I was helping a friend by letting them do a demo in my home. Of course I loved the vacuum it self, so I decided to do a program that had going on. I could get mine free if I did a program called Go4it. All I had to do was do 12 demos to couples and sell just 2 in a matter of 6 months. We'll I sold 9 and did my program in a little over a month. Now this is where they get you at. After completing the program they were to issue me a check in the amount of the rainbow which was $2595 this is all they told me at the time of sale and if I make a 13th sale I would get a bonus check for 1300.00. I received a check for $2600. from Rainbow, I go to pay it off he credit company tells me he payoff is $2800. I'm saying that's not what Rainbow told me... the credit company even said they are getting tired of Rainbow not explaining how it works to the customers. Anyway I paid it off, I then make the 13th sale and request a bonus check. That took about three weeks of emails and phone calls back and fourth to rainbow and customer service. I finally get a email saying my 13 sale was not A-line credit so it was denied...WTF! The couple I sold to still has there rainbow and doing the program so how is it not a-line credit! That was just an excuse not to honor the 13th bonus check I was entitled to! Stay away from this customer they want you do all the work and hold up there end. They don't tell you everything when trying to get you to buy! I will be reporting them to BBB and anyone else that will listen.

Well I did the program as well. You obviously did not pay attention to the rules. You had 6 months to show 12 couples and as long as you got 2 A-line sales then you got your system for free. Oh and you also forgot to mention that you got over a 1000 dollars in accessories for free just for taking them to people's houses. I.E. Mopping system & shampoo'r and a car care kit. A line credit is just someone with decent to good credit. What you have to understand is finance companies today pay a company a certain % based on someone's credit. So if you took them to someone with crappy credit they can't afford to pay the 1300.00. They probably actually lose money when selling to people who get approved by the skin of there teeth.

You MUST BE A DEALER! I tried my best to follow every rule of the program. The accessories come once THEY say you have completed the program! Their communications with each department is CRAPPY! The machine is NOT new. It is used as a demo until ut sells...Then one if my friends asked us it New, the dealer said yes...Lies you tell! I was in my friends bathroom washing the bowl out that had dirt residue all in it! Please stop telling people the pretty and balance it out with the ugly! While waiting the 2 months for them to send me my final emal and check, they lie to me again...I need to do another demo...LIE..LIE LIE...3 STRIKES AND YOUR DONE!@

This is one of 3 company names that are running a Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner scam. The other names are Dust Be Gone and Domestic Technologies. Dream machines is owned and operated by Vicky and Chris Giangregorio. They use fake names for their contact info and a UPS box as their address. The real address of this business is 71 Pine Grove Rd. Locust Grove, Georgia, 30248 where they have a service center and 100 Park 42 Dr Suite B, Locust Grove, GA 30248 where their administration office is. [protected] is a number that rarely gets answered. The SCAM they run is called the Go4it program www.go4it.club. They will get you to refer your friends and family with the promise of getting a free Rainbow Vacuum, but less than 10% of people get what the sales people promise. They are a bunch of liars!

Rainbow Go4it program is a scam. I accepted the Rainbow Vacuum knowing after I was told about the Go4it program of selling 2 vacuum to my closest friends and relatives. I was told that I only had to do 12 shows to be qualify for the full payment of the vacuum. I sold three vacuums. At the ninth show, I ask for confirmation of completed shows and was given the correct # of shows. Upon completion of my 12th show, I requested my gifts and compensation check to pay off the vacuum. After a few emails, I received a reply back from Norma, (the crook) that manages the program stating that one of my show was disqualified and that they had sent me out an email stating this and I did not respond back.

If someone calls you and said they drew your name for a FREE aromatherapy machine that you filled out at Bikes & Blues, HANG UP. It's not a free gift like they lead you to believe at their kiosk. What it is, they bring your "gift" out and before you get what you WON by having your name drawn is, you have to sit through the presentation for the Rainbow Cleaning System. So, your name WASN'T drawn by luck. They went through ALL the slips filled out, under false pretenses, and picked the LOCAL names.

