Premier Auto Credit I have been a transporter for Premier auto credit for over a year

I have been a transporter for Premier auto credit for over a year. I transport cars for them. As above March 21 I have not been paid For 5 cars that I transported for them on February XX XXXX,I have tried to communicate with text and emails with no response or very little.

Premier Auto Credit This Company is a mess

This Company is a mess. Im late with one payment because of COVID i lost my job. I made all other payments before the due date and because this one payment i havent been able to pay they are threating to Repo. Im a single mom with 2 boys starting to get back on my feet and they couldnt give me 2 weeks more to pay? Thats sad

Premier Auto Credit This is the worst, most harrassing, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with

This is the worst, most harrassing, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They offer assistance for switching your payment, then end up not doing it and tell me I am lying about the arrangement until I sent them screen shots, copies of emails and the name of the person I spoke to. Then they worked with me. But today I call for a payoff quote, the lady on the phone was extremely rude, when asked if this is the actual payoff amount I got ya whatever. These people are a POS company and truly should close there doors. I have gotten nothing but harassing phone calls, text messages and emails to the point I had to block then. Questioning me over stupid *** that isn't part of my loan. Thank f&%#ing god I traded in the car and dont have to deal with them ever again.

I paid off my primary and need to pay off the fees in the sum of 2028. I asked can I make payments as if I'm still on monthly and they will not let me and are threatening repo... I told them I've had a heart attack and I am currently on medical leave they had nerve to say did premier auto cause my heart attack and we're blantly rude ... I gave them 800 last week and I need a payment arrangement to pay the rest however they will not work with me . During this time of covid-19 I as a restaurant worker have had it hard because the place I worked closed and we are laid off until full inside dining resumes I feel that they should be able to let me pay a set amount monthly to pay these fees considering the primary is paid I do get sdi right now and can pay a set amount monthly if they allow me to but they are very rude and have no type of compassion

I attempted to make a late payment over the phone and OMG the frustration with this company. long story short I spoke to a fourth person after the last one hung up on me, the last person I spoke to by the name of Jaime he was more than happy to provide his extension number and made sure to let me know he wasn't afraid of me as if I was threatening him he gave two cents as to why my payment was late all I was trying to do is make a payment I couldn't do it over the phone for some reason my card was not going through I spoke to my bank afterwards and there was no issue the money was available so I wanted to attempt registering online and that's why I was calling back to see why I could not register the system said it could not find the account in the database that's when I just gave up trying to speak to this absolutely rude individual that kept antagonizing me. The interrogate you so much and then judge you. Unbelievable company.

This company is on the bottom of the rung for conducting business. Leave this lein holder as a last option even then I would look else where. These guy are extremely unprofessional. There are some respectable ones although those are a rarity when dealing with this company especially in their customer service department. I would be weary of unauthorized payments to your card, and also be sure there are no fraudulent late charges on your account. I had the habit of paying 2x a month (more than necessarry) and still I would see through their website + days on it being late. The account is closed, and I am due an overpayment. Not surprisingly, from a bottom of the rung company I have yet to recieve payment nor a follow up of my overpayment due to me. It's going on 2 weeks since Premier cashed and closed the account. My advice, look else where, these guys have no problem harassing you, but push come to shove when they owe you money- It's crickets.

Premier Auto Credit My car being repo

So I called premier auto credit on July 31 2023 and spoke with Manny asking him about my account on how much in total to bring up my account current and he told me which was around 1200 and said 200 and something in late fees OK told him my car was also insured and registered he asked if j was going to make a payment that day I said no but I will in the next couple days I'm just waiting for my pay check to come in mail...and told him how come I still can't see my account online he said I had to make a payment first which is bull crap and asked if he can send me an email or something stating what I owe...I have asked them several times to send me a statement cause I haven't received any statements in the mail and still nothing and he says something about taking legal action and I said what you mean am I supposed to get a lawyer he started to get loud with me and said he's gonna have to do what he has to do on his end...I never once said I couldn't make the payment I said I will when my check came in...he told I was so many days late I understand that but at the same time your saying I owe this amount but how come I haven't received anything stating that...and I'm blocked from my account online how am I supposed to make a payment... I'm pretty sure I'm done paying my loan off...the next morning comes and they came to repo my car all cause I called about my account... Then says its going to be 3,900 to get my car out...I went to get my stuff from the storage place and gave them the key when I talked to Manny the next day after that he still had no idea I gave them the key and didn't know where my car was...I'm going to get my car back no matter...he tell me if I dont get it back right away its going up for auction... To me there a scam cause once your almost paying the car off they come to repo your car and pull this kinda [censored] not fair I put to much into that car not only that but they stole some of my stuff from my car...I have every payment proof along with every recipient I had to fix my car my bumper is still not fixed...he tried to say my car wasn't insured yes it I have proof of that...I'm going to fight til I have my car back in my possession going to have to do to win and let them know they can't be trying to get one over on people... Very mad and upset never would recommend them to anyone...

