Robert from Customer Service
Robert, customer service representative, is extremely professional, helpful, courteous, and remained calm when I was not! I spoke to many reps from PrinterPix, noone was as helpful as Robert. Honestly, not even Adrian or Dominique (both Managers) were as helpful as Robert. He wanted to understand what the issues I was facing and his only goal was to help resolve them, which he did. I swore I would not use PrinterPix in the future, but his EXEMPLARY customer service skills changed my mind. Please commend him for his excellent work and troubleshooting abilities to help resolve customer's issues, especially during a busy holiday season! His work and example should be an example for every one of his colleagues and even the managers to follow in his footsteps. I feel he should be promoted to Manager! Thank you, Robert, for being so calm in the worst situation. I hope your company will recognize you for your hard work! Happy Holidays!
Better late than cancelled
So, I really wanted my order, and excitement let my patience out the window.
Customer service wasn't a human being but I still received, an email, generic message, nonetheless I got a response.
Wasn't warm and apologetic it was at least a reply. I felt abandoned and apprehensive to cancel orders because of the $#*! show my card would then go through. Their Groupon ad says expect delivery date. They surpassed that guestamit and I have emailed called still a robotic reply.
It was totally worth the wait. I love my picture's on waterproof canvas. Love love love them. Beautiful, clear and even choosing a photo they said wouldn't be clear it came out better than expected. If the picture you want is clear and in focus it will turn out just as the picture. You can't analysis pic apart pixels. Lol. You shouldn't.
But I say it's worth the wait it was worth the hassle. I guess noone likes a lead time of 8 weeks or better. That's like going to a restaurant and the hostess really telling you it's a 2 hour wait.
Thank you Printerpix. Great job
My metal prints look great!
I would've given this site 4 stars rather than 5 but I'm trying to balance out the rating a little since so many people just don't seem to understand how printerpix works, so they get pissed and give it 1 star.
Processing time is listed as 10-15 days. JUST processing time. Then add in approx. 7-10 days shipping time.
I feel like half these people waited 2 weeks and then freaked out cuz their order hadn't arrived yet.
I ordered 3 metal prints on Nov 29, and it took 17 days to finally get them shipped out, which was reasonable, as it's Christmas and that's only 2 days over their estimated processing time. Then 4 days to ship.
And honestly if the image quality winds up not being so good then that's on you, not all images can be sized up and maintain quality. People send in an 8x10 and want it blanket sized and then aren't happy when it's blurry... well yeah, what did you expect?
I sized up some 8x10s to 11x14 and printed on metal they look fantastic. Only downside is that the metal is a bit thinner than I thought it would be, but for the price I can't complain.

Beautiful Photo Books
We purchased a Groupon for three 8 1/2 x 1" 40-page photo books. We paid $14.95 for that deal, plus $15 for the premium paper option ($5 per book), and $14.95 for shipping. For under $45, we received three absolutely gorgeous books of my mom's artwork/paintings! We took photos of all of her work and I used the "blank canvas" option to create the books. I cannot express how wonderfully they turned out. Once we saw how great they were, we purchased more Groupons and ordered more sets of the three books. A set for my mom to keep at home, a set for her sister, a set for her cousin, and a set for me! (The original set will be used at her art shows as a sort of portfolio/catalog.) Each set of three cost less than $45! All of the sets arrived at about the two week mark, except the last one. That one took about three and a half weeks. We will totally use printerpix.com again! The only drawback is that you have to keep saving your current/old projects every thirty days or they delete them. I just do it every time that I am over at my mom's house. It is a little inconvenient, but at this price, it is worth it!
I was wonderfully surprised and pleased
So I purchased a Groupon for 5 books -- because wow, the price was great, then I read some reviews. Oh dear they were SO bad! I was doing a family photo album for me and my siblings and let me know you after 40 pages of pictures, I was vested. So nervously I inputted my code, BOOM, zero dollars! Coupon worked. Well I didn't have a deadline for receipt so I thought if it takes 2 months, so be it. Hope they look ok. I received notification of my order right away. I received notification that they would be shipped within 7-15 days. Ok. Then in 5 days I received notification that they were being shipped and bam, at my door in 2 days. Now for the reveal -- awesome back and front cover, wonderful, heavy weighted pages, beautiful, brilliant and accurate color. What the heck, have they fixed their problems? All I know is that I have used almost every big name photo company out there and this company just added to the list of good choices. Buy a Groupon and test it for yourself -- try something that you don't have an immediate deadline on and then let them impress you. (Stressing over a new company's ability to deliver isn't fun.) But give them a try, all these companies get you on the shipping (they all seem to charge $10/book) but at $5/book for 40 pages! Man, it was worth it. No more cramming pictures into the page -- 8.5x11 and 40 pages I had space for everything!
Completely satisfied!
I have been so impressed with this company. I see lots of bad reviews about not getting product quick enough and other things, and I don't understand. When I ordered my books and calendars the site said to expect 2-3 weeks for delivery and so I did, and it came at almost 3 weeks, but I had expected that!
When I had an error in tracking my order I called and they told me where my package was and approx when to expect it. Later I realized when I ordered my calendars that in the email I get from them I get a tracking #, so it was from Fedex, and all I did was go to the Fedex tracking site, put in my number and I saw right where it was.
When I got my photo books, they were stunning! The quality is wonderful! I upgraded the pages, since this was my 1st time using the site and I didn't know what to expect, and they are amazing. I bet their reg paper is just fine as well. I was so pleased with the way they turned out! Any time I had a question when I was designing my books, I called and their customer service was top notch! Courtesy, kindness, listening and helping is what I found. I can't wait to get my calendars expected this Friday. I will definitely be using this site again! The pricing deal I got was incredible and made it possible for me to make a beautiful book of our Lake Powell trip this summer for us and all of our kids! I hope this helps someone else, because after reading all the bad reviews I was really worried, and I just couldn't be more happy! Thanks PrinterPix! :)
I like the product
I like the product...WHEN I GET IT. Its been A MONTH and NO WORD.
I ordered over a month ago. What is supposed to be a 10-15 day production and then delivery is obviously not happening. When I email I get no response. When I call, after waiting on hold for forever, someone tells me they are "expediting my order," but there is no follow up. I wasted $50. Learn from my mistakes. Zero stars if possible.
I have bought items from them a couple times but largely I avoid them. Two reasons: it's basically a scam, and their communication is terrible. You buy a "voucher" for a certain amount, then redeem the voucher for your product and THEN you see there's a $15-$20 shipping charge. You're not able to just purchase the product and have it shipped. The "sale" looks good until you get to the punch line. The main issue, though, is their lack of communication. You email them and email them and you'll get the same canned response every time. "High order volume", "unexpectedly high volume of customer requests" etc etc. It's basically a scam and I suggest anybody who thinks of using them stays away.
