This review is about the plastic packaging for Fresh Step, which is owned by Clorox
This review is about the plastic packaging for Fresh Step, which is owned by Clorox. I got lots of codes to get bonus points from Fresh Step. I tried many times to enter the codes, but it doesn't work. I'm really frustrated with their product packaging. I think they should include a paper with the code in the litter package. Trying to reach out to Fresh Step is a total joke.
07/13 The new pawpointsrewards.com website rollout is being unfair by making everyone upload receipts for points
07/13 The new pawpointsrewards.com website rollout is being unfair by making everyone upload receipts for points. It's silly because The Clorox Company is making it hard for disabled folks who may not know how to do that, instead of giving them the easier option of manually entering the flap codes. And on top of that, there's the unnecessary expense of buying the right phone for the uploads, which is a financial burden for disabled people. It's a big discrimination issue. It's just not right in 2021.
I've been using Clorox all my life and never had a problem
I've been using Clorox all my life and never had a problem. I went to Sam's Club and got three cases after the COVID-19 virus started. I opened one maybe a month later and was about to clean when I accidentally got some on a colored dress I was wearing. Right away, I just knew I had ruined it. After a couple of seconds, nothing happened. A minute later, still nothing. At that point, I knew something was off. I went to the laundry room and opened all the cases to find out it was not bleach. When I poured it on a towel, it ate a hole in it but never turned it white. Everyone knows bleach on colored clothes turns your clothes. I've never had it eat holes in my stuff. I sent a complaint to the company and they wanted me to send a sample so they could test it, but they never sent me the stuff. They never sent me anything to replace the bad bleach. Three cases down the drain and the company could care less. Why would a company do that when we have COVID-19 going on? We really need good bleach at a time like this.
Clorox is sellin a product called Clorox Splash-Less Bleach but they don't put any info on the label bout the percent of sodium hypochlorite in
Clorox is sellin a product called Clorox Splash-Less Bleach but they don't put any info on the label bout the percent of sodium hypochlorite in it. Another Clorox product, Disinfecting Bleach, does say it has 7.5% sodium hypochlorite on the label. So I went to the www.smartlabel.org website like it said on the Clorox label to find more info bout the ingredients, but there was nothin bout the percent sodium hypochlorite. When I called the Clorox question phone number, the customer service person told me that the percent sodium hypochlorite is a company secret and they can't tell the public. That don't make no sense. Why would they put the percent sodium hypochlorite on one product but not another? Can't any college chemistry lab figure out this percentage? Why they gotta keep it a secret? What's Clorox hidin? Why they not bein transparent bout this product? Somethin ain't right. Clorox should be ashamed. If I could give zero stars, I would. But ComplaintsBoard.com says I gotta give at least one star.

I just bought the Clorox Commercial Solutions Bleach-Free Hand Sanitizer
I just bought the Clorox Commercial Solutions Bleach-Free Hand Sanitizer. I'm really bummed about the bottle's design 'cause the product leaked out from under the trigger spray, even though I had it closed tight. This sanitizer cost me a pretty penny, almost 20 bucks, and I've only used it once or twice.
I bought Chlorox *** Algae Eliminator2 to remove algae from my pool
I bought Chlorox *** Algae Eliminator2 to remove algae from my pool. I followed the instructions, and even added more of the product, but it didn't work. The algae in my pool is still growing a lot. I paid more than $20 for the bottle, so I expected it to do something. The store where I bought it doesn't accept returns. I want my money back.
I've had a frustrating experience with match.com
I've had a frustrating experience with match.com. Every time I reply to other members, I never receive any responses. They offer a boost my profile feature for an additional fee, promising more responses, but it never works for me. When I decided to cancel my membership, suddenly I started getting bombarded by members. It seems like many of the profiles are fake, created by match.com to entice new members and make more money. Ten years ago, match.com seemed like a more trustworthy site, with genuine responses and interactions among members. Now, it feels like a scam, just taking people's money.

I was cleaning my shower doors with Clorox clean up with bleach like I always do
I was cleaning my shower doors with Clorox clean up with bleach like I always do. I grabbed the shower door and the whole door broke into small pieces and cut my arms and feet. The noise scared my two year old son and he hid under his table. Clorox executive office denied my claim and said it wasn't their product's fault. Customer service asked me to email them a statement, pictures of the product, my damages, my home owners declaration documents, and two quotes for new shower doors. When I gave them all the documents, they rejected it within an hour.
