Primrose: A Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish
I gotta say, I really should have checked out the reviews before I placed my order with Primrose. What a load of rubbish, I tell ya. I was supposed to get my order in three different parts, but it was just one disappointment after another.
The first part finally arrived, but it was a mess. Three boxes of plants that looked like they had been through a warzone. I took pictures and sent them to customer service, but they didn't seem to think it was enough evidence of damage. What a joke.
Then, the second batch of plants never even showed up. I got four different stories from customer service about what was going on. First, they said it had been dispatched. Then, they said it was out of stock. After that, they told me it had been cancelled in error and would be here in seven days. And finally, they said it had been cancelled in error but would be dispatched in 7-10 days. What a mess.
The only thing that actually arrived undamaged was the compost. Which is pretty ironic, considering I have nothing to plant it in now. I'm still waiting for my refund, but I have a feeling I'm going to have to do a chargeback from my bank. This whole experience has been terrible from start to finish.
Disappointing Experience with Primrose: Poor Quality Plants and Customer Service
I recently purchased two bamboos from Primrose and although they were packed well, they appeared to be a bit scruffy. However, since I have quite a few bamboo plants in my garden, I assumed that this was just the shedding leaves stage of the plant. Unfortunately, the plants have become thin, dry, and are dropping leaves all over the place. I was quite disappointed with the condition of the plants and decided to contact customer service for assistance.
To my dismay, I was treated as if I didn't know anything about bamboo and was told to just accept their condition. This was quite frustrating, especially since I had seen the same bamboo plants in tip-top condition at a local well-known store. I felt that I had to complain to Primrose again, and they offered me a ?10 voucher off my next order. However, this felt like a kick in the teeth, and I was quite disappointed with the outcome.
Overall, I feel that my experience with Primrose was a waste of money, and I won't be buying from this company again. It's important for companies to take responsibility for the quality of their products and provide excellent customer service, and I feel that Primrose fell short in both areas.
Primrose Review: Lack of Communication, Unfulfilled Orders, and Unprofessional Behavior
I placed an order with Primrose back in April and received a single email regarding the Covid-19 pandemic and possible delays. However, since then, I have not received any further communication from them. It seems that I am not alone in this situation, as many others have also paid for items and received nothing in return.
I have attempted to contact Primrose through email and social media, but have not received any response. It is frustrating to see that they are still accepting new orders and payments, yet are not fulfilling their existing orders or issuing refunds.
It is disappointing to see that Primrose is actively closing down their review pages on other websites to prevent customers from sharing their negative experiences. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.
If you take a look at their Twitter page, you will see that there are countless unhappy customers who are being ignored when they inquire about their orders or refunds. It is concerning that the company has not responded to any social media inquiries since May 20th.
Primrose's website suggests that they are still operating as usual, despite the delays that are out of their control. However, it is not ethical to accept payment for items that cannot be sourced or shipped. It is a simple matter of not selling items that you cannot provide.
Overall, my experience with Primrose has been disappointing and frustrating. I hope that they will take responsibility for their actions and provide their customers with the service they deserve.
Disappointing Experience with Primrose: Incorrect Order and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Primrose. I mean, I spent over ?180 on some bamboo plants and the tracking code was still showing "being processed" for my delivery dates. So, I decided to give them a call and this guy named Tumelo told me that my plants were out of stock, even though their website said otherwise. He said my order would be cancelled and I'd get a refund.
The next day, I got an email saying that my delivery was going to be made today, but I could refuse it. Unfortunately, I wasn't home to refuse it. When I got back from work, there were four huge boxes sitting at my front door. I opened them up and found that the plants inside were only two feet tall, not the four feet that I ordered.
I tried calling Primrose to get them to collect the plants, but every time I called, I got the same response: "all agents busy, try again later." I even sent them an email with a photo of the plants and a request for a refund, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. It's been a real hassle dealing with them and I wish I had read some reviews before I made my purchase.
