Prowest review: Repairs done to all damage to code and manufacture specs or full refund

on 11/30/2019 hired prowest to do a new roof with GAF Timberline HDZ they told me it has warranty to not blow of at winds up to 130 mph for amount home onwer insurance pays and they work with insurance to get code upgrade for decking replacement. Paid them 5,911.00 on feb 9 2020 to start and on march 20th gave them the final payment of 10,943.35. In june of 2023 I discovered the decking they installed over the back patio had warped up exposing the underside of the shingles, I contacted them many times before I finally got a response a rep came out and said yes, they will take care of it told me they would replace the entire back patio decking and the front walkway that was starting to do the same thing. They came out about a week later only replaced one sheet and replaced it with1/2 inch decking they had been paid for 5/8th to meet new code. They did alot of damage at that time to the house and the pool. They had to come back on 8/1 to repair damage and correct the warping. they had used 1/2 in many areas on the original work done in 2020 as well as wood that was delaminating the wood that was delaminating was not replaced so it's not the thickness to meet code upgrade. The work done at that time was not correct and they damaged more of the roof shingles and the pool as well as the stucco of the front of the house. They had to come back out again on 11/27/23 replaced some of the singles again and some decking, decking still not installed to code has no expansion gap in many areas and then in others the gap is over 1/4 inch. I have let them know many times about that and that still they have exposed nails and staples. They have stated many times to me that I do have the wind warranty but when I contacted the manufacture, they told me using staples void the wind warranty and all I have is the shingle defect warranty. They work done nov 27 the shingles did not get sealed. The cost to have the entire job redone today is 25,000 by a gaf masterelite installer so it has the blowoff warranty, the painting they did cost to paint today is now 2,692.84 They damage to pool will cost 16,000. to correct They have not responded to me in 2 weeks now after I ask them does that mean you plan to leave work not don't to code as when they said they wanted to finish the job with painting 4 weeks ago. they had no reply.
