I was really excited to receive my PAPER Lord Designation from Established Titles. They claimed it would arrive within 10 days, but it has already been 3 WHOLE MONTHS and I haven't received it yet! I tried to contact them through their "Customer Support" channel and THEY SAID it was because of the pandemic that caused a delay, but it's been a WHOLE MONTH since then and I still haven't gotten my designation! WHAT GIVES?

I mean, I REALLY want that designation because it would mean so much to me, but I'm starting to get worried that I won't get to show it off to my friends and family. I'm hoping that I'll get it soon, but I'm starting to feel like maybe this company isn't the best when it comes to customer service and delivering on their promises.

I'm REALLY hoping that my PAPER Lord Designation will arrive soon, but I'm not too sure. I'm going to give it some more time and hope that it arrives. But if it doesn't, I guess I'll have to look into finding another company that can deliver on their promises.

I bought a fancy paper thing from Established Titles. But oh boy, it was all wrong-o. Got it once, twice, thrice, even four times... And still, all of them were as wrong as my ex's dancing skills. Gave them some photographic proof and they said they'd send me a new and improved one. That was a few weeks back. And here I am, still waiting like a hungry cat waiting for a bowl of milk.

But then I started wondering about whether or not they're really doing anything for the environment like they claim. Like, where's the proof that trees are being planted? Anyway, I reached out to the peeps at Established Titles with my concerns and they got back to me pretty quick. They were super cool about it and even gave me a refund within 24 hours. So, props to them for the good customer service. But still, it's a bummer that there's no evidence of them actually doing anything for the environment.

All in all, if you're just looking for a fun, quirky gift, then go for it. But if you're hoping to support some legit conservation efforts, you might wanna look elsewhere.

So, I decided to try Established Titles and sent an order to Roseau River, Manitoba for my parents and one to myself and my girlfriend. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my own order, despite paying a good bit of money for both land and certificate. It was a bummer, especially since I was hoping to give my girl her certificate on her birthday. The attention to detail on the shipping addresses could've been better, especially considering the price. Still, I think the idea is cool and if I ever try again, I just hope the next shipment is more successful.

I immediately reached out to Established Titles for a refund, but it's been several days now and I haven't heard anything from them. I'm feeling ignored and dismissed, and I'm already undergoing so much stress in life. I hope they respond to my refund request soon; it would mean a lot.

Overall, my experience with Established Titles has not been the best, and I would not recommend them to my friends or family. The price gap was alarming, and the lack of communication in the refund request process makes me feel like my money is lost. I've learned my lesson to research better before making such impulsive decisions.

So, I was pretty happy with the idea of buying titles for my family. It's fancy, you know? Bought them all with the printed certificates and everything. I bought a Lord and Ladyship from Established Titles to celebrate my 35th anniversary with my wife. It was an exciting purchase, but I have to wonder: does it offer any real value? Whenever I introduce myself as a Lord, people from the UK often either chuckle or mock me.

Additionally, it seems that the Established Titles team struggles with calendars. I've noticed that in their last two giveaways, they've made mistakes with the dates of their "lucky draw." Maybe time functions differently on the moors where they're based, or maybe they're trying to avoid hosting the drawing altogether. Nonetheless, it's a bit frustrating.

I ordered a certificate of title for my friend as a gift on April 12th from Established Titles. Sadly, the order could not be delivered to my friend, as I was the one who had to sign for it. Even though I clearly indicated in the order that it was meant for my friend, the delivery team still required my signature.

After waiting patiently for a while, I reached out to the company to ask about the status of my gift. They assured me that a new shipment had been scheduled to my friend, but to my dismay, it is already July 1st and there is no tracking number for the package. I understand that COVID-19 has been affecting deliveries, but waiting for so long has been frustrating, especially considering how excited I was to give my friend this unique and special gift.

The company has issued a partial refund, which I appreciate, but the certificate of title is still nowhere to be found. I have had to continuously ask for updates, and the company doesn't seem to be very concerned about the delay in delivery. I really hope that the gift arrives soon because I can't wait to present it to my friend.

So, I recently placed an order with Established Titles for one of their fancy titles with my name on it. Being a Spanish name, I included some accents to make it authentic. However, when my order arrived, I noticed that the letters with accents did not look quite right. They seemed to have a different type of letter that made them look a bit ugly.

Concerned about this, I contacted their customer service team to see if there was any way to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and kind they were in their response. They assured me that they would take care of it and send me a new one in very good conditions.

When the new proclamation arrived, I was pleased to see that the accents looked much better. However, I did notice that there was a difference between the first and second proclamation image. The plot number was different, which made me wonder if I had really purchased 1 foot square or just some random number on a digital image.

Despite my confusion, I was still happy with the overall experience I had with Established Titles. Their customer service team was helpful and efficient in resolving my issue with the accents on my name. And the product itself is definitely a unique and interesting concept for those looking for a fun way to add a bit of nobility to their lives.

I just tried Established Titles to get a certified document for my father in law for Father's Day on the 4th of June. I'm still waiting for my deliverable! It's almost getting to a month, can you imagine that? And yet, I placed my order well in time, believing the site's promise that it would be delivered within ten working days. I've mailed the company several times about it, only to get apologies each time around, but no updates on what went wrong and why it isn't delivering yet. Heck, I haven't even received an email with a tracking number or anything. I'm honestly feeling utterly dissatisfied and disheartened by this poor experience. How can they make me wait so long for an order, very frustrating! Here we are in the 23rd day of the month, and I still haven't received anything from this organization. It's beyond frustrating, and I'm at my wit's end. I check my mailbox every day for it, and I'm starting to think it's never going to arrive. I want my printed certificate, and if they don't give me my costs back, I'm not sure what I'll do – it's absurd. The whole experience has been a colossal letdown, and I don't know if I would have the courage to use Established Titles for anything anymore.