Jessica from their customer service was really helpful, but everything else about their website sucks! The status bar is so unhelpful and cheap looking, it glitches, and it takes FOREVER for them to print something out. never gonna buy anything from them again

I would give a zero. I ordered 2 puzzles on 5/4/2020 as gifts. The tracker on the website doesn't work. I emailed 5x without any response or answers. I spent 4 hours over 3 days on the online chat which appears to be a "Bot" because no one ever answers even when it is your turn. I spent 25 mins on hold on the phone and no one ever answered. I filed a grievance with ***. This company is a scam.
Waited 2 weeks and still haven't received a response when their email says "2-3 business days". They happily took my money and sent me a confirmation that they got my order but on their website it shows I have no orders! So what did they take my money for! And after waiting an hour to talk to a sales rep by the time they joined they didn't even say anything. I waited 30 minutes for them to respond to my consistent messaging and they didn't say a single word.
I ordered my blanket 2 months ago. I have not received my order. I called and email and no response and then when I get an answer they said my blanket was done and it will be shipped this week. It is now the end of the week and my blanket has not been shipped, I was informed a manager would get back to me and to this day I'm still waiting on that call. When I would chat with them they would kick me out. I need my order canceled or my merchandise. On the website it still says my order is processing so my blanket is not even done then when I called my track order said error. I'm not sure what's going on but it's a lot already and I'm getting real frustrated.
Made an order for my children to give their mother a Mothers Day gift. They had placed a picture of them and wrote a quote on a coffee cup. When I received the order it was just a plain black cup. It took over a month to receive and no body will answer the phone at this company. This company is a SCAM!
PrinterPix Review: Terrible Customer Support and Disorganized Company
This company is a complete mess! I placed an order on December 3rd and was told it would take two weeks to process and ship out. I paid $26 for shipping, but I never received a tracking number. As Christmas approached, I called the company and was left on hold for 45 minutes. When they finally answered, they assured me that my order would arrive in time for Christmas. But it didn't! I had ordered Christmas gifts and a birthday gift, and none of them arrived on time.
After Christmas, I called the company again and was left on hold for an hour and a half. When they finally picked up, they told me that my order was finished and would be shipped out the next day. But I waited a couple of days and still didn't receive a tracking number. So I called back and asked if I could get a refund if my order hadn't been shipped yet. I needed the birthday gift soon, and I was getting frustrated with the company's lack of communication.
The customer support representative told me that my order had already been shipped and would arrive on Saturday. But it didn't! So on Monday, I called again and was left on hold for 2 hours. When I finally got through, the representative told me that my order had been shipped and would arrive on Monday. But it didn't! I still hadn't received a tracking number, and I was starting to lose my patience.
I demanded to speak with someone higher up, but I was told that they were all in a meeting. I asked for a refund for my order and the Groupon coupon I had purchased, but I was told that I would have to wait for a call back. I refused to hang up and demanded to speak with someone immediately. I took down the representative's name and information and demanded a refund. Finally, they refunded my money, but I still haven't received a refund for the Groupon coupon.
Overall, my experience with PrinterPix was a complete disaster. The company was disorganized, and their customer support was terrible. I'm out Christmas and birthday gifts, and I have nothing to show for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with PrinterPix: Order Delayed for Over a Month with No Communication
I placed an order on 9/24 and it's already 10/26 and I still haven't received my order from PrinterPix. I called them today for the second time and spoke to Steve who told me the same thing I heard on 9/28, "it is with our distribution team". It's really frustrating that I have to call them for an order that I placed over a month ago. I checked their website and saw that my order was rejected by the quality control team at one point, but I didn't receive any email or phone call notifying me of any issues. I provided both my email address and phone number when I placed my order, so I don't understand why they didn't contact me.
I used to work in guest services at an exclusive resort in Las Vegas, so I know how important it is to keep customers informed. When I spoke to Steve this morning, I felt like he was patronizing me. He seemed genuinely shocked when I told him that my order had been placed over a month ago and still hasn't been received, but then he went into customer service rep mode and tried to sympathize with me. He said he emailed his supervisor to email his production team, but I didn't have any confidence in his approach. I asked if I could get an email from his manager or management reflecting their actions taken, but then he put me on hold without warning. I called out to him multiple times until he finally answered and said his manager would send me an email detailing the actions. It's been 14 hours since I placed my call and I still haven't received the email.
Steve avoided committing to an estimated delivery date and just said my order should arrive "in no time". It's really frustrating that no one has attempted to inform me of the status of my project prior to my call and when I requested an email from management, it went unnoticed. PrinterPix will have to go above and beyond to receive any future business from me.
I did use a Groupon for my order, but that shouldn't matter. It's disappointing that a discounted price may entitle you to discounted service. I hope PrinterPix can improve their customer service and communication in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Printerpix: Poor Customer Service and Slow Response Time
This is my first time writing a review for a website, and unfortunately, it's not a good one. I recently had an experience with Printerpix that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I purchased a voucher from Groupon and placed an order on November 15th, with an expected delivery date of November 25th. However, the package did not arrive on time, and I decided to contact Printerpix to see if they had any information about the delay.
I reached out to their customer service team via chat, and I was disappointed with the response I received. It seemed like only two people were working in the chat, and I kept getting the same responses from both of them. I was on chat with them for over 20 minutes, trying to get a refund for my order, but all I got was "Please give me a moment" from the representative named Riya. I was upset because I thought Printerpix was a trusted company, and I expected better customer service.
On November 27th, I contacted Printerpix again to ask about my package's whereabouts. The representative, whose name I cannot remember, gave me an automated response, saying that it could take up to 15 days to process the order and shipping. I was patient and understanding, but when I still hadn't received my package after 15 days, I contacted Printerpix again. This time, the representative named Sachin gave me the tracking number and a link to DHL, which I had already checked. I told Sachin that I needed help with my package that hadn't been received in over 15 days, but they took over 5 minutes to reply every time I said something.
I was frustrated with the lack of communication and the slow response time from Printerpix's customer service team. I had been patient and understanding for too long, and I still hadn't received a resolution. I needed this matter to be taken care of in a better way than their chat representatives. To make matters worse, Sachin left the chat without asking if there was anything else they could do to help me.
Overall, my experience with Printerpix was disappointing. I expected better customer service, especially since I purchased a voucher from a trusted website like Groupon. I hope that Printerpix can improve their communication and response time in the future, so other customers don't have to go through what I did.
PrinterPix Review: The Worst Company to Work With!
This company is the worst!
I ordered something from PrinterPix over a month ago and they just sent me an email today saying it was 'pending shipping'. I called them a couple of weeks after ordering because their confirmation email didn't say anything about when it would be shipped. On the first call, they told me that they were just processing it and gave me some BS reason, they flat out refused to give me a delivery window. The second time they told me that because it was printed on 'high quality paper' the drying time was longer and that's what was causing the hold up. My husband works in commercial printing and he said this is a common 'stalling' tactic that they use when they screw up a customer's print order.