Terrible Customer Service and Failed Deliveries: My Experience with Primrose
I have to say, my experience with Primrose was pretty bad. Actually, it was worse than bad. The customer service was just shocking. I tried to get updates on my orders multiple times, but there was no communication whatsoever. My wife and I thought maybe we just had bad luck the first time, so we tried again with three different orders. But each time, the experience was beyond woeful.
Our last order was placed three months ago, and we're still waiting for it. I've tried to contact Primrose's Customer Service team five times now, but they haven't responded to any of my attempts to get an update. And when we did get a refund for part of our first order, it was two months after we placed it, and the refund amount was just made up!
It feels like Primrose is just a joke of a company. They're happy to take your money and then do nothing, just sit on your cash for months. In this day and age, that kind of service is truly shocking. As online retailers ourselves, we know that we wouldn't still be in business if we traded the way Primrose does.
And using Covid as an excuse for terrible service, failed deliveries, and no communication is just not acceptable. I understand that times are tough, but that's no excuse for treating customers so poorly.
All in all, I would definitely recommend avoiding Primrose at all costs. There are plenty of other companies out there that will treat you better and actually deliver on their promises.
Disappointing Experience with Primrose: Lack of Communication and Customer Care during Covid-19
I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about my experience with Primrose. I get that times are tough with this whole Covid-19 thing, but it seems like they just don't care about their customers. I got a super generic email yesterday saying that my order was cancelled. I mean, come on, at least give me a reason why!
I put in my order way back in March, and one of the items was supposed to be back in stock on April 2nd. I checked in early April and it said it was back in stock, so I figured everything was good to go. But nope, turns out I was wrong.
For the past four weeks, I've been sending Primrose emails and messages online (since their phone lines are closed) trying to find out when my order was going to be shipped. And you know what? Not a single reply. I even had to go to my credit card company to report that Primrose hadn't sent me my order and wasn't responding to any of my messages. It's just ridiculous.
I'm so disappointed and upset that I wasted my time with Primrose. I could have just bought the items I wanted separately from other companies, but I chose to go with Primrose because they had everything I needed (or so I thought). And now I'm left with nothing.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Primrose to anyone. I wish I could give them zero stars. I definitely won't be using them again.
Review: Primrose.co.uk's Grape Vines - Prompt Response and Helpful Advice for a Less-Than-Perfect Plant
I recently purchased two grape vines from Primrose.co.uk, the 4ft 'Boskoop Glory' Large Grape Vine and the 3ft 'Phoenix' Grape Vine, both in 4.5L pots. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I noticed that one of the vines was not in the best condition. Many of the leaves were dry and yellow, and some of the tendrils and stems were damaged.
I immediately contacted Primrose.co.uk to address the issue, and they responded promptly with an explanation. They informed me that this is a common issue in the plant industry, as transit can be mildly traumatic for plants. Being uprooted and unwatered during transit, especially in warmer months, can cause some stress to the plant. However, they assured me that this rarely results in any issues with the plant once it has been planted.
Primrose.co.uk advised me to keep the plant well-watered and to monitor its progress over the next 3-4 weeks. They recommended watering the plant either early in the morning or late in the evening to prevent the evaporation of water, allowing the plant to get as much as it needs. If the condition of the plant does not improve after this time, they offered to take further action.
Overall, I appreciate the prompt response and helpful advice from Primrose.co.uk. While it was disappointing to receive a plant in less-than-perfect condition, I understand that this can happen during transit. I will follow their advice and continue to monitor the plant's progress, and I am hopeful that it will thrive in my garden.
Disappointing Experience with Primrose: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service
May 12th update.
I recently received my hanging chair from Primrose and unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It appeared to be a used item that had been returned and was badly repackaged with loose parcel tape. To make matters worse, the frame had two deep scratches on it, one of which was rusting.
I contacted Ma*** in Customer Services and sent supporting photos of the damage. She promised to have either her or Dn (the supervisor) call me back by 4pm. However, I did not receive a call back.
