Printerpix 50 page book

Absolutely garbage customer service. complete waste of money. I never received my order. then when i contacted them in order to get some info on the order, it took several hours on the chat app. and they were not helpful at all. they gave me a non working email, so i contacted them again. they again were no help. the customer service is absolutely terrible.

Printerpix Slow delivery service

I have ordered a canvas print for mother's day. That was my first time ordering from them so I wasn't sure how long it could take and decided to order in advance. My order was made month before mother's day and I thought that was enough time to deliver to my location, but unfortunately my order did not show up.
When I contacted PrinterPix they said that due to some issues shipment was delayed and that they need more time to deliver my order.
I am very disappointed with their poor service and will not use them again. By the way I still haven't received anything so I can't tell anything about the products itself.

Printerpix Metal photo

I ordered a Metal Photo (similar to the canvas photos) at the beginning of April for my daughter's bridal shower. The shower was last weekend and I still have not received the picture. I tried to call and cancel the order, customer service was going to charge me $10 to cancel. Why would I spend any more money with this company? I find it hard to believe that it takes a month to print a picture. Next time I will go to Wal-Mart. Would like my money back!

Printerpix All I want is my money back!

Ordered a photo book from them and when I received it I was terrified with its poor quality. Photos were very dark and printing was terrible. I contacted PrinterPix and demanded to fix everything. They agreed but asked for some extra money and since I had no other choice I paid.
I did not like the second book either so I demanded a full refund and these people told that everything was only my fault. They tried to make it look as if I was a bad guy!
All I want is my money back and I regret the day I ordered from this site. If only I had read the reviews earlier... Don't make the same mistake and don't deal with PrinterPix!

Printerpix Product not received

I am still waiting for an order I placed in Mid - December which is supposed to be a Xmas gift. After phone them loads of time, waiting about 30 minutes each time finally someone answered. They said I would received my calendar in next 2 weeks. It is Mid-February and I have never received aything. Emailed them asking for refund, never got an answer. Absolutely shocking company, Please DO NOT USE!

Printerpix Photo slate/customer service

Do not use this company! I do not know if they produce a good product because I did not receive it! I paid an additional $25 for expedited shipping. Spent hours trying to get thru on the phone and then get disconnected - Twice. I was assured my gift would be delivered for Christmas and it hasn't been shipped yet. The chat does not work and email responses take 2 to 3 days and all they say is we are checking into this. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Printerpix Customer service and product delivery

I purchased three Printerpix items and two did not show and 1 arrived severely damaged. When I called the toll-free number I was connected to someone not in the US. When I asked to speak to someone in the US, I was told that was NOT possible.
(I was not aware the company was in the UK until I started reading the several BAD reviews, but my items came from Lake Mary, FLorida)

I was told regarding the lost items I needed to do the legwork myself to locate the missing shipments through the USPS, mind you they were not sent via USPS. So, the USPS will not take claim. The item that was damaged I sent the photographs of the damaged items including bent photos and the photo arrived in the wrong size – it should’ve been 11X14 just like my Groupon stated (which the person on the phone confirmed) but for some reason I was sent 10x7.

I paid three individual shipping costs because there is not a single shipping rate for three items and I had prepaid vouchers for my items. I just want the items I paid for. 2 10x7 pics and 1 11x14 pic!

Printerpix 100 prints

I have used many different companies to print photos and have never experienced problems doing so, apart from with Printerpix. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time on the website trying to do the simple job of printing 200 hundred photos using 2 vouchers (each for 100 photos). The 'help' I received barely acknowledged my complaints and didn't answer my questions or solve my problems. From deleting all of my uploads after I've spent ages getting them onto the system to changing the number of pictures I want back to the default of 1 when I have repeatedly taken the time to go through them and pick out which ones I want 2 of, I have absolutely had it with Printerpix. I managed to use one voucher for 100 photos (as you can't use the two together for some reason) but didn't realise until later that they had added on an extra charge for HD gloss even though I didn't click this option. Because the system mucked up the photos I uploaded for my next order I need to delete them all and start from scratch but whenever I try to do so or when I try to proceed to payment an error message appears. Logging out, clearing web history, shutting down computer, using a different web browser or anything else they have suggested doesn't work. It tells me I have 0 uploads and when I add 20, it then says I have 400. I won't be using the second voucher - I have wasted more than enough time an effort on Printerpix and won't ever use them again.

