I went with a builder that I trusted because I have heard many great things about them. Recently I just bought this house from Pulte at Tenaya Springs. Scott & Peter are the superintendents at this community. I have pointed our major issues that are not correct, and they seem to not fix it. During orientation Peter was not valuing the customers desires. He thinks I am a Joke to him. I have repeated to him that i do not like something and does not seem to do anything about the problem. He stated unfortunately that is how it is, and you get what you pay for. I have not felt happy in any of the walkthroughs with this home. I am very unhappy and most likely never get a house with Pulte because of the type of quality control they have. He states he will have someone take a look at it but does not seem to care. He also states that is the way all of these houses are getting built and there is not much he can do about it. He did not let us do a blue tape walkthrough because he states that their team has walked and inspected everything. I have seen many areas where its noticiable to the naked eye. I feel embarrassed walking into this home and dont feel like Pulte has done their best job.
Desired outcome: I would like to get a different superintendent to please help me with my new home and dont want help from Scott nor Peter

PulteGroup has not bothered to provide you with the respect and quality you are entitled to as a client. Make sure that you take photos and detailed notes of everything that has gone wrong and send your complaint to the corporation’s office. Should the matter turn grave and they keep fobbing you off, you may want to find a licensed home inspector and have them formally classify the defects before making them work on repairs. In the event they ignore you completely seek out a neighborhood real estate lawyer and see if you can file a suit against them for breach of contract or poor service. Don’t put up with the amount of nonsense ‘you get what you pay for’ suggests – they owe you as a minimum an adequately finished house.