Premier Auto Credit I paid off my auto loan on 11/30 and have not received the title to the car

I paid off my auto loan on 11/30 and have not received the title to the car. Premier Auto will not return my calls or emails. Premier auto provided a pay off amount, that amount was paid in full on 11/30. When I emailed them to ask about the title of the car they asked me not to email any questions and to call them instead. I've call numerous times and they are not calling back. It is now over two months since the car has been paid and they are not talking to me.

Premier Auto Credit my acct # XXX-XXX, refund check was received damaged, notified company and they assured me it would be replaced as of 5/2

my acct # XXX-XXX, refund check was received damaged, notified company and they assured me it would be replaced as of 5/2. accident for above acct # occurred 2/27, payment was deducted 2/28 after my insurance stated acct would be settled through insurance. This settlement did occur and a refund check was initially sent to me, but was received damaged and unable to cash/deposit. PAC was notified and let me know a new check would be issued immediately upon receipt of picture (sent via text picture) to Jackie (accounting dept?) on May 2, I have tried contacting several times and no response.

In June I reached a settlement with premier to satisfy a car loan that I owed with them. I recently received a collection notice that I still owe Settled in June received collection notice December . Collection company says premier auto credit has to say they made a mistake to fix it. Spoke to *** from premier who was rude and was transferred to a manager that never called back. I called back same day and spoke to *** who said I will be called back and that she would send the settlement letter because she saw that this account was satisfied. It's been close to a week and we haven't heard from them and I haven't received the settlement letter

This company repoed my vehicle being in a pandemic after making payments on it I purchased a vehicle with this finance company in dec of 2019 I been making payments and was late on my august payment cus I was laid of off work cus of COVID I made two payments in September and a week later they repoed my vehicle I have two small children and not having my vehicle it's really hard to get around they said I can't get my vehicle back because they don't wanna continue to do business with me cus I got laid off how is that even possible I'm trying to call them to recover my vehicle and they are rude and don't wanna give me any information how are they not willing to help people during this pandemic that's goin on?

After numerous failed atts to setup payment arrangements they send 2 offers via email we accept 1 next day. They renig on deal Act# XXX-XXXX-XXX and payment are due 13th each month, my mother receives her retirement every 3rd of the month and it's over a year of faithfull payments they have yet to honor her request change her due date. 9/13 no payment was made started calling heavily Monday 9/28 demanding payment of 180 by 5pm or they repo well that even they sent text and recordings called saying repo in effect next day they call a Mr *** and my mom told them again she will pay all on the 3rd that's all she could do the pandemic has put a hardship on our family and she promised to pay Friday. Would be the soonest she could do they refused and told her *** By 5 that day or they repo well 5 pm cam and the calls started and text mess then later in the evening I notice 2 emails and 1 from me Cruz didn't make since bc it states it was good for month of July and the other email was an offer from a lady at Pac *** and was an extension to defer September. Payment and no payment due till 10/13 and *** fee would be charged and to sign form and mail it to them and that's what I did and next day me *** called yelled at my mom demanding payment my mom hung up then the lady *** called and demands payment of 150 said it was on the form and it was not, I have not altered anything I am going off of what the sent and so they continue to call even after my 72 yr old mom ask them to stop. That they are harnessing her and it's still going on with the text messages and the recordings calling taunting my mom she hasn't been able to rest all week she is so worried they will repo her car and she has been a loyal customer and at this point I don't know what to do

Premier Auto Credit Taking money out of my account on a car declared a total loss

