Look I get that we want to generate more business, so we get calls or texts etc from all sorts of companies making all sorts of claims. I am pretty careful when speaking to these outfits because most have the same sales pitch and you can recognize the intent in the delivery of their presentation.

I felt different about REALQualified and decide to give them a shot. They promised 20 leads over the course of a year and that the leads would actually be qualified and prescreened. They even send a recording of the phone call. So I received 3 leads over 3 months, and not one of them ever responded to my attempts to follow up. The recording all revealed very hesitant so called sellers and the conversations made it clear there was no intent to do anything.

They still call it a lead, so if they can deliver the 20 leads (of no quality) then they figure they did what their agreement says. Of course the agreement is vague but the conversation on the phone is not.

Just be warned that you will not get what you expect from this company.

There is very little if any return on investment and the investment is substantial. Don't do it. I really recommend not using this "easy button" because they simply don't provide you with actionable leads.

At first they had a client dashboard that didn't really work well and then it went away. They we started to get just an excel sheet with calls made and copies of the audio, I was appalled when I started listening and looking the "data" from the calls, saying one week, they made 30 calls, all of them said Voice Mail full except 2 and the others said wrong number. That was wrong for all of the calls, several calls humans picked up and they didn't speak to them. Most calls went to voice mail and no VM was left. Simply not doing good work.

Andrew Hendry talks a good game about human connection and his team. He is nothing but a good talker. He does not deliver anything but smoke and mirrors. He has no team, makes fake logs of fake phone calls, says his Team leader is going to call you and never does. Do not give this company your money. I am a 22 yr real estate veteran and feel foolish that I was duped by this sheister.

I gotta say, REALQualified ain't worth a dime. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! They take your hard-earned cash and leave you with nothing but broken promises. Their so-called "service" is a joke. It's like they don't even exist! If you're thinking about doing business with them, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction as fast as you can.

I mean, seriously, what kind of company takes your money and doesn't deliver on their promises? It's just plain wrong. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's like talking to a brick wall. They don't care about you or your problems. All they care about is taking your money and running.

I wish I had read the reviews before I decided to give REALQualified a chance. But now I know better. And I'm warning you, don't make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually cares about their customers. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle dealing with these clowns.

This company, REALQualified, is not worth your time or money. I made the mistake of trusting them and it turned out to be a complete scam. I filled out all the paperwork and paid the high fee they required, but after that, they vanished into thin air. They didn't do any of the work they promised and I was left feeling cheated and frustrated.

However, when I finally received the list, it was not what I was expecting at all. It was incomplete and didn't have the information I needed. I tried to contact them to see if they could fix it, but I never heard back from them. I was so disappointed and frustrated.

I decided to fight back and dispute the charge on my credit card. However, when I did, REALQualified fought back with a 59 page rebuttal. Can you believe that? It was ridiculous. And to make matters worse, the credit card company took their side. I couldn't believe it. I felt like I had been scammed.

So, let me tell you, do not use REALQualified for anything. They are a total scam and will take your money without giving you what you paid for. It's just not worth it. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to work with. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

I feel like I got scammed out of a lot of money, and I definitely won't be using their services again. The CEO seems like a total joke, too. So if you're a realtor, I'd definitely recommend staying far away from REALQualified.

A weak update telling me that they couldn't even do their job properly. Like, seriously? Instead, I got a half-assed email that didn't even come close to meeting the terms of our contract. And when I tried to reach out to them to get things sorted, they were nowhere to be found.

Look, I'm not one to leave negative reviews. But when a company fails to deliver on their promises, I think it's important to speak up. And in this case, I can't in good conscience recommend REALQualified to anyone. Save your money and find a contractor who actually knows what they're doing. Trust me, it'll be worth it in the long run.
