His rate was well within the assessor's estimate range and any additional problem found, was documented and referred back to me. I felt like I had control and there would be no surprises. Art and his team were amazing. Punctual, polite, professional, and very knowledgeable of issues regarding mold, flooding, etc. Art is also very responsive and never chased me off the phone. He is always so giving of his time and you are able to contact him via call or text. We will definitely use his services even though it is a little pricey, we are confident that he will remedy whatever issue(s) the home has.

We are thrilled with the work of Premium Maintenance Corp, and grateful for Art and his team. We discovered the problem on a Monday and Art was at our home first thing the next day. The work required tearing open the walls of my office, so I was displaced from where I work. Art's team was thorough, meticulous and quick. I had my office back up and running in two days. I can't sing their praises any louder, they are fantastic.

Art and his team were wonderful. The local Premium Maintenance office gave us an astronomical quote for mold remediation, really terrified us. Art quoted us at a fourth of that cost, was super prompt and responsive, and did a great job without a penny over the quote—we even had it cleared by an outside specialist afterward. We really can't recommend Premium Maintenance enough. I hope we don't need them again, but if we ever have an issue, we'll be back to talk to Art.

Having not dealt with a mold problem before, when a mold assessment found mold in our mother?s house recently, I searched the internet and found Premium Maintenance Service Corp which has really good reviews. I called and spoke with Art who explained the entire process and pricing. He is obviously a professional and very knowledgeable in mold and remediation. He made sure I fully understood and then did everything he said he would. He even fit us in sooner when asked if he could do it ASAP.

Premium Maintenance successfully remediated the mold in the basement of a new rental property. Art is extremely knowledgeable about this work, and explained clearly how the mold situation arose, and why he proposes a particular plan of action, aiming to create a permanent resolution while keeping project costs moderate. He and his crew carried out the remediation professionally with great speed and efficiency. He delivered what he said he would deliver in the time frame he said, as well as for the price he quoted. There were no delays or changes to the plan. He also gave a remediation plan for another property that didn't make it to contract. Art has since become our go-to mold expert: we briefed him on another property on which we have an accepted offer, even before getting an official mold inspection, knowing that we will be turning to him to perform whatever remediation is necessary. Since so many houses have been poorly maintained, mold is common, so being able to turn to an experienced mold expert is crucial. We know that Art will help us ensure the future health and safety of any property, at a reasonable price.

Anyone who has ever had a mold issue (or even the suggestion of one) in their home--knows how complex and anxiety-ridden the process of determining the correct course of action can be. After having a number of people examine the basement in my 150 yr old farmhouse--and receiving an array of confusing and conflicting opinions--I had the good fortune of being referred to Art from Premium Maintenance Service. Art traveled over and hour to inspect my basement (at no cost). He took a look around and promptly informed me that I was NOT in need of his--or anyone else's - professional services to remediate what turned out to be a minor amount of mold. He explained exactly what I needed to do...evaluating the situation clearly and in terms readily understandable to a lay person such as myself. A few days later...still anxious that I was making the correct decisions--I braced myself and called him again..He spent an hour on the phone with me--further discussing my problem,reassuring me,-and giving me simple and clear tools to resolve the issue.I found Art to be informed-professional-patient-and above all---a person of the highest integrity. Incredibly refreshing in an industry where people are known to create problems where they don't exist. Highly recommended!