I called back just after 4pm and spent 45 minutes trying to arrange a full refund. After being put on hold again, I was cut off. I called back at 4.45pm and finally got through to 'Aa.' I almost begged for help and she put me on hold. Unfortunately, I was cut off again. However, to her credit, she rang me straight back. She put me on hold again, but I was cut off once more and this time, there was no call back.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received from Primrose. I spent over 500 quid and feel like I have been ripped off and treated with total disdain. I would strongly advise against using Primrose unless you want to deal with endless hassle, poor quality products, and zero level of satisfaction. Not to mention, you'll be ?500 out of pocket with seemingly little chance of anyone being decent enough to talk to you and resolve your problem.
Overall, my experience with Primrose has been appalling.
Disappointing Experience with Primrose.co.uk: Delayed Delivery, Poor Customer Service, and Dying Plants
I recently had an experience with Primrose.co.uk and I have to say, I wish I had read some reviews before making my purchase. I placed an order on May 31st with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 working days. However, I soon found out that they only work 3 days a week, and even less if there's a bank holiday. I tried to contact them via email and chat, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response.
I was starting to worry that I wouldn't receive my order or my money back. I thought this was a reputable company, but I was wrong. I decided to email them again for my money back, but still no response. It was a frustrating experience, and I felt upset.
However, on June 22nd, I finally received an email from Primrose customer service. They apologized for the delay in response and order, and explained that my order had been dispatched. I was relieved to hear that, but unfortunately, when I received my plants, they were dying. They had obviously been in the container for more than 2 days.
I sent another email with pictures of the dying plants, and to my surprise, I received a reply the next day saying that my money would be refunded. I was happy to see that the refund was in my account on June 24th by Meiko Ltd.
Overall, I'm glad that Primrose.co.uk paid up in the end, but I don't think I'll be using this company again. It was a frustrating experience, and I wish I had read some reviews before making my purchase.
Disappointing experience with Primrose.co.uk: Delayed delivery and poor customer service
I recently made an order on Primrose.co.uk for a peach tree as a gift for Mother's Day. The website stated a delivery time of 2-4 days and I paid almost ?50 for it. However, after receiving a confirmation email on the day of payment, I did not receive any further correspondence.
As Mother's Day was approaching, I decided to contact them to inquire about the delivery status. The customer service representative informed me that the tree was with the courier, but could not provide a tracking number. This was surprising to me, as I know that DX provides tracking numbers for all their deliveries.
After sending an email to another customer service representative, I received a response stating that there was a delay with their suppliers and the earliest estimated delivery would be after Mother's Day. I was disappointed that they did not inform me of the delay earlier and did not offer an apology.
It seems that Primrose.co.uk is a sham company that takes orders and tries to fulfill them with other suppliers. I did some research and found out that Mark Pearson, the so-called CEO, and Meika Ltd are involved in this company, along with other trading names that customers may want to avoid.
While I understand that things can go wrong, having poor customer service processes is a sign of bad management. I hope that Primrose.co.uk can improve their services in the future to avoid disappointing their customers.

Disappointing Experience with Primrose: No Delivery and Poor Customer Service
I tried to use Primrose twice, but both times I didn't get my stuff. I'm trying to get my money back, but the customer service is silent. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Nightmare Experience with Primrose: Paid 600 quid, No Delivery, No Response
So, I ordered some stuff from Primrose and I gotta say, it's been a bit of a nightmare. I paid 600 quid for my order and it's been a whole month and I still haven't received anything. I've tried calling, emailing, and even tweeting at them, but they're not responding to any of it. It's like they just took my money and ran off with it.
I don't know what's going on over there at Primrose, but it's not cool. I mean, I understand that things can get a bit hectic with online orders, but come on. It's been a whole month and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm starting to think that I'm never going to get my stuff.
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting my order and now it feels like I've just been ripped off. I don't know if I would recommend Primrose to anyone at this point. It's just not worth the hassle.
Primrose Review: A Fake Company That Should Be Avoided at All Costs
Primrose is a company that you should definitely think twice about before making a purchase. If you take a look at their website or TrustPilot, you might see a lot of 5-star reviews that seem too good to be true. And that's because they are! These reviews are obviously paid for and not genuine at all.
