haven't received the email and the woman I spoke with confirmed that there was a request made and I should have received it. I checked spam mail and searched my email with an account number she provided incase I overlooked it, which I hadn't. We changed my email address to a different provider just incase that was the issue. I was responsible in handling my debit once notified. I do not understand why I cannot get a letter stating I do not owe a balance.

On September 28 Merchants Credit Guide C received my certified letter requesting validation of account they are attempting to collect on ***. They never responded. Under the Texas Finance Code the debt collection agency has thirty (30) calendar days to respond to a debt validation request. All debt collectors operating in the State of Texas must be able to verify, or "validate," any debt on which they are attempting to collect payment. Texas Finance Code Section 392.202 requires a debt collection agency or credit bureau to provide the alleged debtor with specific information concerning their debt including but not limited to: The name of the original creditor the original date of default or non-payment of the debt the date the debt was transferred from the original creditor to the third party debt collector The original balance The current balance Surety bond information respond or did not respond in time. If a debt collector has failed to respond to your debt validation request, then they have essentially admitted, per Texas Finance Code 392.202(b)(2), that the debt in question is inaccurate. As such, all collection efforts on the debt must cease and any derogatory listing should be permanently removed from any consumer credit reports. As of December 8 I still have not heard from them. Under state and federal law I could sue them and ask for thousands. However, I would like to make every effort to resolve this matter amicably without presenting this case in court before a jury in my community. If they delete the account and cease reporting to the bureaus I will consider this matter resolved.

Merchants Credit Guide is listed for 3 separate accounts on my credit reports
Merchants Credit Guide is listed for 3 separate accounts on my credit reports. I was told that the original creditor was Arlington Emergency Medicine. I contacted my health insurance who told me that *** had been paid and that MCG was "balance billing" which cannot be done for in-network providers. 01/11 - billed 527, insurance negotiated and paid, *** is advising I have no portion to pay, 04/02 - billed 1057, insurance negotiated and paid, *** is advising I have no portion to pay, 11/06 - billed 958, insurance negotiated and paid, *** is advising I have no portion to pay. I provided this information to MCg who insisted that my insurance company gave me no such information and that it simply wasn't true. I asked for documents to be sent to me verifying that what MCG was collecting for was true and accurate. She advised that she would send them. I then contacted ***, they advised that they did not hold any accounts for me. Their contract with the hospital I visited ended in 2018 and all of their files were transferred to MCG. I called back to MCG and made them aware of what *** advised me and I was told that I was asking questions she didn't have the answers to. She transferred me to a manager. I relayed all the insurance pymnt information to him and I also advised him that *** did not own the debt and had transferred all records. He said that my insurance was not billed but made references to claims he would check, he said that *** owned the debt and MCG did not and he would check with his contacts at *** and get back to me. In the meantime, I located an email for *** and I sent them an email requesting help with the accounts listed. Through email, they advised me that they're no longer the billing agent and provided the contact information for MCG. I sent this information to MCG. I was told they would check their documents to find the correct original creditor. He said he would also check with a medical biller regarding balance billing

This was not sent in error, I am a consumer by law and my information was misused and now I have some false not 100% accurate accounts on my credit report. Unauthorized used of my credit report.I demand deletion of the items and information plus I demand monetary compensation!
They sent letters about collecting a debt from a psychiatrist I saw when I was active duty military I followed up with the psychiatrist and they said that there is no debt to be owed and provided evidence of the insurance covering my visit to them. Despite this, the merchants credit guide company has affected my credit and I have shown this proof to transunion and they have done nothing about it.
This is a questionable debt collection agency hired by a high-end hospital to collect for medical bills. They call cell phones day and night (both mine and my son's) and they are robo-calls. It is constant! You can't work, you can't even think! This is also illegal per the *** I am about to get a lawyer if all contact from them does not cease and desist immediately and they remove their files from our credit reports.
