I would not even be going to this extent if Popeye's customer service was half way decent.
I complained over the phone via their customer service line, I tried to contact the store manager (after ringing for what seemed like forever, the only greeting I got was go ahead in a very rude hard to understand accent), I have filled out a contact us form, I have also used messaging on facebook on Popeye's main account- only to be continuously ignored, and my concern has not been addressed. I visited on Sunday evening and ordered a 10 piece spicy tenders family meal, after the guy repeated my order back to me correctly and I waited in line over 20 minutes with a screaming 5 year old, it did not even cross my mind that I might not have the correct order. I then drove home (25 minutes away) frustrated from the wait. After I got home, I realized that I had gotten a 10 piece mixed box. I do not eat bone-in chicken, and I absolutely would not have gone to Popeye's for it. This was not even a huge issue-had it been addressed properly. The main complaint is the customer service, they never tried to make it right and I could not get a call back. I could not even get a robo-response.
5 pc tender combo, cajun fish and shrimp meal
I have one ticket but I asked two separate orders being they were going to different homes. By the time I get home which was about 20 minutes my fish and shrimp meal was so hard it was an edible, the pieces I tried to chew cut my gums. Very very crispy like overdone and chewy on the inside. My dad who got the 5 piece tenders which he absolutely loves, said they were so dry and so hard on the outside he had trouble eating them. I do have pictures of the fish unfortunately I wasn't with my father when he ate the tenders. With that being said I visit this Popeyes in Valley Stream often and never had this problem before

I had terrible experience today, decided to get some chicken for dinner, ordered family meal 8 pieces, tried to pay with $100 bill, staff refused to accept, I had few different $100 bills, offered any of them, no success... I called manager, asked him about $100 bill policy, he wasn't helpful, told me that they're making random decisions accept or not, in my case they decided not... I'm Registered Nurse, working full time job in hospital and don't look like homeless or troubled. The worse that staff didn't try anything to resolve the issue, just let me go as is... I have debit and credit cards as well, didn't want to use them after this nasty $100 bill situation... I went to different location after, place the same order and paid with my $100 bill with no problem.

I went through the drive window at popeyes in Huntsville tx and I ordered 5$ boneless bash wings an soon as I pull to the window they hand me my food a lil to fast.so I leave and come to find out I see why so fast my food was cold not fresh had grease in box like they had been sitting a while so I had left already so I couldn't return them hopefully I don't get sick

We ordered $150 worth of food. We were missing four items . Skip The dishes delivered it. When we called them. Popeye Staff said it was Skip the dishes Fault that the items were missing. That's not right skip the dishes just picks them up from Popeyes.

We had to drive to get the other items.
It took 35 minutes to drive get the missing items and come back.
The kids didn't eat because the chicken wasn't there.
The manager really didn't do anything about it. He didn't even apologize for the mistake and for the inconvenience .

I went to the Popeyes in Saginaw Mi on 10-28-19 at 6 pm. I ordered 10 piece tenders, an Apple Pie, a Lemon Pie. They gave me an 11 piece bone in. I gave them a 9.99 coupon, and they charged me 13.99. They were Rude, and didn't give me the sauce I asked for either. I tried calling for several hours. I finally got someone on the phone and they more or less told me to go [censored] myself. Fix it.

I to the Popeyes store in Eatonton, Ga tonight. I waited for someone to ask for my order. Silence. I drove up to the window & the employee was sitting on a chair talking to someone on the other side of the counter. I had to yell for her to notice there was a customer waiting. She did apologize but added that the headset was not working correctly. I grew up on the westbank side of New Orleans. We had Popeyes chicken all the time. I have been in Eatonton, Ga since 1991 & I have to say that it is by far the worst Popeyes restaurant I have been to. The employees are lazy & the trash cans were in the middle of the floor between the counter & the food prep.

Went to Popeyes last night to pick up dinner for the family. Placed my order at 6:37 pm, store# 10543, sale# [protected]. There were three employees working, one at the drive thru, and another person in a blue shirt. (not sure of position). Needless to say, it took an hour to get my food. An hour. The dining room was packed with customers waiting and eating their food, along with a line going thru the drive thru, and a complete lack of urgency. Those employees did not show any care for the amount of people waiting for their food. Not only that, again, with a dining area full of people, there was no condiments or napkins out for the customers, so again, customers had to stand at the counter waiting for someone's attention just to ask for napkins that should've already been there. This location is a very busy location. The food is actually decent that it is such a shame to see employees with no care to the customers. I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention. I tried contacting the district manager on the receipt, but received no answer.

We are supplying these companies with opinions that help better their buisness. However how are we the consumer to feel we can trust that or feel comfortable to continue purchasing and taking time to fill out surveys if we are not being heard or acknowledged. Shameful was very excited to finally have a Popeyes in Reading with chicken actually cooked to perfection, to get crunchy also mild with no aftertaste. Really hope they can resolve these issues.

One of them is 15 and his name is Cameron and the the others name is Mia and she's 18 and They both have been told by corporate people they cannot have a relationship and I have text messages proving by Mia they are dating and this isn't appropriate. My name is Kendra and I worked at this popeyes for a week.Sept 17 to Sept 22 and quite. .But when I got hired there she asked my how did I want my check ..I gave Vericona a voided check..now was for direct deposits..Know the day she put in payroll she had Shift Manger Mike call and I was asked same question, I gave him the same answer. .Now today was payday I go to bank and check had not gone there, so I call store number [protected] and Lisa answered I asked. May i speak to whomsoever is manger it happened to be Vericona she doesn't get on phone Lisa says Vericona says its here at store okay..now at popeyes to pickup check she is rolling her eyes in front to me but there are also customers at the register so they seem and asked why I did not reply. this lady working at store#5928 on wednesday at 3:32 pm was very Rude and difficult she did not say hello or anything she was talking with the other employee took my order and Through the change that she owed me ! I asked her to be nice with our customers and she start talking back to me in arguing in front of the other customers when I ask that I complain she said go ahead I'm the manager here after a minute this other lady showed up and she said that she was the manager and they were laughing between them when I told her I will complain she said she don't care Popeyes is a big company I've been dealing with them for years even when I was in Atlanta Georgia I like their food but this particular employee needs to be trained she don't have any customer service She needs to be teach that this is America and we need to have good relationships with our customers no mother what do you do at any job I think you!