If you want to get a real sense of what Primrose is like, you need to look at independent review sites like this one. And what you'll find is that Primrose is a fake company that doesn't actually dispatch orders. It's a total scam, and you should avoid it at all costs.
It's really disappointing to see companies like Primrose taking advantage of people like this. They're clearly just trying to make a quick buck, and they don't care about the damage they're doing to their customers. So if you're thinking about buying something from Primrose, don't do it! You'll just be throwing your money away.
Overall, I would definitely recommend staying away from Primrose. They're not a legitimate company, and they don't deserve your business. Instead, look for a company that actually cares about its customers and is committed to providing high-quality products and services. Trust me, you'll be much better off in the long run.

Disappointing Experience with Primrose.co.uk: Missing Plant, Damaged Product, and Poor Communication
I recently made a purchase from Primrose.co.uk and unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again. I placed an order for three plants, but when I received my package, one of the plants was missing. I was quite disappointed and reached out to the company to inquire about the missing item. However, it took them three whole weeks to respond to my inquiry and inform me that I wouldn't be receiving the missing plant after all.
To make matters worse, one of the plants I did receive was damaged. I was quite upset about this and sent two emails to the company expressing my concerns, but I never received a response. I found this lack of communication quite frustrating, especially considering the expensive prices I paid for the products.
Overall, my experience with Primrose.co.uk was not a positive one. The missing plant and damaged product, coupled with the poor communication from the company, left me feeling quite disappointed. I hope that in the future, they will work on improving their product quality and customer service to better serve their customers.
Disappointing Experience with Primrose: Long Wait, Broken Promises, and Poor Customer Service
I bought a fountain from Primrose back in December 2020. It was all good, as the item was in stock and ready to be shipped. However, when January came, I contacted them to check on the status of my order. They told me that it would take 10-12 weeks from the date of my order to arrive. That was a bit of a bummer, but I was willing to wait.
Fast forward to now, and it's been nearly 16 weeks since I placed my order. I still haven't received my fountain, and that's not even the worst part. The item is now more expensive at other websites, and I've already paid the full amount to Primrose. I've confirmed with them on numerous occasions that I would get my item, but it seems like they're not keeping their promises.
To make matters worse, their customer service is appalling. I've tried to reach out to them multiple times, but I've either been put on hold for a long time or my emails have gone unanswered. It's frustrating to say the least.
Overall, I'm not happy with my experience with Primrose. It's been a long wait, and I still don't have my item. Their customer service needs improvement, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Primrose.co.uk Review: Disappointing Service and Delayed Refund
So, I wanted to get my sister a tree for her birthday, which was on the 14th of April this year. I placed an order with Primrose (primrose.co.uk), but unfortunately, the tree didn't arrive. I contacted DX couriers, but they had no idea about my order. I was really disappointed and frustrated, to say the least.
I decided to ask for a refund two weeks ago, and I was promised that the money would hit my bank account within 2-8 working days. However, it's now the 20th of May, and I still haven't received my refund. The 19th was supposed to be the 8th day, but I'm still waiting. It's really frustrating because I've been trying to contact them, but they don't answer the phone. They do eventually respond to some emails, but it's not enough.
Honestly, if you're thinking about placing an order with Primrose, I would advise against it. It's just not worth the hassle and the risk of losing your money. I really hope they sort out their issues soon because it's not fair to their customers.
Warning: Avoid this Company - Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery of Goods
This company is a complete disaster. They take your money and don't even bother to send out the goods. I was shocked to see that their own website had positive reviews, but when I checked other independent review sites, I found that many people had the same experience as me. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone from their customer service team, and they lie about orders and refunds. It was a complete nightmare trying to get my money back, and I had to resort to sending daily emails just to get a response.
I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this company. They are not fit to be operating and are completely disrespectful to their customers. It's unacceptable for a company to take people's money and not deliver on their promises. I hope that others will read this review and avoid the same mistake that I made.
