I am receiving numerous collections letters without details. Just letters stating I owe a certain balance, 6 letters total in 1 day, total amt of all letters is $3,450.05. No detailed information provided as to why, the letter for each only showing the creditor in which I have reached out to both my personal health ins & the creditors. My health ins had reached out to the collections company regarding additional info & was given dates of service in which my ins has never received any claims. I than reached out to each creditor & they also do not show any outstanding balances or any of these bills that the collection company is coming after me for. I am extremely concerned.
Due to the birth of a child we created a lot of medical bills. We have since paid all of those bills, and within the allotted period of time. BC Services has been harassing us and won't stop and won't properly respond to our requests. The first mailing we got from them was 20! letters. An absurd amount of mailings with very little info to determine what was due and most of them were in fact paid already. All of our bills have been paid (e.g., logging into University of Colorado Health shows our amount due as $0). I have since called and talked to someone at BC services 3 times and got a 'we will look into and fix it' and then haven't heard back from them, and still continue to get bills claiming we owe money. They clearly are not doing their job and are harassing us.

This is about a bogus $599.37 account that this BC Services has been traying to collect saying that I owe to some Company named I.E.S that operate in Carrollton Tx. I never had any services or anything from IES Carrollton PLLC. My Insurance Paid 100% for the services that I got from The Carrollton Medical Center and to the Doctor that was in charge for the 2 hours that I was in the Emergency Room. I did call several times to the Phone number for IES and nobody answer or it was a voice mail saying that it was no body to answer the phone. I do have all documents from my Ins Company to prove that they paid to for everything to the Hospital. Thank You

I have attempted to resolve an issue with BC Services, but have been unsuccessful
I have attempted to resolve an issue with BC Services, but have been unsuccessful. They insist that I owe them money, although they confirm that all the payments associated with an old insurance claim have been paid. My records show that I owe them a balance of $100. I have sent them the balance several times, but they ultimately return the check each time because the check has, "Paid in full" on the description line. I have sent them multiple letters, both through regular channels and through certified mail. Each letter has been detailed and contains a register showing the amounts paid and the balances due. Each time they refuse the check without an explanation, other than that they will not accept a check that says, "Paid in full". The last time I sent a check to them, was in July. They didn't respond until mid September, once again returning the check without explanation. I am really not sure how to resolve this issue, since they have been so poor at communicating what they want.

I received a letter from BC Services on July 27, letter dated July 22
I received a letter from BC Services on July 27, letter dated July 22. I tried calling their offices on July 29 to no avail; from what I was told their computer systems were down. I talked to someone on July 30, who said that they would contact the creditor, Medical Center Emergency Physicians to have a copy of a bill sent to me. When they finally gave me the date of service for this visit, 11/3, I was able to call United Healthcare which was who we had our health insurance with in 2019. I was informed by United that they rejected the claim based on the fact that the "professional component modifier" was incorrect for this claim. United Healthcare was nice enough to give me as much information about who the billing party was; and that the billing party was listed as Emergency Room Physicians, which is not what was on the letter received from BC Services. On July 30, I sent a letter, Priority Mail to their PO Box 1317 in Longmont, CO. which according to the USPS was delivered to them on 8/7 @ 12:10 PM, where I outlined the events of what had transpired. I have also stated to these individuals that had we ever received a bill from the creditor, I would have taken the matter up with insurance in a timely manner; and, perhaps the bill would have been paid, since I was at out of pocket expenses at that time with Lung Cancer. I have been told 2 times the week of August 17 by a *** and *** that they are working on getting a copy of the original bill to me so that I can get this matter resolved. Mr. also asked me to contact United and have United call them to explain, United told me yesterday, August 20 that they do NOT do that at all, which I relayed to Mr. in my phone call with him yesterday. He stated that he would get with his supervisor to try and remedy this situation. Still not sure why it has now been over 20 days since the request was originally made with my first phone call? I want a copy of the billing from Medical Center Emergency Physicians OR Emergency Room Physicians (whatever their true name is) because when you look them up and get a phone number it is actually BC Services in Bellaire, TX, which makes me even more skeptical of the validity of this claim. If this billing would have been handled properly from the get-go, I would not have a collection agency involved at this point, because whatever $ we MAY have owed would have already been resolved. I have also notified St. Lukes in SugarLand of this problem as well, because the phone number they have for Emergency Room Physicians goes back to BC Services - something is really rotten in Denmark.
