They lied to me when I asked about getting my boxes and have had them for 4 months
They lied to me when I asked about getting my boxes and have had them for 4 months. I was supposed to do business with Flor de Mabut they sent this company instead. I made the money order to Flor de Maand somehow they accepted it. I have two different contracts from the same person. I just want my things back. They are important to me. Please help me.
In May , I hired a company to move my stuff from Orlando to PR
In May , I hired a moving company to relocate my belongings from Orlando to PR. All communications were with PRYCO Movers. The trucks, shipping, and PR warehouse were PRYCO's, with no sign of the initial company. The experience was awful. They mislabeled boxes, losing 20, and broke 15 furniture pieces. They overcharged by $2K due to improper assessment. Despite paying $500 for insurance, I've received no compensation as of July 2022. Constant contact with PRYCO and a visit to their chaotic Carolina warehouse yielded no results. I saw firsthand the rough handling of items, likely causing damage to my antiques. I've documented the damage and filed a claim, which remains unacknowledged. The Orlando rep was unhelpful post-payment, likely having secured his commission. I advise verifying mover's insurance beforehand, suspecting they pocket the fees without providing coverage. I've yet to hear from their insurer regarding compensation for the move's damages. Steer clear of PRYCO Movers.

On October 30, in Puerto Rico, this company picked up my mother's items
On October 30, in Puerto Rico, this company picked up my mother's items. On January 24, 2022, they came to bring my mother's items. They collected the money ahead before getting anything out of the truck, making us believe that everything was there. After collecting the money and getting some of the items out of the truck, they then told us that my mother's refrigerator and two plastic boxes with personal items were missing. We have been calling and talking with a person named Mr. M. They have been telling us different things every time, most of the time not even answering our calls. Today is March 12, 2022.

On Sept 13 PRYCO MOVERS picked up my furniture and 16 boxes
On Sept 13 PRYCO MOVERS picked up my furniture and 16 boxes. They told me they should arrive in Puerto Rico between Oct 31 to Nov 15 or so. The trailer arrived around that time. But I haven't received anything at all. And the only thing they give is excuses. The tax office in Puerto Rico is holding the trailers due to some paperwork issue. PRYCO claims they have fulfilled their obligations, but I'm still waiting. I asked for the trailer number so I can check if it's really there. But they said that information is internal to the company. I think there's more to it than that. All I want is my stuff that I sent with them to Puerto Rico.
On Aug 23,2023, I contacted Pryco Mover to inquire about a quote for shipping my items to Puerto Rico
On Aug 23,2023, I contacted Pryco Mover to inquire about a quote for shipping my items to Puerto Rico. I called [protected] and left a message. Eventually, they returned my call and I spoke to a person named John or Juan. I explained what I needed to ship, and he provided me with a quote. He mentioned that someone would contact me regarding the moving process. Later, I received a call from Puerto Rico at [protected]. They informed me that I needed to pay the first deposit, which I did for $570.00. On the date of pick up, Aug 31, 2022, I paid a second deposit of $500.00 in cash (I have the receipt).
I have been trying to reach them multiple times, but all I get are excuses. In December, I spoke to John, who mentioned that there were delays due to the holidays, but assured me that I would receive my items by January. Recently, I called the number [protected] several times, and now they are saying that my belongings are still in New Jersey. I am tired of the excuses. I have already paid them $1070.00, and I want my furniture and boxes. Nobody seems to know where my things are or when they will be delivered. I demand that they deliver my items and refund the full payment I have made.