Taking money out of my account on a car declared a total loss. I want a retroactive refund from the month of October . In march I purchased a car from Las Playitas Auto Sales, they use Premier Auto Credit to finance their customers. At the time of purchase I was advised by Las Playitas Auto Sales to purchase GAP INSURANCE in case of an accident. As they explained it, this would take over for my payments in case that I was ever crashed. Sadly in October a car rear ended me and that is when a literal financial nightmare began. After getting in touch with my liability insurance company they sent an adjuster (months after by the way) but once they adjustor came and declared total loss they reached out to Premier Auto credit immediately to let them know that the car was a total loss. Yet Premier Auto Credit never stopped taking money out of my account claiming that per my contract i am responsible for payments for the car until total loss check has cleared, yet they have purposefully been delaying all the necessary paperwork in order for the check to be issued to them by my the total loss department and despite multiple attempts to contact them by my lawyer to have them freeze the account until they got their check, they have to this day not only consistently dodged his calls but also whenever gotten ahold of, they put him on hold for hours on end. Also each different employee that we have talked to has denied any knowledge of what the other employee has told my lawyer. As if they don't even keep a record of the calls nor the cases that they are dealing with in a single customer file. In short, they are scam artists. I honestly thought that i was gonna have a harder time with my insurance company but to my disbelief they have been nothing but service oriented and attentive to the point that they offered a retro active refund that would give me back all insurance payments made on the totaled car since October no hassle yet here i am dealing with PREMIERE AUTO CREDIT trying to even get them to answer our calls. The only reason I can think of for them to dodge call is because they know they are conducting a scam and ripping people off their hard earned money. Since they continued taking money out of my account despite multiple attempts by my lawyer and the insurance company reaching out to them i felt the need to close my bank account to prevent them from taking a 6th payment and this morning I have already gotten 3 calls and a pretty threatening email this morning and they continue dogging my lawyers calls.

Premier Auto Credit I have paid off my vehicle

I have paid off my vehicle. I need to sign a waiver giving up right to ask for over payment back or they will refund my Sept payment and repo my car. My account number is XXX-XXXX-XXX. I have paid off my Chevy traverse. In full. I asked for a payoff amount, called to make smaller payment and was given a higher payoff amount. Spoke with another representative and was again given a higher payoff. I was told that I would be refunded the difference however they sent me a waiver to sign stating "In consideration of receiving a refund of any overpayment made by customer on said account from Premier, customer hereby waives all right to dispute payments made by them to Premier." On tue, Sept 29, 9:04 am I received my first payoff amount by text. *** this representative also sent me info to MoneyGram Express the payment. Verbally told me to go to CVS and use the money service there. She told me I would be charged to make the payment through my bank. I tried the CVS method but they were unable to take such a large amount. On Thursday, Oct 1, 9:13am I called to ask about other options and pay my Sept and Oct payments. *** stated he could not take the full payoff amount but could take up to *** on the phone. I made the *** payment. I was sent a text with a new payoff minus the *** The new payoff was *** Still trying to settle things I called on Mon, Oct 5, 12:05 pm and was given a new payoff amount of *** Again in just a few days the amount had gone up. The amount difference between the payoffs is Tues. To Thurs. *** up Thurs. to Mon. 22.35 up. They state they only owe me *** total and its not that much so I'm only making it harder on myself by not signing the waiver. The last person I spoke to was *** He told me that I was not worth his time. He spoke over me on all sentences except 1. He kept telling me if I could not speak like an adult he would hang up on me. At the beginning of the call I was calm and he was the one unable to have a conversation like an adult. I have spoken nicely, I have yelled, I have cried and I have sobbed so hard I was unable to speak because of the mental abuse this company, especially this man have heaped on me. I asked for a waiver that stated i would not dispute the actual payments and was originally told yes. When I called to find out why i was not sent the waiver I was passed *** and spoke to increasingly rude staff. One of which kept asking me do you understand that you are not the only customer we have and using bullying tactics including interrupting and speaking over me. I told her i did understand but I was supposed to get multiple call backs from Managers that did not happen and the waiver that i was offered did not come. When speaking to *** i told him my issue was the waiver states "overpayments" and not "payment" Also there is no date on the waiver so they could charge me any amount at any time and i have no way to dispute it. He read a waiver to me that said "PAYMENT" I said please send that one to me I will sign and send back to you in 5 min. He said no. I do believe it was this call that he told me I was not worth his time. He hung up on me. I called back and left a message begging him to send the waiver he read to me. When we spoke next he told me he would not change the waiver for me. I tried to tell him i don't want the one he read to me to change, send it like it is. He interrupted and spoke over me to try to say he did not read a different one to me. I still refused to sign the waiver, he stated he would refund my September and October payments made on 10-01 and repo my car unless I send a payment of *** by a different payment option then my bank account. (the Oct, 01 payment) and he will refund the *** I paid by bank. (But if I sign the waiver I waive my right to ask to receive the money back) My car is paid off. They have cashed the check and excepted the payments. If he refunds my payment then my Sept payment will be more then 30 days late. This vehicle is my only way to get to and from work this is my ONLY income. I am a single mother of 4. I have to be able to support my children.
