Back on April 10, 2024, I ordered an "in stock" double door from Precise Iron Doors and was encouraged to purchase the handles as well since it would be difficult to find a pair that would fit the door. I paid in full for the door and the handles. We needed the door in June, so we asked them to deliver it then. The door was delivered, but a week later than expected (which was not that big of a problem). When we went to install the door, we noticed that the handles were missing. We right away called and mentioned that the handles are missing. We were told that we are not the only customers that are dealing with missing handles, and they are working with the company to get those handles to us. I was promised to get my handles in two weeks which I never did receive. I was in contact with Precise Iron Doors every day for about two months until we decided that Precise Iron Doors will refund me the $700 that I paid for the handles, and I would go purchase them elsewhere. On August 19, 2024 I submitted the refund form they have requested via email and was told I would receive the full refund within 30 days. It's January 2025 and I have not received my refund, nor did I receive a single phone call or email on the status of my refund. Every time I call the office, they do not have an answer for me to why I have not received my $700 refund. I'm always told to send an email to their orders department.
Desired outcome: I just want the full refund of $700 that I have paid for the handles that I never received.