Printerpix Bad company

I had a horrible experience with PrinterPix. I purchased a coupon and wanted to buy a coffee mug with it. I spent nearly two hours chatting with two different printerpix representatives. I wanted to put two pictures on the mug, but they told that they can put only one picture on it. They also said that I need to choose one picture and they will put in on both sides. My order was supposed to be free shipping. As it turns out, when I placed the order, there was no free shipping. But I had no idea about it. Shipping actually took almost two months, and I had to pay for it as well. I received my mug, but was quite disappointed with its quality. I actually cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Printerpix Coupon/customer service

I bought a coupon from them, a certificate for a metal print back in October. At check-out, I found out it was a trick - they were charging me an additional and unexplained sum of 9 dollars that I did not expect or agree to pay. I wrote to them twice with NO response. Kept getting automatic messages that 'someone will contact me'. No one did. So I called. And, yes, I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up. I kept calling and was put on hold. For a long time. Eventually, I waited until someone picked up. And, yes, it was all excuses - "they are just too busy to respond to tickets". She said she cancelled my coupon and would return the money. Her confirmation email mysteriously could not go through. I had to be firm to get her to use an alternative email address, saying I could not trust them. Thankfully, I got the email that "my money will be refunded". It's January 7, do you think they have refunded the money? Of course, not! I am going to request an investigation with my bank tomorrow. I will never deal with these thieves again!

Printerpix This is the worst company ever!

This is the worst company I ever dealt with. I made an order twice on this site and both times it has taken over eight weeks to get my items. After three weeks I sent a message asking where the order was and never got any response. When my books arrive one was damaged! I called PrinterPix to complain and was waiting on hold for two hours. Then I called again, but was disconnected! I called back a several days later and waited 45 minutes to talk to their agent. But he gave me only excuses. He offered me a coupon for my next order. But he didn't say anything about refunding the damaged book. Don't think I will be order again.

Printerpix Photobook

Dreadful customer service - refused to honour a voucher I'd purchased through groupon even though I'd spent hours doing the photobooks. They said groupon hadn't paid them even though full payment was deducted from my account. Said they'd print them if I paid another £35. Their passion is money - not photo's. Don't fall for their BS or trust them. Dishonorable scam artists & groupon not much better. CS rep had poor comprehension of English or else just couldn't have been bothered to listen. After waiting 30 mins to get through - you'd think they'd at least have d manners to listen. Haven't got my bill so imagine that'll be the final insult in this crap fest between groupon and printerpix... Don't get sacked in cos these "deals" are too good to be true...

Printerpix They haven't shipped my order and no gift as well

I bought two photo books through the company Printer Pix. I placed the order before Easter holidays, and I asked the seller if they could deliver it on time. I got the response that they have only one photo book and that they would get the second only after holidays. The rep also told me that they would ship it as soon as possible and would put small gift for me. But after holidays I got nothing from this company. It was unfair.

Printerpix Scam company - I never received products

I will never use printerpix ever again and I recommend that others don't. Since my awful experience I have read up other reviews and seems they all have the same experience as me.

I placed orders beginning of Dec 2014 and was waiting until mid Jan 2015 to receive them. I didn't receive them in the end and was getting so annoyed at being fobbed off that I rang up and told them to cancel my orders. I sent numerous emails which were ignored, I called up and was assured they would be sent out 'next week' and they even can't get their opening times right as it says 9-6 on the website but it's actually 9-5.

In the end I rang up and asked them to cancel the orders. These were for a christmas present and a wedding present and I received none of these which was awful as I had to let people down and not give them their present! Stick to snapfish and photobox!

Printerpix Seller couldn't provide the order within definite period of time

I created photo calendar on the website www.printerpix.com. After that I paid for it, and the seller provided the confirmation info. The delivery should take 3 weeks, but I waited 2 months and still haven’t received my order from them. I sent emails and asked the seller about the delivery, but this jerk told to wait and that’s all. Total rip off. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.