This is a complete scam. I told them I can't afford to buy it but I would like my "gift" that I won by having my name drawn. She said, "So, you'll be willing to look at the cleaning system and it could last 45 to 90 minutes." I said "No, I don't want to see it." She said "Ok, thank you then." AGAIN, I said "But I want what I WON when my name was DRAWN." Well, ONLY if I sit through the presentation. The Company name is: New Promise and their phone number is: [protected]. If you get a call saying your name was drawn and when can they come by to give it to you... they will be trying to give it to you... you know the gimmick at BB & BBQ.

This place didn't have any Rainbow units there. All they had was the aromatherapy machines. When they called me yesterday, they said they will bring it out, show you how to use it, how to clean it and show you the bigger unit... BIGGER UNIT. No mention of Rainbow vacuums. TOTAL dishonest. I wish I could see them again at some other rally etc.

So I thought I was going into something easy to do when I choose the go for it program but this is just a time bomb waiting to explode. Rainbow does not pay you the complete money to pay for the Rainbow after taxes and interest from the 3rd party lender who pays Rainbow & gave you a loan. Next they disqualified your show for the stupidest reason if they don't get a sale. I did 16 shows as of today and only 11 qualified... Simple stuff as 1 of the couple work full-time but is on call because of her injury and the other that keep freaking me out is if 1 of the couple parent live in the home. It's call a multi-family home. It even gets worst if you tell the rep who is doing the show that the mother help with some bills because staying with them...

Now yesterday 10/20/16 I did a show thinking everything was ok because I didn't see anything wrong. About 20 mins later the rep Jason call to say your show was not qualified because it's a multi-family home due to the fact the mother live in the home & the husband told him she does help them pay their mortgage. Now mind you the mother already told the rep all 3 names are on the title because they just purchase the house together. He didn't find a problem with it then. We watch the demo for 2 1/2 hrs or more after he had a problem with it because they didn't purchase... Mr. Jason had the nerves to blob "he never seen a ** family lived like this before". Then Jason (rep) said "I'M not being racial or anything..." So what are you being then Jason?

He is a huge white man that kept pulling his XL t-shirt off his 5x belly & we didn't discriminate because that is not the way to treat people. If he didn't say what he said I wouldn't even go there right now. Jason DID not give the family the hotel weekend that was supposedly to be a token of their appreciation to each house they go into to do a demo purchase or not. I think Jason is rude & racist. Don't please don't take it unless you want to have sleepless nights. I have met a few nice rep but Mr. Jason is the worst.

DO NOT BUY THIS VAC. It is a rip-off. They will charge you 24 percent interest and for your 2300 dollar vacuum, after 2 years of paying 89 a month with 49 a month in interest, we still owe 2100 dollars. We're cancelling the automated payment and contacting our attorney. High-pressure sales and empty promises were delivered and we got a defective vac and we did not get the fragrances or the humidifier or ANYTHING we were promised.

Rainbow lied to us and is now STEALING our money. I have no receipt or order number because this was a set-up from our relative who gave out our PII illegally and hooked us up with this pyramid scheme. The vac is great, it's just not worth 2500 bucks. Maybe 250 bucks, but not TEN TIMES THAT. This doesn't work any better than our Bissell upright. I am extremely unsatisfied, especially at the raping of our bank account. We are stopping payment and we don't care about the credit hit. Come get this piece of ** and stop charging us a hundred bucks a month for eternity.

After a demo I decided to buy the Rainbow Vacuum using the Go4It program. This is the big mistake in my life. The rep used tactic to make me buy. I called the rep the third day because I changed my mind. I did want to return the item. Never heard about him. I called several times, send email to the customer manager but she told me it's too late. I tried to book friends for the demo, I couldn't find any rep. I ended up with a bill over $3000. I never told by the Rainbow agent that it will be financed by another company. They asked me to filed for bankruptcy which I don't want to. JANE FROM DOUGLASVILLE you can contact me. I would like that to stop. This is a scam. Be aware people.