I tried to contact them online and they gave me the same BS and again refused to give me any kind of timeline. This is an excerpt from the chat, he repeated the 'I cannot provide a specific date' line 3 times:
(06:31:11) Daniel Sims: I can see, you placed your order on 10/2/2017. Most Printerpix standard orders are produced, dispatched and delivered within 7 - 14 working days. In most cases orders are dispatched earlier than this, however, we are unable to guarantee quicker delivery on an individual basis. Thank you again for your custom.
(06:31:47) Julietta mangino: so it should be delivered by the end of next week then?
(06:32:31) Daniel Sims: Once the order get dispatch, you will get a confirmation on the register email id.
(06:32:42) Julietta mangino: right, which should be by next week, correct?
(06:32:50) Julietta mangino: Next friday would be 14 working days
(06:33:25) Daniel Sims: I cannot provide a specific date.
The third time I called (4 weeks after ordering) they told me "oh no, we were out of paper for your project so it's JUST NOW getting printed", so they were just flat out lying the first two calls. All three times I called, and during the chat, they told me they were 'escalating' my complaint and project production. How can you even escalate something 4 times? You don't need to keep escalating if you'd actually done it the first time, obviously it's a BS stalling tactic and nothing was being done.
No one you contact can speak (or type) clear English. If you're going to be in customer service, I should be able to understand you without having to have you repeat yourself 97 times each call.
This company is absolutely horrible to work with. I would never EVER order from them again. If you're thinking about doing so, RUN! Go absolutely anywhere else. Carve $#*! out on stone tablets or paint using dried berries rather than use this lying company. I still haven't received the product, god knows if I ever will or what condition it will be in when I do.
PrinterPix Review: Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products
I've been using PrinterPix since 2007 to create personalised calendars for my son to give to his grandparents and uncles. This year, I decided to trust them again to supply this service. In December 2016, I spent a lot of time creating 5 calendars. They arrived within a week, but unfortunately, 5 pages were totally black and even had the date section missing. This was clearly a printing error on their part. I tried to contact them using the UK number provided, but after spending 43 minutes on hold, I gave up and eventually managed to get through to someone on webchat who was useless and basically gave me the customer service email address. I emailed them my problems and sent pictures to confirm. Eventually, after about a week, someone called SUNNY R came back to me and promised to sort it out.
Another package arrived, but this time there was only 1 calendar instead of the 5 I had initially ordered, and most importantly, they had exactly the same problem! I contacted SUNNY R every day for nearly a week, but to no avail. I then placed a review on Facebook, and eventually, the social interaction team came back to me. By this time, Christmas had passed, and my son was upset that he had no gifts to give out. Further conversations with the internet team said they would sort this out and compensate me for my time and phone call. They then passed me to a chap called AUSTIN R who immediately could see that SUNNY R was hopeless and that I had been given lots of incorrect information. He said he would sort it out and offered me a photo book or canvas for my time. However, he wanted me to redo my order on a PC, which I do not have, and additionally, my mother-in-law had now passed away, so I had the stress of this. My son was really upset by this, and that she hadn't seen his calendar. I told Austin R I couldn't do it on a PC and asked him if I sent pictures to him, would he be able to do it, but this was not acceptable. So I asked for a refund.
Three weeks later, my mum had now died, and I was still being fobbed off. AUSTIN R told me on 2nd Feb that a refund had been processed and it would take 5-10 days to go through. 25 days later, and guess what? Still nothing. So, I sent a further email to Austin R, which resulted in me receiving a PayPal notification that PrinterPix had refunded me £3.99, which was only the postage paid! What a bloody joke. I have now sent a further email and asked for management details, but have been ignored. I have spoken to a solicitor and have been advised to go to small claims court, which I am doing. Both my mum and mother-in-law would have loved these calendars, as they have done every year for the last 8 years since he was born.
This company has the worst customer service I have ever received. I can't mention this enough. I feel let down, and clearly, they have not provided a service or product. I have consumer rights. Looking through my email history (as I've kept everything) shows in excess of 50 emails to and from, just to sort out 5 calendars or a refund. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID THIS COMPANY. NEXT YEAR I'LL GO BACK TO VISTAPRINT, TESCO, or even EBAY as NO ONE COULD BE ANY WORSE.
PrinterPix Review: Poor Service, Late Delivery, and Disappointing Product
So, I recently ordered two magic mugs from PrinterPix through a Groupon deal. The online software design was a bit confusing at first, but I eventually figured it out and was able to create the project I wanted. One of the mugs arrived and looked great, just like I had hoped it would. However, the other mug was a disaster. The entire bottom half of the mug was printed in black, and the design I had ordered was nowhere to be seen. Not exactly the Christmas gift I had hoped for.
To make matters worse, the delivery time was terrible. I ordered the mugs on December 4th, and the website promised that any orders made before December 12th would arrive in time for Christmas. As the holiday drew closer and closer, I had no sign of progress. The tracking tool on the website was completely unhelpful, and calling the company didn't give me any assurance that the mugs would arrive on time. I was told that they were "in production" or "had been shipped," but that was it. The mugs finally arrived on December 24th, just in time for Christmas. Or so I thought.
When I opened the package and saw the messed up mug, I knew I had to call the company and order a replacement. I contacted PrinterPix on December 24th and explained the problem. I used the online complaint reporting mechanism and uploaded pictures as evidence. But I got no response or acknowledgement. So, I made a phone call on December 26th to follow up. The representative was friendly and told me that he would "escalate" the problem to the managers and "expedite" shipping, assuring me that the product would arrive by January 10th, as requested. But I still haven't heard from the company.
I've called twice to check on the replacement order, but I keep getting the same empty promises. "Your product will be shipped at the earliest" was the live chat comment I received. Not really helpful. Well, here we are on January 10th, and still no mug. I can honestly say that the product I ordered, when done right, is great. However, the experiences of very poor service and lack of care undo any positives that might have been present.
I made several calls to the customer service department throughout this ordeal, with varying levels of success. Of the half dozen or so phone calls I made, none had less than a 25-minute hold time, and one was almost a full hour of listening to the recording tell me how important my call was to them. When a representative spoke with me, they were generally polite and seemed interested in helping me. But it seemed like the help was more lip service than actual assistance. The terms "escalate" and "expedite" popped up over and over, but they never seemed to actually affect the outcome. The "delivery in 7-10 business days" has turned into 5+ weeks and still waiting without the promised and paid for product.
Overall, I do not recommend this company for any reason. The only reason they get two stars is because the customer service representatives I spoke with were moderately friendly. But that's not enough to make up for the terrible production time, delivery time, and lack of care.
PrinterPix Review: Nerve-Wracking Experience with a Pleasant Surprise
I recently ordered a hard bound book from PrinterPix and I must say, my experience was a bit nerve-wracking due to all the negative reviews I had read about the company. However, in the end, I was pleasantly surprised with the final result.
