Top-Notch Customer Service and Quality Products: My Experience with Radwell
I was in need of a power supply and stumbled upon Radwell's website. I was able to easily find the part I needed and was pleasantly surprised by the price. I decided to give them a call and was greeted by Miss M. K. She was able to answer all of my questions and I felt confident in placing my order with her.
After placing my order, I received a confirmation email that gave me the impression that Radwell is a conscientious company. I was excited to receive my part and was not disappointed when it arrived. The box had a customized logo that was impressive and the packing was WOW. The bubble wrap was excellent and the taping was smooth and centered. The box itself was new and not made from recycled materials.
Overall, I had a great experience with Radwell and would definitely recommend them to others in need of parts. Their customer service was top-notch and the quality of their products and packaging exceeded my expectations.
Radwell Goes Above and Beyond: A Review of Their Definite Purpose Contactor and Sweet Surprise
I recently bought a definite purpose contactor from Radwell and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. The item arrived in good condition and was packaged well. But that's not the only reason I'm writing this review. I was pleasantly surprised to find a little bag of candy included in my package! My daughters were thrilled to see it and it didn't cost Radwell much at all. It's the little things that can make a big difference in customer satisfaction. So, kudos to Radwell for going above and beyond to make their customers happy. Keep up the good work!
Radwell: The Real MVPs of Industrial Automation Parts and Equipment
Radwell is the real deal! I gotta give a shoutout to Dave Felix and the rest of the crew for holding it down all year long. They always come through with the goods, and at prices that don't break the bank. As a Field Service Technician, I rely on Radwell to keep me stocked up and ready to roll. They never disappoint. I'm talking top-notch service, people. These guys know their stuff and they're always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of.
I mean, let's be real here. It's not easy finding a company that you can trust to deliver quality products and service every single time. But Radwell is the exception. They're the real MVPs of the game. And I'm not just saying that because I'm a satisfied customer. I'm saying it because it's the truth.
So if you're in the market for industrial automation parts and equipment, look no further than Radwell. These guys are the real deal. And with 2016 just around the corner, I'm feeling pretty darn good knowing that they've got my back. Thanks for everything, Radwell. You guys rock!
Sincerely,

Radwell Review: Incompetent and Unreliable - Don't Risk It
I gotta say, I've had a couple run-ins with Radwell and it's been a real bummer both times. They just can't seem to get their act together, if you know what I mean. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them unless you're willing to take a big risk. Honestly, it's pretty unlikely that you'll get what you paid for. And if something goes wrong, don't expect them to have any good ideas for how to fix it. They'll probably just give you a bunch of excuses and leave you hanging.
On the bright side, they do include some candy with their industrial items. I mean, who doesn't love a good tootsie roll, right? But let's be real, that's not gonna make up for the fact that they can't seem to get an order right. It's kind of weird, actually. Like, are they trying to distract us with candy so we won't notice how bad they are at their jobs?
Honestly, I'm surprised they're still in business. I wouldn't be surprised if they go under soon. They definitely won't be getting any more of my business, that's for sure. I just can't stress enough how incompetent these people are. If you're smart, you'll stay far away from them.
Radwell Review: Slow Operations and Hit-or-Miss Quality for Parts Sourcing
Radwell is a company that I have been using as a source for parts since 2013. They are known for their slow speed of operation, which can be frustrating if you need your parts quickly. If you don't pay the expedite fee, you will have to wait longer than any other supplier. It's a shame that if they have something on the shelf, they don't ship it out the same day. It would save a lot of time and hassle.
The quality of the parts can be hit and miss. I have had problems more than once with ordering, excessive wait times, and getting parts shipped to me that are broken. It's not ideal, but sometimes it's a last ditch effort. They have, in the past, provided obsolete parts that I could not locate anywhere else. That's a big plus in my book. But usually, if I am looking for parts at Radwell, the machine I am working on is heading for the boneyard anyway.
Overall, Radwell is a decent source for parts if you have the time to wait and don't mind taking a chance on the quality. If you need something quickly or are working on a critical machine, it's probably best to look elsewhere.
Radwell Delivers Exceptional Refurbishing Services for Outdated Equipment
We're super happy with the work that Radwell has done for us. They've fixed up some equipment that was in really bad shape, and it all came back looking and working like new. The time it took to fix everything was always faster than they said it would be, which was a nice surprise. And the cost was totally reasonable - they always stuck to the quote they gave us.