A friend asked me to sit for a demo for her in other to keep hers for free. So I and my husband sat for 3 1/2 hours to watch the demonstration. I liked the cleaning power of the Rainbow and decided to keep it and do the same "go4it" program my friend did. The price after a $600 discount was supposed to be $2760, which would be reimburse by Rainbow after completing 12 "approved" shows. I did 13 shows in less than 40 days. 4 of my friends kept the Rainbow. I then requested for my $2760 check, and a representative emailed me stating only 9 of my 13 shows were qualified. I then requested for the list of the unqualified shows and the reason it was disqualified but they never responded to my mails nor my calls. Mind you, I followed their qualification guidelines thoroughly and I knew I met all their requirements, but Rainbow refused to keep their own side of the deal.

They are looking to enslave people and enrich themselves at the process. I called the finance company to pay off the Rainbow but the crooks only accepts debit and MasterCard. The payoff price excluding the interest and taxes was $2948.92 instead of $2760 as advertised by all the rainbow representative. I do have a full video of their demo secretly recorded, so as to expose their lies. Sabrina and her husband Javier heads the Roswell office of scam. It's about time we expose their fraudulent acts and safe future victims. I already contacted Jim Strickland of wsbtv, so if you want to join me to put an end to this scammers, contact me.

This is a direct sales company that I allowed in my home. They have unethical business practices and before my complaint already obtained an F rating.

My Wife and I purchased a Rainbow air purifier on July 11th 2015 after agreeing to do a demo inside our home. The salesman ***** ********* brought his daughter to our home to assist him with the demo and upon completion of the demo he briefly detailed a way that we could earn our money back from the purchase if we agreed to buy a unit from him that day. It was a program called the ride along program that consisted of 12 qualifying demos and two sales within 180 days. ***** assured us that if we could get his team inside 12 peoples homes that his team would make the sales and that it would be an easy process.
Upon completion of 15 demos and four sales we have been told by *****'s office that our due date is up and that our program was unsuccessful. The issue with this is that their office does not communicate which demos or sales are "qualifying" which leads you to believe that if you do not hear otherwise then it must have been a successful demo or sale. Its as if from the very beginning of our program they were trying to set us up for failure, by not communicating details and not answering our questions about who they deem as "qualified".
Two of the families that did a demo for us bought the unit and then decided to return it a few days later, but no one from *****'s office communicated to us that they were returned.
Two other families that did demos for us had previously done Rainbow demos within the past 5 years so they did not count as a "qualifying" demo, but *****'s team neglected to tell us that until days after our demo was done. They did not want to cancel it ahead of time incase the demo resulted in a sale so they decided to waste all of our time and secretly continued on with an unqualified demo.
One of the demos resulted in a sale in which the family decided to finance the unit. Weeks after the demo took place it came up in conversation by one of *****'s team members that the sale did not count as "qualified" because there was an issue with processing the financing and the family had to come up with a second payment type. Even though the demo resulted in a sale we did not receive credit due to *****'s definition of "qualified" that seems to be on a sliding scale, a moving target in whatever direction benefits him best.
This past Monday my wife texts ***** asking him to clarify when the due date of our program is up. She lets him know that we have a family wanting to do a demo and that they have already committed to us that they would be purchasing a unit and paying cash. My wife got no reply so I called and left him a voicemail and texted him as well. After four business days go by we get an email from *****'s office saying that our program expired the prior day and that we were unsuccessful. It's as if they did not want us to succeed, they kept quiet on details until after our due date in order to make it impossible for us to complete our program in time.
With all of this being said, the most frustrating part of doing business with these crooks is that they all sell themselves as upstanding Christian people that really care about their customers and serving their community. Their demeaning emails, lack of communication, and poor business ethics define their true character. We love our Rainbow air purifier, but because of our experiences with ***** and his team we will never refer anyone to them or their products.

Our problem is that we devoted a lot of time and energy in supporting this company and they repaid us by using a legal technicality in our agreement.
Dear Friends,

We are sharing our story so others can avoid a similar situation.

