Our flight was canceled on Sunday evening, and I immediately called Priceless to inform them of our delayed arrival. A very kind representative assured me that our reservation would remain intact and even encouraged me to call if we were approaching the pickup deadline. Upon arrival at your San Juan location, the line was slow-moving, and despite multiple attempts to reach someone while waiting, we were unable to get through for 90 minutes. When we finally did, our pickup time had passed, and we were informed that our reservation had been canceled. The representative we spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive, as was the staff at the counter.
As a result, we had to secure a new rental at a significantly higher rate. Our original reservation was refunded at $108 by Priceline, but the new rental cost us $386.04—an unplanned $278 increase. With no other options, we were forced to pay this amount along with a $250 deposit.
Upon returning the vehicle on the 21st, we were told the deposit would be refunded within 3-5 days. It has now been 20 days, and we have yet to receive it.
As of 3/17/25 we still have not received our deposit - 24 days after returning the vehicle. And our MANY attempts to communicated with someone who can resolve this situation have been met with silence.