As a regular customer, I was just as picky as the complainers and was on guard for two weeks thinking I had just been scammed due to the company's transparency and poor customer service issues. Like others, I wanted to give my product to my family members for Christmas and to a relative who is currently dying in a nursing home. I share the same frustrations as the complainers.
Despite the negative reviews causing me a few sleepless nights over the Christmas holiday, I must say that the quality of the book was beyond spectacular. Some of my pictures came out better than what I submitted because I could tell they sharpened them in their processing. For that, I say "thank you."
My experience with PrinterPix began when I saw a Christmas coupon promotion from the company in December 2019. I had never heard of the company before, but the promotion seemed too good to pass up. I wanted to create a picture book (100 pages, hard cover, 11x11) at a reasonable cost for several family members. The company was clear about their delivery deadlines and kept me informed from start to finish regarding production and delivery, although it was a lengthy process.
However, like many others, I did not appreciate the "in production" message sitting in my file for nearly two weeks leading to suspicion. It was at this point that I felt I was scammed and was going to call my bank to retrieve my payment. This practice needs to be corrected by the company as it does nothing but cause unnecessary stress. Because it sat with this message for two weeks, I called them to ask if they could use my "new version" (revisions) instead (because it was taking so long). "No... the project was moving through its stages." Fine, I'll bite.
Like many of you, I became suspicious when my shipping costs (claimed free shipping with orders over $30, mine was a $200 order) never happened. I paid an additional $169.00 for standard shipping fees (and that was the cheap option to pick) for 10 books (100 pages, 11x11). This was when I researched the company further to discover that many of their products are created in Europe, shipped from there to Florida, and then to us.
My journey in submitting my project was probably no different than the next person's. However, my books arrived today (exactly as the standard delivery indicated and per their FedEx notifications) and the quality is beyond spectacular. I submitted my order on December 12 and received it on January 3. They are clear about standard delivery being "business days," so it was nearly a month, but they arrived in perfect condition with exceptional picture quality on good photo paper with a strong binding. Thank you, FedEx, for not asking me to be home though my door was open for you indicating otherwise.
I cannot speak for others who were disappointed with their products, but I am giving this company a "5" star rating. And, if God is on my side, when I submit my revisions of this book to re-create it again, my hope is that it will arrive as perfect as the first one did.
Disappointing Experience with PrinterPix: Margins Show White Canvas and Faces Cut Off on Canvas Order #*******
I recently received my Canvas Order #*** from PrinterPix and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the product. The margins of the canvas show white canvas, which is not what I was promised by the two representatives I spoke to while creating my order on June 11, 2020. They assured me that my margins were not showing white and that our faces were not cut off. However, when I received the canvas, I noticed that my husband's face was cut off and the overall color was very orange. This is unacceptable and not what I expected from PrinterPix.
I had waited a long time to get this canvas as it was a gift for my husband on our anniversary, which is quickly approaching. However, now I have a less than satisfactory product that I cannot gift to my husband. I am also disappointed with how thin the canvas wood frame is. I expected it to be thicker.
When I placed my order on June 11, 2020, I spoke with two representatives, one of whom was Paige Cooper. They both verified that the pictures I submitted would span the margins of the canvas. However, when I received the canvas on July 8, 2020, I noticed that the margins on two sides were showing white canvas. I immediately called PrinterPix and was told to submit images of the label and the sides that showed the white margin so they could see it and make the order right. I did as directed, but I heard nothing back from them except that there was a delay due to COVID.
On July 17, 2020, I emailed PrinterPix again inquiring about my ticket. The next day, I received an email from GARRY (Support Pix US) stating that my order was printed as I had placed it and offering to make a new order as long as I pay for the voucher and shipping. This is completely unacceptable as I had already paid for a Groupon voucher for PrinterPix and then paid an additional fee to them. This is way more than I would have paid with another competitor. I will not pay for shipping or the voucher and I ask PrinterPix to make this order correctly as soon as possible.
Since receiving the email from GARRY, I have tried various times to reach PrinterPix by phone, but I am on hold for over 25 minutes and then get disconnected as soon as I start talking to a representative. Today, I tried four times to call PrinterPix and the same thing happened. I am completely distraught and disappointed as this canvas is an anniversary gift to my husband and I am concerned I may not have a canvas to gift him on our anniversary.
This error is on the part of PrinterPix, not me, and I am not being compensated for the loss in the value of my product. I have not even been offered a replacement corrected canvas at no additional charge. This was a Groupon order and I will let Groupon know of how PrinterPix messed up my order and then did not make it right. I will also leave a comment on other websites if I do not get a corrected finished product of the order I placed on June 11, 2020, and paid way more than a competitor would have charged.
In the end, I ordered the canvas from another competitor company who produced an exact canvas of the pictures I submitted. I am very disappointed in PrinterPix and discourage anyone who wants to order from them. Their customer service is less than adequate, hold time is often near an hour, and I got disconnected several times. Email response is days if ever. The product is less than acceptable, and I am sorry I ever spent so much time and money with PrinterPix.
Disappointing Experience with PrinterPix: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Fees
So, I just wanted to share my experience with PrinterPix (printerpix.com). I recently purchased a voucher for two personalized princess blankets for my twin girls through Groupon. The voucher cost me $8.99, which I thought was a great deal. However, my experience with PrinterPix was not so great.
Firstly, when I went to their website to redeem my voucher, I had trouble finding the "continue shopping" button to make my second blanket. It was my own fault for not looking hard enough, but it was still frustrating. When I finally placed my order for one blanket, the shipping cost was $16.99, which seemed a bit steep to me.
I called their customer service number to try and figure out why I couldn't purchase the second blanket. The assistant on the phone, Siraj, was very rude and unhelpful. He told me that I wouldn't have to pay for the second blanket, but I would receive an invoice for the shipping and handling cost. He instructed me to pay the invoice, make the blanket, and then call back. I waited for the invoice to come in, but it never did. I called back and was told that I would receive it within 24 hours. It would have been nice to know that from the first phone call.
When I finally received the invoice, I paid the additional $11.99 for shipping for the second blanket. However, when I went back to the website to make the second blanket, there was no coupon code or anything to verify that I didn't need to pay. I called back and was put on hold for almost the entire time until they closed. When a representative finally answered, she hung up on me after a few minutes of explaining my situation.
I had to wait until Monday to talk to a representative again, and by then, I was extremely frustrated and feeling like I was being scammed. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, but the man I spoke with said he could help me. He told me to make the blanket, save it, and then call back. However, I had checked out as a guest and didn't have an account to save the blanket. When I tried to create an account, it said I already had one, but when I tried to log in, it didn't recognize my account. I called back again and was rushed through the phone call by a rude representative.
After all of this, I finally received both blankets after paying a total of $37.97. I was praying that they would be exactly what I wanted. This was a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend PrinterPix to anyone. If I could give them no stars, I would.
Disappointing Experience with Printerpix: Late Delivery, Unresponsive Customer Service, and Deceptive Shipping Prices
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Printerpix. I ordered some stuff from them back in November and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried calling their customer service number multiple times, but every time I do, it says they're closed. I've called at all different times of the day, Monday through Friday, and still nothing. It's now December 5th and I'm still waiting for my order. I mean, I paid for shipping and everything, so I think I should get a refund for that since it's taking so long.
To be honest, I was already hesitant to order from Printerpix again because I had a bad experience with them before. I ordered a photobook from them back in July and I still haven't received it. When I called customer service to ask about it, they told me it had been delivered and returned to them. They said they'd resend it, but when I called back a week later, they said they couldn't give me a refund or reship the item until I researched the shipping information myself. I mean, I'm Deaf-Blind, so that's not really an option for me. It's just really frustrating that they won't take responsibility for their own mistakes.
And don't even get me started on their shipping prices. They charge $18 or more for shipping, which is ridiculous. I bought a Groupon for their services thinking it was a good deal, but once I got to the checkout page, I saw that the shipping cost was way more than I expected. It's just really deceptive and unfair to consumers.
I've heard from other people that they've had similar experiences with Printerpix, so I know I'm not alone. It's just really disappointing that a company would treat their customers this way. I hope Groupon stops doing business with them because it reflects poorly on Groupon too. I've had good experiences with Groupon in the past, but this just makes me question their judgment. I really hope they hold Printerpix accountable for their actions and make things right for their customers.
Printerpix Complaints 61
This company is not reliable at all
This company is not reliable at all. They charge you quickly but take forever to ship your items, or sometimes they never ship them at all. Their customer service is terrible. I purchased a Groupon for a canvas from Printerpix and placed my order on May 29th, 2020. I didn't receive a confirmation email or an order number, but I have a screenshot of my order. I called them right away to make sure my order went through, but it took a long time and multiple calls to get confirmation. They said I would receive a follow-up email with tracking information soon. After about a week and a half, I still hadn't heard anything about my order, despite receiving plenty of spam emails from them. Whenever I called, I was put on hold for a long time and sometimes they would hang up on me, claiming they couldn't hear me. This happened on different occasions, so I believe it's their way of avoiding unhappy customers. Finally, I spoke to someone who pretended to be helpful and told me my order would be in production within 10 business days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, when I called again after 14 business days, they told me it could take up to 15 business days to start production. I was frustrated but still patient. Another week passed and I still hadn't received anything. When I called to request a refund, they told me I had one day left to cancel my order but it would cost me $30. This made no sense to me since my order hadn't even reached production yet. I paid for my product using a Groupon code, so I didn't understand why I had to pay an additional fee to cancel. I was afraid that if I canceled, I wouldn't get my $61.48 back, so I decided not to cancel and hoped that my order would eventually arrive. It has now been 41 days since I placed my order (25 business days) and I still haven't received my canvas. They don't respond to my emails, even though their website claims they respond within 2 business days. Their hold times are ridiculous, and when I did manage to get through, they played the "I can't hear you" game and hung up on me. I'm extremely frustrated and I feel like my only option now is to file a complaint on ComplaintsBoard.com. I want to warn others about this scam company and I also want my refund of $61.48 for the shipping fee that I paid for an item that will never be shipped. I've already ordered the same item from a different company and received it. I have no use for the canvas now, and based on other people's reviews, it seems like I'll never receive it. I saw on the front page of ComplaintsBoard.com that this company claimed they would take steps to improve, but based on my experience, they haven't done anything. This company needs to be shut down as soon as possible.
On 8/19/2022, I placed an order for 45 holiday cards and 35 4 x 6 photo prints. The photo prints are grainy, blurry, and unclear. I am not pleased with the quality of the 35 photo prints. These are not the way the pictures looked before printing, and it was not the way they appeared on the computer before ordering. The order number is omitted for privacy. I have contacted the company a few times through their website about the quality concerns I have about my order. I have attached images of the blurry prints each time that I contacted them. But I have not heard back from anyone in response. When I try to call the number on their website, it simply directs you to contact them through the website. I used a promotional code for the cost of the holiday cards, so I was not charged for the cards in the order through PrinterPix. The photo prints were the only additional cost that I paid. The cost of the photo prints order with shipping was $27.13. I have uploaded a picture of the charge that was included in my online billing, as I was provided with no receipt with the order, and the order cost is not shown on the website under my account. Please help me in reaching the company to provide me a refund for the 35 poor-quality prints that I received.
I placed order *** for a special blanket for my daughter who lost her Guinea pig recently on October 27th. I received an email that they were working on the order October 30th. There was no further communication on the item I ordered since them. I tried to email them and my email was refused. I tried to contact their customer support chat and they gave me the run around. I just want my daughters present.
Damaged metal print
The package came by fed ex & the cardboard packaging was crushed & creased. When I opened packaging, metal print was dented & creased. I tried to fix but was unsuccessful. Print came out really great & if it wasn't damaged, I would have been very very happy. Any chance you could send me another one & maybe package it better?... Thank you in advance.. Zack

Shipping on book
I received an email 7/11 stating up to 80% off and free shipping. I made 2 photo books did not get close to 80% off and they wouldn’t provide free shipping. I contacted customer service today 7/12 and was told I needed to spend $49 to get free shipping… the email did NOT state that. False advertising for sure. I see they have few resolutions on your site. I did order the books as it took hours to make them, but won’t use this company again.

Terrible Experience with PrinterPix: Avoid at All Costs
This company, PrinterPix, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will never use them or Groupon again. I ordered mink blankets, but when they arrived, they were the size of a large hand towel. I was disappointed, but I still had a Groupon for 9-10x10 canvas prints that I had purchased before receiving the blankets. However, when I tried to redeem the canvas prints, I couldn't find any instructions on how to do so. I tried multiple times to place the order using my Groupon, but I couldn't get it to work. I called PrinterPix, but they put me on hold for at least 30 minutes each time and even disconnected me at times. I tried chat several times, but the reps couldn't help me. I sent two emails with screenshots of the error message and my Groupon, but I never received a response.
After a week, I called back and spoke to a very rude representative who even asked if I was driving and listening to him! He told me to remove the items from my cart and start over. I was shocked at how horrible the customer service was. I told him that I would try again and if it didn't work, I would speak to a supervisor. I removed the items from my cart and replaced the order, but it still didn't work. I called back immediately and spoke to the worst representative ever. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but he said that all the supervisors were on the phone. He was absurd and unhelpful.
I will never do business with this company again, and I think Groupon should be ashamed for subjecting their customers to this place. Don't waste your time or money on PrinterPix.
PrinterPix: A Disappointing Experience - Don't Waste Your Time and Money!
I recently ordered a photo book from PrinterPix to give to my parents on their 50th wedding anniversary. It was a special occasion and I wanted to create something memorable for them. I had to go through a lot of trouble to get all their old photos from their wedding in 1968 and have them turned into digital files. But finally, I was able to create the album and was excited to take it with me to Chile.
However, it has been a month since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. I have talked to three customer service representatives, escalated a complaint, and even chatted with one online. But all I have gotten are excuses and lies. First, they said they had mistakenly sent my order to the hub in the UK. Then, the status of my order changed to red, reading "your order has failed our quality assurance and needs to be reprinted". There were no timelines, no apologies, nothing!
Last week, I was promised that my order would be in my hands as of yesterday. But guess what? It's still not here! Today, they said that it's been printed but takes three days to process. So, I asked if I could change the shipping address to Florida since I am leaving tomorrow and will be there for a week before heading to Chile. But they said they can't. Really? Seriously? You messed up here and you are not willing to do anything at all to make it better? Oh wait, maybe I'm lying. They said that if the manager approves, they would refund my shipping charge of $7. If you only knew what I wanted to tell him to do with those $7. Yes, you probably guessed right again. Yet, I didn't say it out loud (maybe I should have had).
I had placed a different order with Shutterfly two weeks after I placed this one. Guess what? I got that one last week! If only I knew how bad this company was, or at least if they were honest with their turnaround, I could have sent this order for my parents to make it through Shutterfly too. I hope nobody else ever orders from them and they get thrown out of business!
So, save yourself some time and money and take your business somewhere else. This company is not worth it.
PrinterPix: Terrible Customer Service and False Advertising on Groupon Deals - BE WARNED!
I recently got a Groupon deal for 45 Printerpix cards, but boy was I in for a ride! When I received my package, I was shocked to find only one card and one envelope. I immediately contacted PrinterPix, but it took them more than a week to respond. I had to call them multiple times, and on May 28, I waited on hold for a whopping 37 minutes! When I finally got through, the customer service rep was extremely rude and kept muting me, even though I was answering his questions. He even threatened to disconnect the call if I didn't answer, even though I was trying my best to communicate with him.
After that terrible experience, I called back and waited on hold for another 40 minutes and 16 seconds. This time, the rep told me that I had to pay an additional $4.99 for shipping to get the rest of my cards. I reluctantly paid it, but I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I called again on June 1, and this time, I waited for a whopping 1 hour and 17 minutes! Finally, I spoke to a rep named Derrick Fernandez, who promised me a refund for my shipping and assured me that they would fulfill the rest of my order.
However, when I asked him to confirm the refund, he just sent me an email asking me to leave a glowing review for him. I told him that I would only leave a review if he actually refunded my money. He sent me a follow-up email on June 2, asking me to leave a review and mentioning his name. But it's now June 11, and I still haven't received my refund.
Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from PrinterPix, especially if it's through Groupon. These people do not deserve your business, and I hope that others will learn from my experience. BE WARNED!
PrinterPix and gogroopie voucher scam: No response, no order, no refund
I recently purchased a voucher from gogroopie for PrinterPix on May 4th, 2020. However, when I tried to use the voucher on the PrinterPix website, it was not recognized. I tried emailing both companies every day for a week, but received no response or acknowledgement. As a result, I was unable to place my order or receive a refund.
On May 14th, 2020, I was still being ignored by PrinterPix and gogroopie. I received another order from gogroopie that I had placed around the same time, which leads me to believe that PrinterPix is scamming people and not honoring their offers. I had to pursue a refund through PayPal.
Finally, on May 19th, 2020, I received a response from both companies and was able to place my order. However, I am still waiting to see if my order will actually arrive. PrinterPix informed me that they had technical difficulties over the past few weeks, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. I updated PayPal and paused the refund process, but will resume it if my blanket does not arrive.
On May 20th, 2020, I checked the status of my order and it had progressed from 25% to 50% in production. I increased my star rating to reflect the progress that was being made, but it was still late for the birthday present I needed it for.
Unfortunately, on May 21st, 2020, the progress made was short-lived as my blanket remained at 50% progress. If no further progress is made, I will reduce my star rating and resume my claim for a refund as I am pretty sick of this company now.
As of May 22nd, 2020, progress has ground to a halt again and I have reduced my star rating accordingly. I still have not received my order and my emails requesting an update are being ignored. I have recommenced my claim with PayPal.
On May 27th, 2020, I still have not received my order and my emails requesting an update are still being ignored. I have resumed my claim with PayPal.
As of May 28th, 2020, the progress status of my blanket has been reduced from 50% to 0%. My emails continue to be ignored and PayPal is awaiting a response from both PrinterPix (for the £9 delivery cost) and gogroopie (for the voucher costs).
As of June 2nd, 2020, the progress status of my blanket remains at 50% and my emails continue to be ignored. I still have not received my order.
PrinterPix Review: Frustrating Experience Trying to Change Photobook Cover
I gotta tell ya, my experience with PrinterPix was a real doozy. I spent a whopping 16-20 hours working on a 50-page photobook, complete with different frames, lengthy texts, subtitles, and even clip art. I was really proud of my creation, but then I realized I had made a mistake - I had created a 50-page 8x8 photo finish book, but I needed a 50-page 8x8 leather debossed book. No biggie, right? Just change the cover and voila! Well, it turned out to be a lot more complicated than that.
On the first day, I spoke to an Indian person in India who told me that they couldn't change the cover. I was pretty frustrated, but he was very apologetic and said that the manager would call me back later that day. I waited and waited, but no call came. When I called back in the afternoon, I spoke to another Indian accented person who told me that there was no manager at that facility, but he would take my name and email address to have one call me. He too was sorry for the inconvenience.
The next day, I spoke to yet another Indian accented person who reiterated that I had to start the entire project over. They couldn't change the cover or add an additional leather cover to the existing book. The manager was on the phone at that time, but he would take my name and email and one would call me back within 24 hours. When I called back in the afternoon, I was pretty upset and started shouting and cursing. The Indian accented person understood why I was so unhappy, but there was nothing they could do. I could only restart the project. He too would be happy to take my name and number and have a manager call me back. After 40 minutes of me insisting that I speak with the non-existing manager's manager, he hung up on me.
By the third day, I was beyond frustrated. I spoke to someone who said that the manager was still in a meeting, but he would take my name and email address to have them call me back. He couldn't give me the manager's supervisor's contact information, but he promised that someone would call me back. Three days went by and still no call. I was about to give up, but I decided to give them one more chance.
It's now been six days since I first contacted PrinterPix, and I'm still waiting on a return call. I'm about to call them again, but honestly, I'm not holding my breath. This whole experience has been a real headache, and I wouldn't recommend PrinterPix to anyone.