Hey, hope you're doing good
Hey, hope you're doing good. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Clorox for being awesome and always coming through for me. I've been using their stuff for like 20 years and never had a problem, until now. So, I heard there's a recall for the 175-ounce Lemon product I bought. Been trying to reach out to Clorox, but no luck so far. I've got 4 of these bad boys and I'd really appreciate a refund, replacement, or maybe even a coupon. Thanks for hearing me out. Much respect.
I bought an 18 cup ultramax brita dispenser from Amazon like 3 weeks ago
I bought an 18 cup ultramax brita dispenser from Amazon like 3 weeks ago. I wake up tonight and there's water all over my floor, under my fridge, in my fridge...pretty much everywhere. Needless to say, the whole water dispenser emptied and was leaking all day while I was at work. This caused me not only a headache but wasted money on the product and it could have cost me more money in water damage. Luckily, I was able to move my fridge and clean all the water up. I bought this off of Amazon but there's a manufacturer defect. I definitely think I should get my money back, if not more. This product should be taken off shelves right away.
I bought a 5 gal bucket of Clorox chlorine tablets from a retailer for $99
I bought a 5 gal bucket of Clorox chlorine tablets from a retailer for $99. My pool turned green over several weeks while using the whole bucket. I got a different brand that fixed my pool in less than a week. I've had this problem before when chlorine tablets are stored outside in the heat at the store, leading to a loss of efficacy. I complained and sought a refund through their representative at KIK Custom Products Company. After numerous emails and much evasion, they agreed to a refund. Yet, after over three months, I've received nothing and they've ceased communication.
I bought the "Liquid Plumr Clog Destroyer Gel" from The Clorox Company, and it said on the bottle that there's a money back guarantee
I bought the "Liquid Plumr Clog Destroyer Gel" from The Clorox Company, and it said on the bottle that there's a money back guarantee. That's why I bought it. But when the product didn't work, I tried to get my money back using their guarantee. I went to their website at liquidplumer.com and clicked on the guarantee. I downloaded and filled out the form, which took a lot of time and was annoying. But then I found out that their refund offer expired on June 30. They're selling products with a guarantee that they don't support anymore, and that's misleading.
Fresh Step, a part of Clorox, gives Paw Points rewards for folks when they get a certain number of points
Fresh Step, a part of Clorox, gives Paw Points rewards for folks when they get a certain number of points. I ordered from their rewards catalog and never got the product. I tried many times to get them to send it or add the points to my Paw Points account. They only sent me a few emails asking for more info, but I never got what they needed. I replied to all the emails saying I didn't get their request for more info. I can't give them what I don't know they want. They sent me a final email saying they were closing my complaint because I didn't give them info. They never replied to any of my emails. I don't have any papers, just emails.
I bought fresh step products despite price increases because of the Paws's points I would earn, which I planned to redeem for future coupons
I bought fresh step products despite price increases because of the Paws's points I would earn, which I planned to redeem for future coupons. I kept purchasing the product, but when it was time to print the coupons, they didn't print. It falsely claimed that the coupons were printed when they weren't. I contacted the company multiple times, but their customer service is useless. They keep emailing me, saying they are escalating the issue, but nothing ever gets done. I also reached out to them through ***, where they asked for my address to send coupons, but I haven't received any. It's unfair to make consumers believe they will receive future coupons when they don't actually receive them. I want my coupons, and once I use them, I will switch to a competitor's product and no longer have any use for any Clorox products.
I been using this product for many years
I been using this product for many years. I bought the Clorox Wipes like always. It says it's good on metal on the canister, AND I been using it on the same door. This canister of wipes ruined a $1000 door. I used the wipes like I always do and came back 5 minutes later to the door having "bleached" out spots where the wipes ate through the metal. This the second time in a month I had a problem with your product. Your toilet wand wipes fell apart in my toilet where I had to fish it out after it clogging the toilet. I didn't make a big deal about it and your representative told me you know about this as you changed manufacturers...IF YOU KNEW ABOUT IT WHY YOU STILL SELLING THE DEFECTIVE ONES AND NOT PULLING THEM OFF THE SHELVES.? At this point I have a front door with bleach marks all over it which can't be removed or fixed. I poor! I trusted your quality and product as it always been reliable which why I don't buy the store cheaper brands. I NEVER expected to have my door ruined with your product. Your quality TERRIBLE lately as I should have learned from your toilet wand, instead I bought your Clorox wipes and wound up with a ruined front door. Look at the bottom of that door!