Printerpix The rep stopped to communicate with me and impossible to reach them

I spoke with the online agent from the website www.printerpix.com. I sent my photos for printing, but this scammer decided to mislead me. They took my photos and money, but after that all communication stopped. All my attempts to contact them failed. I have no idea what to do now, so I wanted to get any help from other people. Please, maybe someone can help me. Share your views.

Okay, waited an hour. No phone call. Let me run it down for you. Took three days to make a tribute calendar in honor of my father who passed away on Nov. 25. Tried to use the voucher (each one) to no avail. You charged me $40.98. Held for 10 min for customer service. Lisa was the rep. She was rude, had NO information and said my order would be cancelled but the shipping would still be charged at $7.99. The shipping on my receipt is $5.99. She argued with me but had no access to my order? Ridiculous. So the vouchers - of which I bought 4 at a cost of almost $40 are worthless, the calendar was not refunded and on top of all that; to cancel the vouchers you will charge me $30 each? Forgive me the term RIP OFF. But this certainly is. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. Your customer service is non-existent and you have tragic business practices. I will use every resource at my disposal to tell as many people how awful this experience has been and your company's absolute ignorance of my dilemma at this time of grief! All I want is my money back! I've made calendars with Shutterfly for years and NEVER experienced this level of horrible customer service. I regret I tried your company. Now I have no calendar to honor my Dad and out $100. It is the way you treat your customers! Badly! Ugh!

Printerpix They got my money and coupon, but I received completely nothing from them

I recently had the bad experience with the company Printer Pix. I ordered from them, but I made a mistake, so they charged me for full price and for delivery as well. I had a coupon with the discount, so I called to the customer services and explained the situation. The rep told me to send them coupon and they would return money. I send coupon and after that I haven’t received money and no info about the order. These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

Printerpix Damaged item/no call, not open

I ordered a picture on metal in early December 2013. The picture arrived the second week of January. It was damaged-bent and poor quality. I have tried called no less than 10 times the past three days. I have never got through. I emailed the company and haven't heard anything back. I called today and the recording said the company was closed and that their hours were until 6pm EST. It is now just 5:50pm EST and they are still closed.

I would strongly suggest that you never use this company again. It took over a month to receive the print and when it arrived it was damaged. I could have gone locally for a little bit more and I would have had the item sooner and not damaged.

Printerpix Cast iron criminals

Printerpix.Co. Uk are absolute, hands down criminals.

They will take your money, promise an order and deliver nothing. They don't respond to emails, never pick up the phone on their (Premium charging) customer service line, and should be avoided at absolutely all costs. I now have an outstanding order that is six weeks old, and despite repeated promises of getting it done they have produced nothing. They will lie to you, scam and cheat you, and are a bunch of thieves. Companies like this should not be allowed to continue trading.

Calendar was nearly finished, then the website crashed. It has a save button only, so I cannot load the saved project. Have to start over all again, while it was nearly fully created.

worst customer service . please don't buy groupon for printerpix.com or purchase /order anything from them. it a waste of money and time. garbage i will not buy this ever again outrageous shipping fee for faster delivery . i will never use this site again . i waited 2 hours and no answer customer is horrible and there chat session

If you use Printerpix then you only have yourself to blame. Quality is disgraceful. Customer Service is terrible. They make timeline promises they have no intention on keeping. How this company is still going is a miracle. Do not use them. There are dozens of alternative companies like this who are better. This company is bordering on a scam.

Exactly the same here. They are fraud and scam should be reported to a Watchdog. I bought a voucher through Gropon and while I reedem it on their website everything was fine and it said that my order was sucessful. After few days I realized that I have not received an iteam which I order, so tried to log in on their website to check where my parcel is no succes I called them but noone replied so finally I have emailed them. After few good days they come back to me that they expierienced some web problems and will look into my query whithin 3-5 days. It has been over a week now and noone even bother to reply to my email. I will try to get my money back contacting with groupon but it is just a waste of time. AVOID PRINTERPIX at ANY COST THEY ARE ### READ ONLIEN REVIEWS BEFORE YOU THINK TO PURCHASE NAYTHING FROM THEIR SITE. POOR AND HIGLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
