I booked a plumber through PLUMBING FORCE, at 1pm on the 19th Jan 2016, they assured me that a plumber will be with me between 2 and 6pm They took my credit card details, We were freezing in the house, Then they called at 5.50pm to say SORRY, We can not make it, our engineer is too busy in another job that took longer ! that is very irresponsible, now I am calling other companies to late for anyone else to come over
This company is absolutely appalling. Their guarantee to keep an appointment can't be trusted. We waited from ll.00am on a Thursday until ll.00am on the following Saturday but kept getting phone calls from them saying they are 'running behind'. I cancelled their services at this point. I would not recommend this company at all.
Do no use Avoid like the plaugue Take you money when you book then call to move appointment back every few hours Then oooh they can't make it but have still taken £96 out if you bank Bunch or scammers I'm guessing any good reviews are fake
I have just had a similar experience. I have just cancelled them after 48 hours - because they wanted to re-book for the 5th 4 hour slot! Their advertising is completely misleading
The manufacturing fitting instructions were within & beyond the correct measurements for fitting. However my partner was told that building regulations had changed & more clearance was needed. Building regulations do not apply yet I was charged over £100. Five minutes & he was gone.