On February 28, 2015, we participated in a demo by a representative of Domestic Technologies, Inc. of a Rainbow machine. We did the demo for our friends who were doing the Go4it program. We purchased the Rainbow on February 28, 2015 for $2, 777.72 which included sales taxes and decided that we would do the Go4it program too. The program requires that you take representatives of the company to 12 of your friends and family and have 2 sales within 180 days. If you do 6 demos within 45 days, you can double your commissions. Our program ran from February 28, 2015 through August 28, 2015 (180 Days). If you do the full program, you get $2, 600 in commissions plus a floor care kit after the 6th demo and a car care kit after the 12th demo. There are some other rewards that did not interest us. If you do a demo after the 12th demo and you have a sale, you get another commission of $1, 300.

After filing the paperwork away, we begin our program. We loved our Rainbow and began scheduling our demos. As we got close to the end, we assumed that the 6 months and 180 days would be considered equivalent as is customary and even asked one of the representatives for advice. We finished our program on 8/29/15, less than 24 hours after the end of our program. Some facts are:

We did 12 demos, 6 from March 19, 2015 through April 12, 2015 (1 Day Short of 45 Days) and had 1 sale. The other 6 were from May 3, 2015 through August 29, 2015 with 3 sales.

On August 29, 2015, we had 2 demos and had a sale that morning.

On February 28, 2015, we bought our Rainbow. The representative was about 2 hours late, but we waited.

On the many of our demos, the representative was late, but we waited.

All of the demos lasted longer than the 2 hours promised.

On every demo, the representative stated that the demo was the only requirement for the 3 day/2 night vacation. Well, that is not true. Those vacations require going to a presentation for travel vacations.

Because, our program expired on August 28, 2015, we did not qualify for any commissions. Even though we substantially completed the program within 6 months. The company has used 180 days and 6 months interchangeable, but they used this legal technicality to deny us of completing the program.

After several emails, on November 7, 2015 we finally were offered a way to complete our program. It required us to have a 13th demo by December 7, 2015 and have a sale. We agreed knowing the company was trying to make it as hard as possible for us complete the program. We did not have a sale on our 13th demo, so again we were denied.

My initial emails were to the owner, **** ************, but I never received a response from him. Finally, after several email, on October 19, 2015, ***** who is the customer service manager emailed me. She stated "I have received your email. The email you sent to Mr. *****, who was one of our office managers and is no longer here is invalid. Who gave you that email address? I can answer any questions or concerns you have. Please respond to this email address."

***** ************ is the owner of Domestic Technologies, Inc. according to the corporate records filed with the Georgia Secretary of State's office and he is listed as the distributor for the Rainbow products with Rexair, the maker of the Rainbow and its products.

I finally called Mr. ************ in December and he called me back. I did not initially recognize the number and we had a brief conversation. I called him back within 5 minutes and left a message but never got a return call. I called him 1 more time and sent several texts to him and *****, but I never received a return call or text. I ask why.

We do love our Rainbow and we have been a positive advertisement for the product.

In summary, we did a total 13 demos, 12 within 180 days and 18.

I have been dealing with this company and their false claims. I am doing the "Ride Along" program and basically if I help them to do demonstrations of their "Rainbow cleaning System" I get mine for free. The issue is that all of the sales reps I have had contact with give the same scripted information about the program, however several people I know doing the program and myself have had issues with this company. The sales reps say one thing, then when you complete a portion of the program "customer service" tells you that some part of what you did does not count and thus you lose huge incentives. Example: The sales rep says that a demo counts if the sales rep has to cancel the showing. I then contact the office to confirm that including the cancelled demo that I met the qualifications in the time frame for $1300, the extra attachments, and a cruise. Then ***** "Customer Service" calls and says that is not correct and thus I do not get my incentives. In speaking with ***** she constantly talks over you and will not listen to what is being said. I think its pretty bad when "customer Service" Hangs up the phone on you for net letting her interrupt what you are saying. The main issue is that the contract you sign is not clear and the sales reps advise that some of the rules are a little different than what is written. They say "These are just the guidelines, because we know our market and if you follow these we know you will meet your sales." THen you speak to ***** who tells you completely contradictory information. I thought the scam was just that the rainbow was extremely over priced, but I honestly believed that I could get mine for free by doing what the sales reps told me. Part of the program requires that I attend the demos so I have heard the same sales pitch several times for several different reps and they all say the same thing, but when you talk to ***** "Customer Service" she tells you that you are wrong, misunderstood, or the sales rep is mistaken.

