I have been locked out off my account due to my phone being lost, I have tried to contact pockit multiple time to change phone number from there side because every time I try to do it myself it says I must contacted them. I have contacted them multiple times and they took forever to respond and when they finally did they asked for evidence which I sent and now they are completely ignoring me. I have told them it is extremely urgent as I have no access to money or food because of this, but they seem to not be taking me seriously. I have been paid in my account and I cant access it because they are giving me the run around and dont want to do it from there side. I have a 4 yr old and I have offically ran out of food and heating because of this I contatly email them but they ignore me, I have ad people on my behalf contact them and they said they cant help because they are emailing for the wrong account. When I try them again they tell me to cintact them through the app which they know I dont have access to... This is not fair

Pockit is taking advantage of you stuck in their web of incompetence. If they do not respond to urgent requests, escalated matters - complain to the FOS and file a complaint with the FCA. Furthermore, you can shame them on social media. If possible, reach out to your employer or benefits provider to reroute payments. You should never be taken advantage of, so fight back.
