Kindly assist passangers who travel on Route 5513 from Kwaggafontein (a) to bronkhorstspruit last BUS 5-30am with a proper BUS, since this section was allocated with a new transport officer. He is failing us dismally soh.
When we try calling him he does not answer our calls, or will answer harshly in a bed manner.
Monday 10/12/2024 we did not have a BUS to go to work even today 11/12/2024 the same story repeats it self no BUS.
This raise concerns on our side as passangers that why while the BUS were reporting to Nkangala transport office we never experienced this challenge. Why is the current transport office failing mpumalanga passangers.
Can this missmanagement error be looked at as we suffer for just a transport office who doesnt give a piecefull mind of how passenger cocerns are.
Hope my concern and complain will be ealt with soonest.

Claimed loss: Already just by 2 days I,ve spend more than what i normally spend on a weekly basis. Taxi to Cullinan R19, Taxi to Rayton cost R25 return. Taxi to sheldon R15 return.
Desired outcome: Driver number 53399 was allocated with a permanant BUS, we request our BUS to come back.

Clearly, Putco’s management on this route is lethargic and failing passengers. If need be, escalate your complaint to the regional transport authority of Mpumalanga or Putco’s higher management. Emphasize on the transport officer’s repeated disruptions and unprofessional conduct. Request for the immediate reinstatement of reliable bus services. Still, organizing the passengers to demand accountability makes sense as it is different for them to dismiss a collective voice.
