Horrible customer service. After the Haiti earthquake we started desperately calling in Haiti as my father was there. We made more than 5 failed attempts per day starting from January 13. When I received my bill I was SHOCKED! ALL our failed attempts have been charged even if we didn't talk (lines were and still are for the most part down!) We had several 1-minute and 2-minute calls on the bill for a total of $20. When I called the customer service the representative was rude and aggressive. I asked for a supervisor, she rejected it at first than the supervisor came and didn't even let me present the situation. No word of sympathy, NOTHING. In Quebec companies gave free calls to Haiti after the earthquake. I was charged for failed attempts! This is definitely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When most companies are concerned about being perceived as a good corporate citizen, this company shows by the people they hired that they do not care about customers at all. Check their BBB rating, too: unsatisfactory. There are plenty of other companies much better on the market. Don't waste your time and money with them. PS We still haven't heard from my father ...

I agree to this complaint totally. They have been charging people with all sorts of ridiculous fees and if u r not able to connnect they also charge you for 5-6-7 times in one minute. This is undoubtedly the worst company I have seen. They are making money just by harrassing customers and not by referrals and so on. Thumbs down!
Pulse Telecom doesn't even provide phone calls to Haiti. That means you are just a poor scammer who works for a competitor. You try to break our hearts and get talking about Haiti and sympathy. No way! I am with this company, I have asked for rates to Haiti & Burkina Faso and they told me they can't deal with any telecom companies in these two countries, so they can't provide services there.

I am with Pulse and for only $24.95/month I make unlimited phone calls to 16 European countries, USA and Canada.
Pulse tele com is the worst company in the world. they dont know what kind of business this is. they rip u off. they charge u hidden fees, always calculate ur minuets and make sure that ur being charged the right rate. also, they can change the rate at any time. they also offer lower rates to some of their customers and higher rates to other customers. they have this calculation where if you are not profitable, then you will pay more than others.
i knew someone who used to work there and he told me all their dirty work after he got fired. they also dont treat their employees well. they have [censor] for management. they became managers overnight and they know nothing about it. i feel bad for the people that have to rely on teh money they make there. they must be desparate. and so much wrong [censor] happens that people that work there end up getting used to it and they forget what is right. thats why most of u think the customer service is [censor]. they are all manipulated by the management.
they havent gotten raises in the past 2 years. the management there is pathetic.

Manazca is right, I'm with Pulse for more then a year, but this month will be the last. I have been charged for a lot failed attempts since the summer . The last bill is the top- about 10 $- all by 1 or 2 min, most by rates 30c the min. I called a couple of times- after 15 min on the line waiting for a representative, the connection drops out. I can not reach them for a second week. They charge you (according to my bills) even if you start to enter your long distance number but not completed you cancel (wrong entered number).
These happen to all long distance calls we do- to Canada, USA and East Europe
they overcharge me for $40 for tell. calls that I did not make, costumer service told me I have to wait 48h for manager to respond to
me .I can see they do not want to help me and they just f... with me .I will file comely with dept. of communication if anybody have same problem they should do the same.

I called Pulse Internet to resolve an issue with a bill I received. I was put on hold and my issue was not resolved. This is the worst internet customer service company I ever dealt with and they need to be investigated and lose there business license.
They need to be investigated and remove as a company.