Disappointing Experience with PrinterPix: Fine Products, Terrible Customer Service
I just got myself a Groupon for 5 calendars from PrinterPix. The calendars turned out fine, but I don't think I'll be using this company again. I made my calendar and added it to my cart late on a Sunday evening. I checked out and it said that 5 calendars with my voucher were being ordered, but I never got a confirmation email. When I logged back in to verify the order went through, it said there was something wrong with my address (even though it was fine) and that the order hadn't been submitted successfully. I called first thing the next morning as soon as the company opened to see what was going on and figure out how to get my order submitted. The person I spoke with was completely rude and said that the order had gone through but was only for 1 of my 5 calendars. Even though the order hadn't even been started, they refused to change the quantity to 5 and fix the order. They said I hadn't placed the order correctly and had to repay for shipping. I asked to talk to a manager, but I was told they weren't available. They assured me that they would call me later, but I am still waiting for that phone call. I couldn't pay the additional shipping over the phone and had to wait 24 hours to receive a link to pay. Once I paid, I called back to get the rest of the order submitted and was told I hadn't paid even though I had. They said I would have to call back later. After several attempts, I finally got the rest of my order submitted.
Given the rudeness of the customer service representative I had to deal with and their unwillingness to make the situation correct, I will never use this company again. I also had a bad experience a few years ago when I tried to order metal prints through this company. Two arrived completely smeared and unusable, and one never arrived until months later. Whenever I called, they couldn't tell me what had happened to it and wouldn't do anything to resolve the situation. This was another Groupon, and I ended up having to get Groupon involved in order to get a refund for my purchase.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with PrinterPix. The products were fine, but the customer service was terrible. I don't think I'll be using this company again in the future.
Terrible Customer Service and Subpar Product Quality - My Experience with PrinterPix
I gotta say, I totally agree with all the other peeps who've left reviews about PrinterPix. This company's customer service is straight up the worst I've ever experienced! I ordered three different photo books, each with a different number of pages, and it was all clearly laid out on my invoice. But when my order arrived, I only got two different books - one of them was a total duplicate! So I was still missing the third book I'd ordered. When I finally got through to customer service (after being on hold for what felt like forever), I spoke to this dude named Ash who straight up tried to blame ME for the mistake! He said I'd ordered the same book twice, even though my invoice clearly showed that I'd ordered three different books. He told me to take a picture of the duplicate book and email it to them, which I did. But even after emailing back and forth, calling them SEVEN times, and even talking to the manager, Siraj, they still wouldn't admit that they'd made a mistake. They said I'd have to pay extra shipping if I wanted the book I'd spent hours creating! I'm so fed up with their terrible customer service and the way their reps have treated me. I've spent HOURS of my time trying to fix this issue, and it's still not resolved. Every time I've called, I've had to wait on hold for ages. Twice I got disconnected after waiting for over 40 minutes! Ash promised to call me back with an update, but never did. And when I expressed concern about getting disconnected during my call with Siraj, he said he'd call me back the next day if we got cut off - but he never did! I'm still waiting for a resolution. And honestly, the product itself was pretty subpar compared to other photo book companies I've used in the past. The binding and picture quality were both pretty meh. There are so many other companies out there that do a better job - don't waste your time or money on PrinterPix! They don't honor their invoices, they give you the runaround, and they're just plain rude!
PrinterPix Review: Terrible Service, Non-Existent Customer Support, Endless Apologies
I was absolutely shocked to see that PrinterPix had received two stars in their reviews. I was considering giving them a one-star rating, but unfortunately, the lowest I could go was two stars. The service was absolutely terrible, and I use the term "service" very loosely.
Their customer service was non-existent. I have never experienced such a lack of support from a company before. I spent $55 on a Groupon deal and tried for three and a half months to create my photo books, but to no avail. I made countless attempts to contact them about their website and its inability to upload my books, but I received no response.
It wasn't until two months and six days after the Groupon had expired that I finally received an email from PrinterPix. The email contained a very well-hidden secret: "First, you need to create an account!" I couldn't believe it was that simple. But it wasn't simple at all.
They started the email with a form letter, apologizing for the delayed response and stating that they were still trying to resolve "technical" issues. It's a shame they didn't mention those issues when people were buying the Groupons.
Their apologies were endless, and it seemed like they were always having "technical" issues. I couldn't help but wonder if it was just a husband and wife team sending out these form letters or if the whole family was involved. They certainly didn't seem to have much overhead, with no production, no products, and late form letters.
I couldn't believe that they had the audacity to ask me to attach a picture at the end of the review. I was tempted to attach a picture of a stopped-up toilet or a landfill, but I decided to keep it clean and let people's imaginations run wild with the phrase "SORRY COMPANY."
In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using PrinterPix. Their service is terrible, their customer support is non-existent, and their apologies are endless. Save yourself the trouble and run, run fast and far from this sorry excuse for a company.
PrinterPix Review: Poor Customer Service and Delayed Shipping for Special Occasion Book
I had a really long weekend trying to make a book for my mom's 60th birthday. My whole family is flying in town for the occasion, and I wanted to make something special for her. I decided to use PrinterPix to make the book, and I paid an extra $33 for 2-day shipping. However, I was just told that it will take at least a week and a half for the book to arrive, which is after my family leaves. I have ordered from many other sites before and always got my items on time, but this time, it was different.
I talked to a sales lady and Eugene, who is supposedly the supervisor, and they told me that there is an additional 5-7 days for production. I was frustrated because this was not clear when I ordered. Eugene was not helpful at all and kept repeating himself over and over again. He could not solve any issue or give me any reassurance, just repeated the "process" they have over and over again. It was super frustrating.
The first lady I talked to said my order was out of production and ready to be shipped. Eugene said my order was still in production, and when I asked if the first lady lied, he said no, they don't lie. So then I clarified what she said, and he suddenly "couldn't give me an answer." If it is out of production, I should have my book in 2 days, which is Friday. However, Eugene was not able to help me with anything.
I asked him to check on my order and call me back to let me know if it will be here by Saturday, and he said he will call me back tomorrow. I told him I need to know by tonight so I can go get a new present if it can't be. He just kept repeating himself over and over again - very much the worst customer service I have ever heard. He ended up not even talking and then said he has already told me everything he can and he has to just repeat himself because the call is being recorded.
I am very disappointed with PrinterPix's customer service. They should have been more clear about the production time, and their customer service supervisor should have been able to help me with my issue. I want a full refund on the book, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Nightmare Experience with PrinterPix: Unprofessional and Frustrating Customer Service
I recently had an experience with PrinterPix that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had purchased a deal from an online group-coupon site, and while the price was good, the trouble I had dealing with this business was not worth it.
I ordered multiple copies of photo books, but when they arrived, they were not the versions I had selected. I tried emailing customer service for help, but their response was slow and unhelpful. When I finally called them, I was shocked by the noise and chaos in the background. It sounded like they were in the middle of a stadium surrounded by 50,000 other reps. I could barely hear the representative over the background conversations, noise, laughing, etc. Their English was poor, broken, and not clear, which made it even harder to understand what was going on.
