Poshmark Have yet to refund damaged item

Item arrived damaged, seller was apologetic and wanted to refund. Poshmark just kept asking for more photos and never gave a refund after receiving them. I have been with Poshmark for years and never dealt with such awful treatment. Both me and the seller are in agreement and Poshmark is stalling for clearly damaged merchandise.

Poshmark Scam

why did you close my closet i had pending bundles If you think I am selling counterfeit ? the last purchase i made on poshmark was a fake Louie Vittuone

Poshmark Refund of two products

I have purchased two items from POSHMARK namely coach handbag worth Rs. 1099 and a watch worth Rs. 599. Both the items were cancelled from the buyer's end and my refund for both the products have not been initiated so far. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
Following are the details of my purchase:

The status shows that refund has been initiated but god know when it will be received.

Poshmark Chrome Hearts diamond bracelet

Insured 1, 000.00 sold bracelet full value. Many emails back/forth with no direct answer. Involves ref:_OOD1I2MF1S._5003ujQvD:ref. At least that was on bottom of one email. Assume its reference #.
Sent USPS fully insured w/tracking # [protected] 72. Arrived Newark CA. 10/23 7:41. SALE canceled by Poshmark ‘for lack of sending it promptly.' Sold 10/23. Posted USPS 10/25 8 AM. I want the bracelet returned to me Now. I'm totally frustrated at ‘pat' emails from Poshmark - patience we are looking into it - do not reply to this particular email - etc. My heading is [protected]@barndoorhills.

Poshmark 2 juicy couture pants

This to items that I bought have no description no measurements. When seller doesn't describe the items to the best of his ability item possibly or even probably will not fit. I asked the seller about measurements did not received it. Both pants are horrible and short. Open request immediately and received an answer from PlayStation fanatic who loves to cook who is telling me to resale it. Let's [censored] on other buyers. Did I really bought an item that I need to sell now? Isn't it ridiculous? Bad practice Poshmark. Shame on you. Just took my money ignored my return request opened on the same day (can not take Play Station Fanatic seriously) released it to the seller and stuck me with an items that probably not going to be sold after I describe it. Then have the audacity to send me smiley face an ask if I am happy with resolution. No I am not happy. I am an awfully disappointed.
Horrible place to buy. Good for the sellers who wants make money out of nothing. Buyers beware.

Poshmark Scammed by buyer and never got any reply

$500 ceiling fan. Listing $250
Poshmark is a buy and sell company that promise seller and buyer protection. I have emailed them multiple times under the 3 day time period. I was never giving a new tracking number or notified of anything. I have sent many emails.
Example 1:
Good evening I'm just wondering what's going on with my case on this ceiling chandelier because it came back damaged not all the parts are there I would like something to be done about this because that is a $500 chandelier that came out of my pocket it was very expensive I was hoping to get some money back on it and now it is unuseable it's damaged to the point where it's garbage I can't believe someone would do that to an item that they just returned I would like this taken care of in a timely matter as well as I am hesitant on selling anything on your website I can't get to the ad because the buyer has already been refunded I never got the tracking number to pick up the chandelier and it was frozen on stuck in transit that's what Computer was saying so there's a time gap of why it wasn't picked u

Poshmark Scammed by Seller

I purchased two large Halloween decorations on Poshmark. I received the tracking email from Poshmark stating my packages had shipped. I followed the progress of the packages which said they where delivered. I received no packages. I that same day filed a case with PM. I also called the post office and filed a case with them. The next day I spoke to my postal carrier, she advised she did not remember any packages for me. She took the tracking numbers and contacted her supervisor. He called me and advised the tracking number I was given by PM where not addressed to me nor to my addresses. He emailed me photos of the actual packages with these tracking numbers and they where indeed not my name or address they where not even PM labels. I went to the pages of the sellers and one of them the item has been removed, I can't even see it and the other has blocked me from commenting as I asked what was happening when I got the photos from the post office. I have sent over 10 emails over the past 4 days and have received no help. These items cost me over $650. I am not sure how I received tracking information from Poshmark only to have the post office show me photos with the same tracking numbers belonging to other people but it happened and now I can't get any response from Poshmark. This is very frustrating as there is not even anyone at call at Poshmark.

Poshmark Terrible poshmark “ambassadors”

I have been using poshmark for years. I have bought stuff from regular sellers and never had a problem until buying my first thing from a "poshmark ambassador". This guy accepted my offer, didn't ship, then "changed his mind" and cancelled order then had the nerve to repost the same product the same price I offered to buy it at.

Poshmark Order never received

I ordered a shoes dated sept 25 and tracking showed it was shipped 0ct 1. after that not updating anymore and contacted poshmark several times and waited 11 days as instructed which is horrible but poshmark havent been refunded me yet for the item I paid but never recieve it.

Poshmark Scammed by buyer

I'm going through this issue with a buyer I sold a Purse to. The buyer opened a case immediately after receiving it saying I sent a different item. I disputed her claim and provided proof from USPS to PM showing I sent her a purse weighing 5lbs. PM still approved this dishonest buyers claim and allowed her to send me back a purse strap weighing 2lbs.

Desired outcome: PM needs to go back and investigate this and get my purse back or pay me the funds owed to me.

