Playing in tournament and popup says I need to re enter security code.
Frequent required reentries cause me to lose chips.
Today I lost the tournament without even playing a single hand
I appreciate the extra security but not at the loss of games.
I lost $10 yesterday and another $5 today.
I guess I will not play anymore until the software is fixed.
Also as I reported before, there is never a time that I can log on without an error message.
Claimed loss: $15

PokerStars is losing you money and making it not enjoyable at all. Take your complaint to the customer support, showing them actual proof of the losses (dates, amounts and screenshots if possible) and ask them to refund for entry fees that got lost as a result of software malfunctioning. If they fail to act on time, then complain to your payment processor about the transaction. Refrain from playing until these issues are fixed; no notion of paying for defective software during a game.
