I owned a house and Puroclean Emergency Restoration Services was called to repair the roof. They inspected it, but no repairs were made. When it rained, water leaked in. I reached out to my insurer for a roofer, but none were available. I sold the property and moved to Illinois, yet Puroclean still bills me $672.90 for unrendered services. Despite the due date being 12/28/2022, they persist in sending letters, which I want to cease.

Last year, my insurance company hired Puro Clean to clean my house after a fire. PuroClean sent carpet cleaners to clean the carpets that were damaged by smoke. They tried to clean the carpet three times. The first time they sprayed a solution on the carpet which left rust spots and too much water. I called PuroClean and told them about the damage. They sent the carpet cleaners back two days later to try again, but the cleaning machine broke and they left water everywhere. The next day they came back and cleaned the carpet for the third time. Now my carpet is ruined. The seams are coming apart, it's hard and crunchy, and it's discolored. I tried to contact PuroClean to replace my carpet, but Paul threatened me with legal action and said he would put a lien on my property if I didn't pay him in full. I think they should take responsibility for the damage they caused and their poor work.