First of, I want to say how disrespectful and rude the employee was at the Gallatin, TN. popeye's restaurant. The time says they close at 10PM on inside and 11PM for drive-thru. Was there at 9:15PM in drive-thru, and the girl that was taking orders didn't even come on the intercom to take my order. I waited about 5 min or so, said hello a couple times, and she finally said, "I'll be right with you" not a welcome to popeyes, or sorry about the wait, or anything, then finally took my order, said " go ahead with order", no greet, no friendly service, it was very rude, and non-welcoming. I dont know if I will even go back there, I dont know how they training these new employees. But someone needs some new training themselves, or let someone else train the new employees. And to even let her keep working there, cause I'm pretty sure as rude as she was. They have had several complaints. And by the way, that was just a pinch of what had happened. The order I got, dudnt even get all I was supposed to get. For one, she told me that her fryers was off and couldn't cook no more, it's made to order. Well if they don't close till 11PM in drive thru, dont they think the fryers should be on until 11PM, then turn em off, and that was for shrimp and fries, couldn't get on my order, cause they cut them off. And another, is the biscuits, now I know it doesn't take but a few min to cook biscuits, why I got told they were out and short staffed. And, that's my problem, how? Seriously, and charged full price for my meal, look [censored]ty as hell, excuse my language, but it's the truth. And on that made to order remark, that she told me, how come the chicken was old and dried out, if it's made to order. Really, I mean who does this. I think she needs not to work there, cause that was all sorts of wrong, how can they bit cook no fresh food when you order and what you do order, dont get all of what comes with it, and still charged full price, and they had plenty of time to cook the food to give to me what I had ordered. I'm very dissatisfied and I want my money back, a free meal every day for 1 week. To be honest with you. And I think that is only partial fair. So when you read this, take into consideration of how you would have felt as if it was you that got treated unfairly and rude to, unwelcoming like you shouldn't come there to order, and contact me back if you dont mind, shoot me an email, whatever. I purchased two meals and upsized the sides to large. What I got were two regular sides for each meal. Unless I'm mistaken, a regular size of mashed potatoes, for example, consists of one scoop while a large consists of three scoops. One plus one does not equal three. I got cheated out of a scoop on each meal. Not cool.
And the fish: never again. more crust than fish. Used to get the fish all the time twenty years ago and it was great. Apparently the recipe has changed. Ugh.

Yea I'm working in Whitestown Indiana and I've went to the Popeyes chicken restraurant 4 times in past two weeks and every single time I've went in there, there has been no chicken up...I only have a 30 min lunch which driving to and from that place takes half my lunch then waiting another 10-15 min for chicken puts me back late and trying to inhale my food...I've went in there at 12 twice and 1230 and 1 the other two times...each time I've been told the exact same reason for there is 0 chicken ready to be served and that excuse is "that they just got a truck sorry there is nothing they can do about it" I could understand if it happened once maybe even twice but 4 times in 2 weeks seemns a bit rediculous and to have the same excuse every time sounds like they just don't want to work or don't care which in return is costing ur company a lot of money bc I seen atleast 4-5 groups of people walk in and right back out bc of no chicken...hopefully something can and will be done about this thanks

I went in to purchase a meal after a long shift at work, and there was a young lady mopping the floors while I was waiting for my food.
I watched her go into the washroom with the mop, and then continue to use the same mop from the washroom through to the dining area. Disgusting! At that point I didnt even want my food, because it made me wonder what other kind of disgusting things they were doing that I could not see? Now, the "mopping" she was doing was simply spreading around urine and who knows what else l around the floor where people eat their food.
It was on around 8:50 we stop by to get some chicken feed to kids one of them drunk something that was sitting on the table and she should have liquor in it I know it tastes like country Daddy's cranks before and it was at Popeye's it's a shame that your employer Sam's and drinking liquor just to feel good on the job who else knows what they do

My husband and I picked up food at this restaurant on 9/14 @ 6:20pm our order # 6090. The young lady that waited on us did an excellent job and deserves a HUGE raise. She was not only taking orders at the register she was packing up all the orders and then she would run out back when the timer went off and put food up to be sold. There was someone out back doing the cooking but evidently he couldn't be bothered. At no time during our wait was there less than five people standing in line waiting to order. She would take four orders and then stop to pack those and send customers on their way with a smile. I watched her do this time and time again. Please hire some help! Two employees on a Friday night at dinnertime is not enough. This is how it is every time we go to this particular restaurant.

I-35 and Sam Bass road location is in question. This location is in Round Rock, Texas.
My friend and I have eaten at this location twice. Within less than 10 days the individuals employed at this particular location, have not done our order justice. Both times they have misplaced our order and we had to reorder the same thing.
The people who are employed here have a "Don't care attitude". And the Manager Ms. Ramirez was no help to us at this time. I would recommend a complete terminations of this store and begin over again with people who will do a public service in the food industry.
If this service continues this store will not be profitable and your business is in the red not the black.