We purchased a Rainbow vacuum on 10/23/2014. As part of the sale agreement we enrolled in the "go 4 it" program which allows a customer to recoup the cost of the rainbow by providing 12 people ( with 2 sales) that will allow a rainbow representative to come into their home and conduct a demo. We were given 04/2/2015 as the date in which we had to complete the program. On 12/5/2014 after completing one of our demos my wife and I asked, Daniel, the rainbow rep if we could schedule demos for Augusta, Ga as it is our hometown. Daniel stated that he would ask his boss. Daniel texted that evening and stated "looks like Augusta is a go". Based on this information from Rainbow we scheduled a demo for Augusta on 04/19 but had to cancel on 04/17. Rainbow scheduled the demo and never stated that there was a problem with doing a demo in Augusta. This further served to reinforce that what we were told about Augusta being " a go" was accurate. We then scheduled another Augutsta demo on 04/24/2015 and were then told that the demo would not count towards the "go 4 it " program. We attempted to contact Rainbow several times and specifically their customer service rep. and found it difficult to get a response. Due to the misinformation given to us by a rainbow rep. we are disqualified from the program and will not be reimbursed the $2, 600 that we paid for the rainbow. We attempted to contact rainbow, specifically their customer service rep. Norma, and found them reluctant to communicate. When we finally got a response from Norma, she stated the descision was final even though it seemed obvious after speaking with her that she did not have all the relevant facts.

I bought the vacuum and agreed to the $2900 price. A month later I find out the company took out a $4000 loan under my name for the product. I did not consent to the $4000 loan for a vacuum. The company did not disclose that information. When I stated that i did not consent to the $4000 price and that they can take their machine back they stated they will not and that they will be putting it on my credit. Its a scam. Dont waste your money. You can get the whole system online for less than $1000.

My problem...the dealers are not well informed, during the demos, they are telling the clients wrong info, which then leads me to question what has been told to me. They change rules without informing their new dealers, and the go4it programers' . From the beginning, I was misinformed, as I approached my last few days of my 6th week, a dealer gave me new rules that my original dealer had no idea of (SAD). IT ALSO APPEARED AS IF MY SHOWS WERE NOT BEING PICKED UP SO I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MONEY (I AM NOW)The website is advertising false info about gift requests being sent to your next demo, but then the office sends a message saying it doesn't do that anymore...take that mess off your webpage..duh! But I am the fool for accepting this deal!, YOU must pick it up or spend more money to have it sent(REALLY) There are too many holes in this program, and I definitely fell in one! Now My rainbow has a problem, I wonder if warranty is going to give me a hard time...I BE BACK...I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE YO FALL IN THESE HOLES!

If you carefully read their website, they state ALL the rules of the program, there are videos you can watch, and I'm sure they are more than willing to help you understand all these rules. This is not a "vacuum", it is a certified Air Purifier that can clean your home and has helped so many families to live a better, healthier life. You earn gifts, and no, your friends don't need to purchase anything during those demonstrations to count for your program. They just ask that you are going to people's homes that, in case they want one, they will be able to afford it. There's nothing worse than going to someone's home that really wants the machine, but couldn't afford one, or their credit is not sufficient to purchase one. You are getting the money back, and helping yourself and others along the way. I'm sure that all these complaints would not have happened if people spend a bit of time learning the program and reading the rules. They have to follow the rules because if they didn't, they would be giving out gifts and going negative on this. Rainbow is amazing, is one of the only companies where you don't have to invest any money to start making money. The product has been around since the 1930's, and the Company is great and family oriented. Just make sure to read all the programs and ask for help when you don't understand an aspect of the rules!