The equipment we sent in was really old and outdated, so we weren't sure if anyone would be able to fix it. But Radwell knew exactly what to do and had all the parts and expertise they needed to get it working again. This was actually our second time working with them, and they've saved us a ton of money and downtime both times.
We're definitely going to keep using Radwell for all our refurbishing needs. They're just really good at what they do, and they always offer us different options if they're available. We've got some new challenges coming up, and we're excited to see what their staff can do with them.
Disappointing Experience with Radwell: Refurbished PLC Module Arrived Faulty and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a "refurbished" Allen Bradley plc module from Radwell. I paid extra for the "refurbished" option and also paid extra for two day shipping. However, I was disappointed when the unit arrived ten days later and immediately displayed a critical error fault that was non-recoverable. I bought the module from their online store, but I never received an order confirmation or tracking information.
Returning the module was a time-consuming nightmare. It took me a while to get an RMA and pay for shipping. A few weeks later, the module found its way back to my desk. I made many phone calls and sent numerous emails, but I was told that more than 30 days had passed, and I could not return it for credit. Instead, they "repaired" it and returned it to me.
I put the module on a network, but it was dead on arrival. I didn't want to waste any more time with them, so I decided to write this review. I wish I had my $719 back. If you're considering buying from Radwell, do so at your own risk.
Unreliable and Overpriced: My Experience with Radwell's Rush Repair Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Radwell. They talk a big game about their "Rush Repair" times, but let me tell you, they charge double or even triple what a normal repair would cost for a 1-2 week turnaround. And even then, they don't even meet their own quoted repair times! It's like they just say whatever they need to in order to get your business, and then they don't follow through.
I sent in a product for repair and confirmed everything with them, but they still didn't meet the repair time they quoted me. And when I asked them about it, they just gave me some BS excuse about having to order parts. Like, come on, if you knew you didn't have the parts, why did you quote me such a short repair time in the first place? It's like they just want to make sure you're stuck using them, and then they don't even bother to keep you updated on the status of your repair.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They're a total joke. If you're looking for a reliable repair service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
Mixed Experience with Radwell: Blind Bid Disappointment and Good Customer Service
So, I recently sent a whole pallet of electronics to Radwell on a blind bid. It weighed 321 lbs, and I was hoping to get a good payment for it. However, when I received the payment, I was disappointed to see that it was much lower than what I was expecting. When I asked them why, they told me that they were overstocked on many of the items that I had sent.
I was confused because I thought that as long as the parts were good, I would get paid for them. But apparently, even if the parts are good, Radwell won't pay you for them if they already have enough in stock. This was a bit frustrating for me, especially since I had agreed to their blind bid offer upfront.
However, I do recommend that if you have the knowledge to identify your parts and send them a list for bid first, you should do so. That way, you'll know upfront what your parts may be worth and won't be disappointed with the payment later on.
Despite this experience, I recently found out that I had purchased a part from Radwell in December 2020. After paying for it, they notified me that the part had some cosmetic damage and sent pictures to see if I still wanted it. The part was acceptable and warranted for 2 years, and Radwell even waived the same day rush fee.
Overall, my experience with Radwell has been mixed. While I was disappointed with the payment I received for my blind bid, I was pleased with their customer service when I purchased a part from them. So, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect my overall experience.
Poor Customer Service and Quality Control at Radwell - A Disappointing Experience
I had a big problem with one of my machines that needed to be fixed as soon as possible. I searched on Google and found Radwell. I called them and they said they had a used motor on the shelf, but they needed to check it first. They promised to ship it the next day, but when I called them the next day in the late afternoon, they said it hadn't shipped yet. They said they would call me back to let me know what was going on, but they never did. I called them the following day, but still no answer on what was going on. At that point, I sent the original bad motor out to be repaired as a backup because I wasn't getting any answers from Radwell.
Finally, on the third day, I got an answer. They told me that the shaft was bent and that they were going to send it to a machine shop to get it fixed. I got the motor two days later, but when I put it in, it didn't work. I talked to a local machine distributor, and they suggested that I send the drive and motor to a repair shop that they use. I sent them out, and it turned out that the drive was bad and the motor that Radwell sold me was also bad with a bent shaft. I had both of them repaired at another repair shop.