Despite providing proof of their error, they insisted it was not their fault and that their computers or programming do not make mistakes. It was frustrating to deal with their unprofessional and shady behavior. After multiple discussions, they agreed to reprint the books for free, but I had to pay a $20 shipping charge via Paypal. I'm still waiting for the books to arrive, and I'm not holding my breath.
Overall, my experience with PrinterPix was a nightmare. I would never do business with them again, and I would caution others to avoid them as well. The entire process was unprofessional, frustrating, and not worth the time or trouble. I hope to never have to go through this kind of experience with any company ever again.

Order number [protected] - personalised photo blanket
I ordered my item on 18:11:22 and received an update on 22:11:22 stating that my item was being processed {that status remains the same up until today when I attempt to track my order}. I have sent several e mails to request an update and there have been generic constructed responses to some, nobody has contacted me or updated me with regards to delivery times.
I receive e mails on a daily basis from PRINTERPIX with offers on products and initially, as I stated in one e mail, I was likely to proceed with more orders after receiving my original but certainly would not do that now.
I have purchased many items from many companies in the past couple of months but this has been my only negative experience and I am bitterly disappointed as this was a special birthday gift for my grandaughter, an extra that I couldn't really afford.
I understand about additional workload this time of year and postal strikes, yet I still have offers which promote delivery in time for Christmas!
I have read reviews which state that issues have been resolved successfully, however, I am getting nowhere with mine.
Desired outcome: An e mail or telephone call to say that my order is in the post, with expected delivery date

I have made 5 unsuccessful attempts at reaching out to in regard to a damaged item received 3 days ago. I sent an email to [protected]@printerpix.com as soon as I opened the box and discovered the problem. No response!
Then the next morning (tuesday) I sent a written e-request for help as directed by and through your website. No response!
Tuesday afternoon (2 days ago) I attempted to reach your customer service via ‘live chat’ as suggested on your website. I was 6th on the cue. After waiting 40 minutes someone texted me and said they would be with me shortly, explaining that they were dealing with more than one customer at a time! This made no sense since what was the purpose of being in a cue if you didn’t get a human’s undivided attention. The agent never came back and finally got a message that a different agent had been assigned. This agent asked me to send photos of the damage, which I already had done. He said they couldn’t open the jpeg (even though your website says that’s how they want the images) and just robotically kept asking for them. I explained that I did not have computer skill set (i’m 75 years old) to drag the photos into your website. Then suddenly this second agent disappeared and a third name came up on the chat! This third agent got as far as saying hello, never responded to any of my replies and requests. I spent more than 90 minutes on your “customer chat” and got absolutely nowhere!
After the above fiasco, I sent another (4th attempt) written e-request for assistance from your so called customer service through your website. I believe I successfully attached photos of the damage this time. Still no response from you!
You present yourself as a reputable company on the internet. However, you do not accept phone calls (directing everything to the website) and then you don’t respond to requests for assistance with an issue. I expect the common courtesy of some form of response from you today.
If I don’t hear from you, I can only presume that you are not going to stand by your products. I will return the damaged item at my expense, deny the credit card charge and spend the next several weeks exposing your company’s behavior on social media. I am an old retired person and have nothing much else to do with my time.
This is not my intent. Please! Aren’t there any humans at you company that can address this and do the right thing? A phone call or a text would be nice: [protected]
Respectfully, dr. Harvey miller
Desired outcome: The courtesy of a response from customer service and either a refund or replacement of the damaged item.
Photo-book
I'm not satisfied with the photo-book I received, as all the photos inside are darker than the original ones (on my computer) - so all pages are disappointing ; I sent an email last week-end to "[protected]@printerpix.com", on November, 27th, within the 7 days after reception (like written on https://pix.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/208805929--I-am-not-happy-with-the-quality-what-next-), but didn't received any answer yet
I'm quite sure I won't have any when I see all the unresolved complaints here...
Desired outcome: replacement with photos with the right colors
Photo book
I bought a Groupon for Printerpix for 3 photo books. I made the 3 photo books but Printerpix send me 2 of the books and 1 completely blank book. I contacted them several times before they responded back asking me to take a photo of all 3 books. I took a photo of all three books including the blank book and sent it back to them. But I never heard back from them after multiple attempts of trying to reach them. I tried calling them but I only reached a recorded message stating that I need to contact them on their website. So reached out to them on their website as well as responding back to the email they sent me requesting the photos of the three books. I've been trying to reach them in multiple ways for days now but I'm not getting any response back. Therefore, I sent them another complaint and more photos but still did not hear back. Right now I have two correct books and one blank book. These books were gifts but I obviously can't give the blank book as a gift. I would like them to send me the completed book that I made in place of the blank book they sent me.
Desired outcome: I would like them to send me the book I made instead of the blank book they sent me.
Photobook
I recently got married and decided to create a photobook out of the images the photographer had given us.
So, initially it took ages to upload my photos, the website itself was a little slow and bulky.
It really did take about a month to arrange my photos across the A4 100 page booklet. Plus, you know people will visit and want to look through the wedding photobook so I made a conscious effort to include the guests and family.
However, once I paid for delivery.. in February, I would get these emails stating:
*** 18 Feb 2022
You can expect your order in 5 to 7 business days
Come March or April nothing would arrive and I'd have to reach out and ask where the product is. So in April I got another confirmation my photobook was on it's way.
***21 Apr 2022
You can expect your order in 5 to 7 business days
I was never able to see the tracking. They kept asking me to confirm my delivery address which wasn't the issue.
Printerpix would say they'll provide a replacement, which never came so eventually I decided to ask for a refund.
But to be honest, the photobook took such a long process and now I'll have to make another one. That is the main reason I'm so annoyed. Complete waste of my time. So frustrating
Desired outcome: Understand how frustrated they me
Photo book X 2
PLEASE BE AWARE OF POSTAGE AND SPECIAL OFFERS
I ordered and paid for 2 photo books and was offered a free personalised marks, however when I completed the claim there was a charge attached to it at check out. I called customers services at least 3 times and decided to persevere with the wait time and it took over 40 mins to get through. I was advised to send an email and still await a response.
However, I then decided to ask them about the delivery time for my photo books and was advised that it takes 3-5 days to print the books and 10 days or more to post them.
This is not clearly advertised on the website as when at check out it asks what type of postage you require and states the time for delivery which is 3-5 days standard delivery.
I advised that the books are for a friend that is leaving the UK on 17/1/2022 and if I do not receive them on time it will be much more costly posting the books abroad. The response was that I should check this in the terms and conditions for delivery first, however I believe it should be clearly stated prior to payments and/or at check out and not be hidden elsewhere.
No happy with service and I will never use them again once or if I receive the books.
Desired outcome: Books received by Saturday 15/1/2021
Sorry - correction I was offer a free personalised mask