Poshmark truly does not give a hoot about their sellers..you have to get smarter than them, and beat them at their own game..I once had a buyer that purchased a LV bag from me, it was large in size..she didn't like the size, so to get Posh to accept the return request, she sliced the strap with a razor(clean cut)..they approved the return..I sent them pictures from the original listing...they didn't care..and still approved the request..I tracked the return to my front door, when the mailman came, I distracted him..(long conversation) he was so distracted and forgot to scan the package..They ended up having to pay me for the original selling price..lol that whats their sorry [censored] get...lol

Poshmark Theft

I am a buyer and seller on poshmark. On sept 1 I sold a bundle of merchandise order #61304fa7284142020c09cc89. The bundle included GloPro micro needling device and body tool new in box. Buyer said box was open - I never said I did not open the box, I said it was new and never used. Poshmark authorized return. I received facial device back used and the buyer kept the body device. I immediately notified poshmark and they did nothing about it. So now I have a used facial tool and NO body tool. The value of this is 199.00

Poshmark gucci handbag I sold

i sold a black gucci handbag the customer canceled it was sold on 8/26 due to u guys sending to authenticate and the customer canceled i do not sell fake i have not received the bag back nor do i now want it because u guys cost me several sales i want $1200 dollars plus tax and aggravation put in my acct today i am sick a d tired of playing these games i know a lot of of powerful attorneys and news reporters and i will ruin your company u take enough from us in percentage i will pull everything i am selling and i have about 50 friends selling on here and i will have them pull they're things i expect an answer today i am not a poor person no education that u can just sweep under the rug u r messing with the wrong person trust me

Poshmark Defective Product

I purchased two of the same items from the same vendor.
7/12/21 Order # 60ece8b520fc7060f61fd3ef ($41.00)
7/14/21 Order # 60eef13c20fc70af802fed25 ($35.00)

The clasp of three out of four earrings are broken. One earing can not open at all and the other two will not "snap" closed. As a result I can not wear either of these.

I filed a complaint and was told that I didn't provide documentation which is not true. I even provided a video to show how each earring was defective.
The quality of the jewelry is sub-standard and I feel like I have been taken advantage of again! I don't believe these items are work $2.00 a set and definitely not work the amount of money I paid for them. And, they are broken and unusable.

I have enclosed pictures to try and show how the items are defective. The clasps are broken which renders the item unusable

Poshmark Scammed by buyer - returning now damaged item

I sold a genuine, mint Louis Vuitton pouch to a buyer that opened a case siting damage / marks on the strap! I had pics posted from every angle - the item was perfect! Poshmark accepted the return and now not only did a lose a sale but I have to take back a damaged item! Im not sure what the buyer did - handle w dirty hands or found a cheaper one! Poshmark should be banned. After some research I found the complaints abundant!

NycMe -- I think the same thing is happening to me now. I sold a pair of brand new, never worn Yeezy's to a buyer who filed a complaint that the product was damaged and is returning them. His complaint was based on the label of the box had been scratched and there for the shoes were damaged. Poshmark just approved the return and I have a bad feeling about this buyer that when I get the shoes back... they will be damaged. If that is the case... what recourse do I have?

Poshmark Fraudulent Transaction

On July 25, 2021 my debit card was used to purchase a Rado watch from Poshmark. I never placed an order for it. After tracing that it was a purchased made at Poshmark, I logged in and saw the order. I immediately cancelled it, as it showed that it has not shipped yet. I got the automatic notice that the refund will be returned to my debit card. The amount was $1, 620.00. I've been trying to contact their support center, but to no avail. I still haven't received any of my money. Please help!

Poshmark Constant Spamming

As far as I am concerned, Chetan Pungaliya, Gautam Golwala, and Manish Chandra (all from Kaboodle), plus Tracy Sun are little more than scamming dog crap.

One freaking purchase and every damn day, they spam me 3 or 4 times.

And they wonder why India is getting worse than China? They are so damn overly aggressive, working with them is just miserable.

Poshmark Case review decision

I sold a LV Neverfull MM on Poshmark. I listed the item as EUC. Posted pictures of the tote. Someone purchased it, not asking any questions about the bag. The bag was sent to Poshmark to be authenticated (this is automatically done if item is over $500)
Poshmark deemed the bag Authentic and sent it to the buyer. The buyer then opened a case review saying the bag wasn't as described. Poshmark has an all sales final policy and encourages buyers to ask questions and request additional photos. Refund will only be given if the item was not sent out or if the item not the same as the listing. This bag was exactly as the listing described, yet Poshmark decided I had to take the bag back and the buyer would be refunded. Poshmark does not follow their own policies. And went to return is mean it goes from the buyer back to the seller regardless of the condition.

It is unethical behavior to charge my account, I did not join Poshmark but, I'm being charged on my credit card. If by chance this happened, please cancel my account.

I have been charged $15.66 on my credit card 4/2/21. I'm not a member and don't want to be at this time. Please credit my account.

Poshmark Received item that was pictured but not what I bought

I bought a blue shirt in February 2021 but received a brown shirt, the same style. The blue shirt was the biggest one in the listing. My refund request was denied because the brown shirt was pictured, just not as prominently. I kept sending Poshmark a request to return the shirt, but they said that since the brown shirt was included in the listing, they couldn't return it. I should have been able to return the brown shirt. It was false advertising.