My incident number is [protected]
My incident number is [protected]. I have a *** stainless steel French door refrigerator. I spilled juice on the bottom freezer. I sprayed 409 on the top of the door of the freezer. When I wiped it off, the finish came off the top of the door. I sent pictures to 409 as requested, front and back of the 409 bottle as requested. They also wanted two estimates. I called a couple companies and they wanted to charge me to come out for the estimate. I sent the estimate to 409. I got a call today 09/23/2022 from an African American woman at the Clorox company, I suppose Clorox is the maker of 409. The woman proceeded to tell me that there was nothing in the 409 to take the finish off my fridge. The back of the bottle says the 409 was good for stainless steel. She asked me how much did I pay for my refrigerator. I told her around $1700. I had mentioned to her that I did not have the money for them to come out to give me an estimate. Its not fair either for me to have to pay for an estimate. When she heard the cost of my refrigerator she gasped and said to me thats why you dont have any money. She said I was expecting you to say the refrigerator cost $800. Im African American so I guess she felt comfortable talking to me the way that she was talking to me. I was somewhat shocked by her statement. Anyway, she proceeded to asked me to borrow from someone for the estimate. She said my claim was denied. I asked her if Clorox could call the vendor and send them the money for the estimate and she said no. She said she didnt know what my next steps would be since I couldnt get the estimate. I told her my next step would be to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. She said oh no! You dont want to do that. The ComplaintsBoard.com will just chop you up. She continued to talk but I just released her call because I didnt want to to continue going back and forth with her.
I've been buying Fresh Step Non-Clumping cat litter from The Clorox Company for 14 years
I've been buying Fresh Step Non-Clumping cat litter from The Clorox Company for 14 years. I always purchased the 14-pound bags for my 3 cats. Each bag used to fill up 3 cat litter pans perfectly. However, in the past year or so, I noticed that the 14-pound bags were no longer providing the same amount of litter. They were only filling up 2.5 cat litter pans. Every bag I bought seemed to be coming up short. To confirm my suspicion, I started weighing the bags as soon as I got home. And guess what? Every single 14-pound bag weighed only 13 pounds. I contacted the company a few months ago and sent them a picture of my proof of purchase along with a photo of the Fresh Step on a scale. They refunded my money, which was great. But I decided to give them another chance. I went back to the store (*** Store) and bought 15 more bags. However, this time, they had raised the price of each bag by almost a dollar. When I weighed these bags at home, they were even worse! They only weighed *** pounds instead of the supposed 14 pounds. I can't even imagine how much I must have lost over the past year when I didn't weigh the other bags that also seemed short. I'm sure they were short too. I contacted the company again, demanding a full refund. They made an incident report and promised to call me back, but they never did. Today, I called them again and they confirmed that they received the photos I sent them as proof of purchase. I'm still asking for a full refund. The company gave me a reference number for my complaint, which is [protected]. I spent $69.69 on 7 bags and $73.77 on 8 bags, making a total cost of $143.46. I attached the receipt and a photo of the 14-pound bags weighed at *** pounds. It's frustrating that they raised the price of this litter by almost $3 per bag and yet each bag is still short. It feels like I've been cheated. I appreciate any help you can provide.
I've been using Fresh Step litter since a while back
I've been using Fresh Step litter since a while back. We had 3 cats at that time, but then we found a kitten in our chicken coop in Dec 2017. It took a few tries to catch her, and by then she was pregnant and had 5 kittens. So now we have a total of 9 cats using Fresh Step litter. The 8 lb bags cost around $14.00, and I also use a pad under the litter to make it last longer for each of the 3 litter boxes. Fresh Step has a Paw Points Loyalty Program. When you buy their litter, you get a Paw Point Code to enter into their website. Once you collect enough Paw Points, you can choose rewards from their catalog. This program helps me save some money since I buy litter often. I use my Paw Points to get coupons. For example, you need 425 Paw Points to redeem a $4.00 coupon that you can use on your next litter purchase. However, I've been having issues with Clorox Company/Fresh Step customer service since 2015. When I enter a Paw Point Code, sometimes it says the code is no longer valid, even though I just bought the litter that day. I tried contacting the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at their office, but I was told that the Paw Points Loyalty Program can only be reached through email. They don't have a phone number for customer service. I've been receiving generic responses from their email addresses for the past six years. I also tried reaching out to GetHuman and the Paw Points team directly, but they haven't been able to help me either. Despite the customer service issues, all my cats like this litter and it does a good job.
On 3/2, I received an email from Fresh Step for a code to receive an extra 50 bonus points
On 3/2, I received an email from Fresh Step for a code to receive an extra 50 bonus points. I tried to login to my account and enter the code on many occasions and it did not work. I emailed Fresh Step various occasions about the problem and they never got back to me. I am very frustrated with this company not responding to my emails! I would call them, but their site does not provide a number. If you offer your email address to contact you, you should be customer friendly and answer the email.