I called Radwell to see if they would cover the cost of the motor rebuild only. The representative asked for the details and told me he would get back to me. One week went by, and I didn't get a call back, so I contacted them via email to ask what was going on. I didn't get a call back, so I called again and left a message. Finally, I got a call back telling me that they wouldn't cover the cost of the motor rebuild because the motor should have come back to them. I explained that the machine had been down for 1-1/2 weeks, and I had 30 minutes to get it to the shipping company. They decided not to refund any of the repair cost to me.
Between not getting any answers and sending out a bad motor, I won't use Radwell again.

Disappointing Experience with Radwell International: No Refunds Policy
So, I was checkin' out Radwell International for some parts I needed, but man, was I disappointed. They don't give refunds, even if they didn't ship the item yet! That's just not cool. I mean, what if I changed my mind or found the part somewhere else? I don't wanna be stuck with it. So, I gotta say, look somewhere else for your needs. Don't waste your time with Radwell.
Terrible Experience with Radwell: Incompetent Experts and Useless Customer Service
I gotta say, my experience with Radwell was pretty bad. I mean, I don't know what kind of people they have working there, but their so-called "experts" are just plain incompetent. It's like they don't even bother to test the stuff they send out, because half the time it doesn't even work. And when you try to get in touch with customer service, forget about it. They're useless too. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Radwell to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Unreliable and Overpriced: My Experience with Radwell
Radwell ain't no good. They say they got stuff in stock, but they really don't. Even on eBay, they ain't got nothin'. And if you do buy from 'em, they gonna charge you fifteen bucks for no reason. Unless, of course, you buy on eBay and they actually have it in stock. But who knows if they do or not? Can't trust these guys.

Disappointing Experience with Radwell: Defective Product and Delayed Refund
So, I bought this electronic part from Radwell. It was used, but they said it was tested good. But when I got it, it was defective. I was so mad, you know? I mean, I paid good money for it and it didn't even work. So, I sent it back to them. But it took forever to get my refund. I had to send so many emails and make so many calls. It was a real pain in the neck. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, you know? Just stay away.
False Advertising Alert: My Negative Experience with Radwell.com
I recently had an experience with Radwell (radwell.com) and it was not a good one. I was looking for some parts for my machinery and came across their website. The prices seemed reasonable, so I decided to place an order. However, when I received my invoice, I was shocked to see that the price was almost 50% higher than what was listed on their website.
I immediately contacted their customer service to inquire about the discrepancy. They told me that the prices listed on their website are not always accurate and that they reserve the right to change them at any time. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with their response. I felt like I had been misled and taken advantage of.
In my opinion, Radwell is a false advertiser. They lure customers in with low prices, only to charge them much more than what was advertised. This is not an ethical business practice and I would not recommend doing business with them. Until they honor their listed pricing, I would avoid this company at all cost.
Overall, my experience with Radwell was a negative one. I hope that they will take steps to improve their business practices and be more transparent with their pricing in the future.
Disappointing Experience Selling Electric Components to Radwell
So, I tried to sell some electric components to Radwell, but let me tell you, it was a real hassle. They promised me one price, but when it came down to it, they didn't deliver. And get this, they claimed that some of the items I shipped to them weren't even received! I mean, come on, I sent everything on their list.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend selling to them through eBay or Marketplace either. You're better off trying to sell elsewhere if you want to make some real money.
Overall, my experience with Radwell was pretty disappointing. I wouldn't bother with them again.
Disappointing Experience with Radwell: Unfriendly Salesperson and Poor Communication
So, I gotta tell ya, my experience with Radwell was not great. I was trying to get a price from them, and let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth. The sales person, Peggy Dougherty, was not the friendliest gal I've ever talked to. She took forever to answer my questions, and when she did, she was pretty darn rude about it. And don't even get me started on how many times I had to leave a message on her voicemail. I mean, come on, Radwell, get your act together! I don't know what kind of management you've got going on over there, but it's not working. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them anytime soon.
Stay Away from Radwell: Poor Service and Rude Staff
Radwell is a company that buys automation stock, but let me tell you, they don't make it easy for you. You gotta do all the work yourself! They won't even send someone to check out your parts. Nope, you gotta send 'em all in and hope for the best. And if you don't like their valuation, well tough luck buddy, you gotta pay to get your stuff back AND pay them for the "labour" of valuing it. What a bunch of baloney! And don't even get me started on their staff. Rude as can be. I'd say stay away from Radwell if you know what's good for ya.
