Pos Malaysia review: the item still pending for delivery

I did the order from shopee and the package already handle out by poslaju cheras. The status of delivery still pending start from 31 october but until today 6 november I dint get any latest info abouy my package. My tracking number is era802682808my.
Ive called the poslaju cheras but they dint pick up the phone. Is this poslaju?! Just change the name to poslambat or posmalas.
