I never wanted a membership
I went in and made it know I wanted a month to month trial basis in February 2022. I ask for another month in March 2022 but was told to "sign here" which stuck me with a membership which charges my account every month. Pure Barre has charged my account every month since even though I complained and was told by their office manager "no worries" when I completed my second month and told them I would not re-sign. I have yet to be paid back the 16 months of charges they continue to levy on my account every month. These people are rip off artist. Do not drink the Kool-Aid.
Desired outcome: All stolen charges paid back to me.

They didn't say how long the freeze would last. After a few months, they charged my card without telling me the freeze was over. They never said anything about it in emails either. I moved away and can't go to classes anymore, but they won't give me a refund. They didn't communicate well and it seems like they're trying to take advantage of people. Be careful if you're thinking about going there.
