I was liking this service but not using it as much as I thought so I decided to cancel. Cancelling my "membership" was ridiculous and took no less than 2 hours to figure out. Ultimately I had to engage in an online email exchange to get the "auto renew" stopped on the app. If you go to settings in the app and click on manage my membership, a link pops up that says "cancel my membership". If you click on "cancel my membership" it says you must log in online. In an attempt to login online from my phone, after clicking on the link, it immediately takes me to the app so I am stuck in a circle of nonresolution. I decided to fire up my computer and login there...the problem is the website only has a box to enter an email in order to become a new subscriber...there is no place on the website to login! In the end you will have to resort to finding the correct email address to send your request to in order to cancel. TERRIBLE customer service. I'm so annoyed. Honestly the app was really cool, but if you are going to make it this difficult to cancel I am not just frustrated. I wasted more time trying to cancel this than I spent creating cards and sending them. Two thumbs down.

I been getting these weird postcards from Touchnote Limited since September 15. They're kinda gross and mean, and sometimes I get two in one day. I told Touchnote about it, but they haven't said anything back to me. The postcards have my name on them and they know I'm retired. It feels like someone is trying to mess with me on purpose and it's making me really mad. I wish I could do something about it, but I don't know who's sending them. Maybe I should send a letter telling them to stop.

I got Touchnote app to send postcards to my family. I paid for a year subscription that has unlimited cards (just postage to pay). I sent 12 cards in the last month, but only 8 got to their destination. Two of the cards never made it, so I asked for a replacement. I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund, but they won't do it because of the terms and conditions. I want a refund because they didn't give me the service I paid for.

I used Touchnote last year and tried to cancel before my renewal date. Their online cancellation help offered me a 50% discount to stay, so I accepted. However, I was charged the full amount a month and a half later. I tried to cancel again and was offered 50% off the "next" year. I emailed customer service to cancel and get a refund, but they said I was past the renewal date and couldn't get a refund. I wanted to cancel before being charged, but their offer was deceptive. I haven't used their service and have been trying to cancel and get a full refund of $32.16, but they won't refund me due to their policy. They tricked me.