In November , I filled out a form for a moving company to contact me about moving all my stuff from Brooklyn, NY to Moca, PR
In November , I filled out a form for a moving company to contact me about moving all my stuff from Brooklyn, NY to Moca, PR. This guy named John *** from La Flor De Mayo moving company reached out to me. He gave me a quote for the boxes and furniture and then had someone from Pryco Movers call me to collect a downpayment for the pickup. After some back and forth on the pickup date, on 11/27, 4 people showed up - 3 guys and 1 lady. Two of them said they were the owners, Diego and Alexandra. One of the guys had a Flor the Mayo movers shirt on. They spent the whole day packing up my stuff and promised to deliver it to PR within 2 months. I've been calling and contacting John *** and the Pryco Movers employees for months, but every time they give me a different excuse for why my stuff hasn't been delivered. I even emailed them recently, but no luck. I want all my stuff delivered right away or I want to be fully compensated for the value of everything in my home and get a refund for the downpayment they asked for before they even took my stuff.
On April 20, 2022, thirty boxes were picked up from an undisclosed location
On April 20, 2022, thirty boxes were picked up. I'm the one receiving them. The Moving ID is confidential. Things got confusing with the movers' arrival. Ramesis M, a salesperson, was fired subsequently. Javier from Florida later claimed to manage my case. On August 26, 2022, twenty-nine boxes reached Coliseum Tower, but box three is missing. It's March 3, 2023, now, and the company only says my box is at the docks. Puerto Rico's government needs details from Pryco to release the trailer. My box has reportedly been docked since August 2022. I've spoken with Nana, Joalice, Nydia, Beatrice, Manager Damaris B, and Supervisor Glendaliz F, who hasn't contacted me. Their incompetence, lack of commitment, and poor communication are infuriating. This moving company is the worst I've encountered. I implore you to assist in delivering my box; my patience has run out.
On 7/12/2022, I placed an order to have my house goods shipped from Orlando to San Juan
On 7/12/2022, I placed an order to have my house goods shipped from Orlando to San Juan. I left a deposit of $1019.00. On 7/14/22, I delivered my house goods to Pryco Mover in Orlando. I gave them items such as a Bed Frame Metal, a Grandfather Clock, a Queen Matters, a King Bed and Matters, 30 Boxes 18x18x28, and 1 set of Golf Clubs. They asked me to leave half of the balance, which was $1529.00, so I made a deposit of $764.40 on 7/14/22 when I left them my House Goods. The remaining balance of $764.60 is due upon delivery. They informed me that it would take about two months before I receive my items in Puerto Rico.
I started calling in the first week of September, and they told me it wasn't ready yet. I called in October, and they said the same thing. In November, they informed me that my shipment had arrived in Puerto Rico but was still on the docks, waiting for some special paperwork to be released. I called again in the second week of November, hoping to receive it by Thanksgiving, but there was no progress. When I called in December, they told me it was still on the dock, waiting to be picked up. At the beginning of Jan2023, I called again, and it was the same old story.
I even had a lawyer call on my behalf, but they just gave him a story. Today, on 2/13/2023, around 10 am, I called again, but the person who answered informed me that her supervisor wasn't in yet. I requested for her to return my call. It has been 7 months since this ordeal began, and the company has done nothing to help us. Dealing with them has been a horrible experience. I would like to explore the possibility of getting a refund for all the headaches we have endured. We have missed out on many special occasions due to not having our belongings. It's been tough sleeping on the floor on air mattresses for 7 months.
We did 2 transactions with Pryco Movers, one on October 13, 2022 and the other on November 9, 2022
We did 2 transactions with Pryco Movers, one on October 13, 2022 and the other on November 9, 2022. I've been in touch with them since day 1 asking when our stuff will arrive, but they always have an excuse for the delay. Last week we found out that this company has been doing business without the right permits since August 2022. Now we want to cancel our orders and get our money back, but they keep stalling and saying our boxes and vehicle will be shipped soon. I don't trust them anymore. My plan now is to go to PR and demand my stuff and money back, but I'm worried they won't respond. Many people like me are waiting for their shipments from PR to Florida and vice versa. The news in PR is trying to help people on the island and those of us in Florida. They say there's a storage place in Davenport, Florida with lots of cars and boxes from this company, and they're not helping customers get their stuff. I mention this to confirm the situation is true and out of control. I don't want them to move my things, I just want my money back without any trouble. With that money, I'll find another company and hopefully have a better experience. Let me know if you need more info to resolve this quickly.
I'm writing about Pryco Movers, a moving company based in Orlando, Florida that picked up my move in ***, Puerto Rico on November 12th,
I'm writing about Pryco Movers, a moving company based in Orlando, Florida that picked up my move in ***, Puerto Rico on November 12th. I was told multiple times that my move would arrive in Orlando, Florida and be delivered to my new home within 12 weeks. However, it has now been 9 months and my move still hasn't arrived at the address provided.
I've called the company's telephone number several times over the past 9 months, but the calls keep getting transferred to their location in Puerto Rico. They haven't been able to provide me with any information about my delivery. They keep telling me that there is no one at the location who can help me.
After 4 months of calling, I was finally told that my move had arrived in Florida and was sitting at the dock, waiting to be picked up by Pryco Movers' warehouse employees. The person at the Puerto Rico location told me to be patient and said that the Orlando office would contact me soon to schedule a delivery date.
Eventually, I called the Orlando, Florida location and someone answered the phone. The contact person there told me that my move was still just sitting at the dock, waiting to be picked up. Months have passed and I keep calling, but I always get the same answer. I even offered to pick up my move myself, but they said I couldn't do that until it was at the warehouse.
It's now been 9 months and I still haven't received a call from Pryco Movers. Every time I call, I get the same response: they're waiting for my move to arrive at the warehouse. I don't know what to do at this point, so I spoke with an attorney who suggested that I file a complaint against the company.
I'm extremely upset and worried because all of my personal belongings are packed in this move, including my passport, social security card, and other forms of identification. I trusted that they would be delivered safely. Can someone please help me with this issue regarding Pryco Movers?

Pryco Movers picked up 40 items from my home on September 2, for delivery.
On September 2, Pryco Movers came to my house to pick up my furniture and some boxes, a total of 40 pieces, to be delivered. I have tried numerous times calling their contact number, and the lady keeps telling me that my delivery is in the warehouse and that she will call me to give the delivery date, but unfortunately, it has not happened. So I need your help in getting my delivery. Thank You

We chose Pryco Movers to get our furniture moved from Puerto Rico to Ohio, everything went good when the company crew came to pick up all our furniture in Puerto Rico, we paid $3,360 for the move with $4000 in insurance to cover all furniture, the packaged goods came to us in Ohio three months with 1 day, as the crew unpacked the boxes and rest of the goods we noticed we were missing the entire full bed minus the mattresses and and 1 Tiffany lamp and there were a living room crystal chandelier that came broken, 5 different decorator colector vasses, 3 wall pictures that came in broken in pieces so far 4 weeks later neither our claims have been attended for the missing furniture pieces, nor the claim made to the insurance for the broken secured items on which we promptly following all procedures established by the moving company filed a claim (we filed the claim and sent the pictures of the broken items as instructed) and we have followed up more than a dozen times (we have all evidence of all telephonic conversations that we've had with all the personnel of the company starting in Puerto Rico, Orlando and New Jersey locations) and so far since Sept 4th that we started this process and so far all we've had from the company has been a runaround with interminable excuses of where are the missing pieces and the claim status on the filed claim. All this time I've been sleeping in the floor of my master bedroom because we don't have a bed where to sleep (my daughter bought me a inflatable bed and that's where I been sleeping pending to finally receive my bed. At this point we are wondering if our bed was delivered somewhere else, or if they lost it or if it was damaged beyond possible repair. We are only asking to get a reasonable explanation and compensation for all the damaged goods and lost items. We really do not want to escalate this situation beyond since is already has become a total nuisance to deal with. Product_Or_Service: Moving Service Order_Number: Same Account_Number:
